I'm wondering for the category of people who listen who just love to nerd out on the, like they are these service titan nerds and love this stuff, but they want to take their influence, leadership ability to change to the next level. Do you have any advice for those folks who are maybe starting out?
I have had the question asked to me many times after both of my presentations at Pantheon where I would talk to somebody at a shop who would say, this all sounds great. I'm fully on board and I really want to do this, but I got 5 people back at the office that are just set in their ways. Everybody in these departments, even those who don't want to change, they do want to be successful. They wouldn't be retaining their role, especially one in leadership or management, if they didn't want to drive the business to success. So connecting the tools, ServiceTitan, whether it be core, pro, exteriors, HVAC, plumbing, you name it, to help them accomplish their goals in terms of success. I think that's when you can slowly start to bring people who are reluctant to change onboard.
