ServiceTitan has a tool called Titan Advisor that most users miss. It's a gamified dashboard that scores how much of the platform you're actually using, working like a business coach to push you toward better adoption and efficiency.

There's so many resources that we offer for our customers, but let's start with maybe some of the software tools and resources for people to do a quick review.
One of the big things I want to talk about in the software is Titan Advisor. I think that's one of those features that people know about and use, but maybe they're not utilizing it to its fullest potential. So Titan Advisor essentially just shows you how much of the software you are using and how well you're actually utilizing it. Think about it as like a gamification of the software usage. Someone on, uh, who I work with named Tim, he always calls it a business coach. And I think that's a fantastic way to think about Technoadvisor.
And that's that little rocket ship icon, right?
When you log into ServiceTitan, that little rocket ship in the top right. And once you click in, it'll give you a score. And we also have a program, which I'll talk about a little bit later in this podcast, and we will help you boost that score for free.
