Construction tech should optimize jobsite flow so work gets installed and paid for faster. Start with the end in mind: framing enables GC work and owner handoff. Get scheduling right so the right crew and materials show up at the same time.
On the service titan side of things, we're aiming to provide a solution that helps all areas of the business. How can technology providers make sure that they're providing that solution?
Begin with the end in mind. All of our work in construction is based on work getting put in place. We get paid on delivering an asset once it is installed. If a framer puts in framing and the framing's up, then they can build the gc, the GC can build the owner, and everybody can get paid. In the end, that's where the efficiencies need to be. And anytime you're discussing any technology Like I talked about scheduling. Scheduling is critical to the ability to have the right crew, the right material at the right time, in an efficient and effective manner that creates a flow to the job site of what work getting put in place.
