A short transcript excerpt from a YouTube discussion arguing that service companies will likely need AI to remain profitable and competitive. Speakers emphasize 'speed to lead' and customer care, predict AI will enable firms to do more with fewer human staff (e.g., two to four people supporting AI-driven operations), and expect ongoing improvements in AI integrations and knowledge bases.
Do you think that a service company could even.
Survive in.
The future without this tool, could even be profitable and make it.
No, I don't think. Yeah, we pick up customers that are big. We pick up customers that are in that medium range and some that are smaller too. But I think it's, you know, it is about speed to lead. It is about taking care of customers. The AI is. The worst day that the AI is having is right now. I think the model is going to be, you know, people are going to be able to do a lot more with a lot less from the human capital side in regards to. You can have. You can be a sizable company and maybe have two, three, four people behind the scenes that are. You're escalating things up to. AI is taking everything else. You know, I think that's kind of the near future, to be honest. You know, everything else that's. That's coming out, you know, obviously it's just going to be getting better. The integrations are going to continue to get better. The knowledge base behind it and how nimble it's becoming is pretty cool.
