Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the stage service titan co founder and CEO Ara Medesian. Last year. Last year, from the Pampheon Stage, I shared with you this text message from longtime customers Will and Shannon Blanton from Fayetteville, North Carolina. They had just hit their first $4 million month and then they went on to cap off the year doing 41 million of revenue. And I remember telling them, I look forward to hearing about your first million dollar EBITDA month. Fast forward 2025. In July of this year, they cleared 5.4 million of revenue without adding a single headcount in the back office. And that drove 1.1 million of EBITDA to the bottom line. One of our commercial customers, Iron Dog. They specialize in mechanical construction and service. In Atlantic Canada, they have over 600 preventive maintenance agreements. And before ServiceTitan, they routinely had a couple hundred invoices unpaid over 90 days at a time. For those in the commercial business, you understand the large AR balances, long cash conversion cycles, they can really cripple a business. That number today is zero. And outstanding invoices are down 60% across the board. And finally, last year I shared with you this text from Marco Costa, from Handy Plumbing man over in San Carlos, California. He texted me right before Pantheon last year. He texted me that he had just hit his first million dollar month. Yeah. This year, Marco is pacing towards 15 million of revenue. And these notions of million dollar months have become somewhat of a common occurrence. But most importantly was this text that I that I received from him last week. And it reads, it started with, hey, brother. The growth hasn't slowed down. It's only multiplied. It carried us to something I never thought I'd live to see. An acquisition. My life has changed. My family's future has changed. And our story will never be the same again. Thank you. My children will inherit more than a business. They'll inherit a story of legacy. You didn't just change my business, you changed my destiny. And for that, I will be forever grateful. Marco, I know you're in here. I look forward to grabbing a drink with you later. I am forever grateful for your trust and partnership. You have no idea how much it meant to me that you shared that text with me. Thank you. These are just a few examples of your collective success. Because so many of you are breaking through milestone after milestone, this notion of a million dollar month. Over the past year, nearly 2,000 of you enjoy the million dollar month. 137 of you enjoyed a million dollar day. The most rewarding part of my journey is having a front row seat to yours. And maybe that's because Vahe's dad and my dad are contractors. And I see my dad is right here. And so we know how hard you work. We know how hard you work for your families, for your communities. And maybe it's because we see, frankly, a little bit of our dads in each of you and we want to make you a little bit proud of us as well. Or maybe it's because time and again you have all showed up for us on our own journey. And December 12th was one of those examples. It was the day Service Titan went public. Of course, there were all kinds of incredible moments of joy. In particular for Vahe and me was when we got to watch our parents ring that opening bell. And then we reflected upon where we started and how far we'd come in this American dream. But I can tell you what really moved me, what really fired me up was that roaring applause and the bear hugs from over 50 customers from all across the US and Canada that had flown out there that day on their own time, on their own dime to honor that occasion with us. I saw Kerry Kelsh from Utah's a plush garage doors. Yup, there was the time where Kerry's company sold only four garage door models. And today they have a $45 million empire that sells all kinds of amazing custom home showpieces. And then I saw Jason Brady from Oklahoma City, always in the race for the highest Titan score because he always wants to get the most out of our system and then also test the limits and tell us exactly how we need to improve the product. And then I also saw Kirsta Holloman, CFO of Interstate AC over in Nashville. For a lot of our commercial customers, I suspect many of you talked to Kirsta as a reference when you were evaluating Service Titan. And last year Interstate had done 74 million of revenue while improving their office to tech ratio. This year, they are already past 74 million. Congrats, Kirsten. And of course, there was Jamie Hunley of Point Loma Electric, a little bit south of here in San Diego. She was one of Service Titan's very first customers. I was her salesperson. Sorry, Jamie Vahe, her onboarder. Sorry, Jamie. And only the good lord knows how many customers she referred to us in the very early days. But it wasn't just them. Because to help tell our IPO story during the roadshow, several of you in the audience today volunteered your own customer success stories. And these stories were shared with hundreds of the largest investors in the world, and I'm also guessing many dozens of you hopped on reference calls with these investors to also share your story. And that not only told the story of service titan, but more importantly, it communicated the importance and the success of your businesses and the trades. What made Dec. 12 so special was that this industry, which has been underappreciated and overlooked for so long, that was the day. That was the day it was truly understood. And yet, I say, even admired on the global stage. And that is why December 12th is the day of the trades. And if you listen now to our quarterly earnings calls, I think you will be surprised by the level of detailed questions that these analysts ask us about your businesses. And what has become very clear to us in these calls is, is that Wall street wasn't investing only in the strength of our business. They were investing in the success and resilience of yours. And so that night at the ipo, we hosted a big dinner at NASDAQ meant to celebrate our 3,000 Titans who have worked so hard to make this day possible. And at the dinner, I got up on stage and I shared a few words with the team. And the only words that came out of my mouth were that we needed to remain laser focused, we needed to improve our products and services, and we need to do more for our customers. And then when I got off stage, a few of my dear colleagues thankfully advised me that I may have missed the mark with my speech. And I think, yeah, if you look at that picture, judging by their faces, they were probably right. And so they advised me or Volun told me, get back up on stage and allow the team and myself just a moment to celebrate that occasion. And so we did. And that's probably the updated picture. Probably a lot more smiles, a lot more celebrations. But I really wonder how many of you, as business leaders, as entrepreneurs, can relate to how I was feeling in that moment, that immense sense of responsibility that once you hit one milestone, all you can think about is, what's next? What's next for your team, what's next for your customers, what's next for your family? Because all of them are depending on you to safeguard their success. And so my obsession, what Vahe and I fixate on literally every working hour, is how can we improve our products and services to help you further your success and your goals? And I'll tell you, the reason for that isn't only altruistic. Yes, we feel immense responsibility, immense responsibility to you and your success based on pure principle alone. We must honor the Sanctity of that trust and that partnership that you have placed in us. We love you and we want the best for you, but at the same time, we also benefit massively when we get the best from you. And so let me actually show you. There are two and only two sacred documents at Service Titan. Everything else is negotiable except these two documents. The first is titled Our Success Formula, and it explains to our team members that when you all get more value from our products and services, you grow more and you spend more money with us. You adopt more of our pro products and you spend more money with us. You stay on our platform for longer, hopefully forever, and you spend more money with us and then you refer more contractors to us and they spend more money with us. But of course, the opposite is true. God forbid we ever fail you, you will stop spending money with us. And then other contractors are failing far less likely to spend money with us too. And this is, by the way, the same growth formula that we shared with investors in our IPO process. Now, you might be wondering, well, what's that second sacred document? That's this one. It's titled Decision Making at Service Titan. It is a very short document and it's very simple. There is, and it reads, there is literally one thing to consider when making decisions beyond ethics and morals. What is best for the long term success of our contractors. For any questions, refer to our success Formula document. That is it. Frankly, it would suck if our principles and our financial interests were misaligned and they diverged. But thankfully, they're one and the same. Because our journeys and our successes, they are inextricably linked. They always have been, they always will be. And I share all this, because what we're about to talk about next is probably the most important and most consequential conversation we've ever had. And it can be the biggest opportunity for all of us if we get it right. And it can also be the biggest threat if we fail to execute. And you guessed it, we're gonna talk about AI. So innovation. Innovation can be unsettling. And frankly, it was for me as well. Until I realized that the quality of life that humanity enjoys today is all because of recent innovations. Because from the year zero to the 1700s, there was very little innovation. And so life was very miserable. And it stayed that way for a very long time. Life expectancy was 30 years. Child mortality, 40%. 90% of the population was illiterate. 90% lived in extreme poverty, and people literally spent every waking hour working. And real innovation only happened in the past 250 years. I'm talking about electricity, refrigeration, telephony, steel, cars, planes, chemicals, computers, the Internet, all of that. And only then did living standards really improve. And so now today, life Expectancy is over 75 years. Child mortality, thank God, is under 1%. 99 plus percent are literate, 90% is out of poverty, and we get to enjoy half of our waking hours. It's free hours for leisure. And yet, despite all the incredible progress that has been made over these 250 years, AI is about to have far greater impact than any innovation we have seen in the past. And if you're into science, I will offer you just three quick examples. These are really interesting actually. So mind you, first, we are in the early days of AI, okay? But even in the early days, with AI's big basic capabilities, today AI has already shaved years off of drug, drug discovery. It's modeled nearly all 200 million known proteins. And that's a process that used to take years for each protein. And so we can more quickly design chemicals that bind to the proteins in viruses and bacteria and disrupt how they function. And so now we have the hope that at some point a decade, two decade, three decades from now, we can cure all diseases. AI is also solving one of the hardest challenges when it comes to nuclear fusion, so that one day, hopefully, we can all have unlimited clean energy. Because the plasma in these reactors, in these fusion reactors, they are 10 times hotter than the sun. It's over 100 million degrees Celsius. And if that plasma touches the reactor's walls, it will burn it down. But now AI is able, by manipulating magnetic fields to somehow suspend that plasma away from the walls of the reactor. And then lastly, China already has electronics factories that are called dark factories. They operate without lights because there's no people in them. These Robots in this AI, they manufacture 24, 7. And that means output has shot way up and the cost of production has shot way down. And folks, this is just the beginning. Because every few months, the AI models keep getting better and faster. And each time they do, this idea of what's possible expands. And so it begs the question, if the rest of the world is leveraging AI, they're curing disease, they're solving for unlimited energy, they're automating manufacturing. What are we going to do? What are we going to do in the trades so that we stay relevant, we don't get disrupted and we thrive? First, I'd like to share with you what an advantaged position you all have because during every innovation, there are some jobs that become obsolete, and then far more jobs are created, typically in entirely new industries. And it's interesting, all of your businesses, and therefore mine, were only made possible because of this type of disruption of some past innovation. When the light bulb and electric lighting was invented, street gas lamp lighters lost a lot of jobs. But millions of jobs were created in things like lamp factories, power stations, and electricians. And then when refrigeration was invented, 100,000 people lost their job in ice delivery. But the H Vac, our industry was born, and that created millions of jobs, from technicians to office staff to the manufacturers, to the distributors and so forth, and all of us here today. And so although today we appreciate the benefits of innovation, I bet at the time there was probably a generation of people declaring that the future was doomed and that kids would grow up soft with their fancy light switches and their air conditioning, because change is hard and it can lead to skepticism. And so we must think, what about now? Which jobs will be lost in this AI generation? And so Microsoft just released their study. It analyzed the jobs and industries that are most likely to be displaced by AI, and they found that industries where the job is purely cognitive, those are the ones at greatest risk of being displaced by AI. And top of the list were translators, writers, and even customer service reps. Next on the list were factory jobs where a machine can now replace people in doing highly repetitive physical tax, but in highly controlled environments where the machine kind of stays in one place, picks something up from one conveyor belt, punches a hole through it, puts it down another conveyor belt. But can you guess those that are least likely to be displaced by AI? That's right. It's the jobs that require physical dexterity in unpredictable environments like fine movement and fine hand skills, in environments that are different every day. Kind of like diagnosing problems inside a house, outside a house, being able to talk to customers about the problems and the potential solutions, and then climbing into an attic, into a crawl space, onto a roof, and getting the job done. So congratulations, that's all of you. You are this dead last on the list of jobs to be automated. And this is one of those few occasions where even Ricky Bobby would agree, being last is being best. By the way, I'm really glad you got that joke, because I've only seen four movies and they're all Will Ferrell movie. So the good news is you have a massive advantage compared to other industries. The trades are unlikely to be disrupted from the outside. Automation will not eliminate the need for your services, it will likely not impact the revenue in the industry. Well, at least until these near perfect humanoid robots arrive. But who knows when that'll be? And so, look, the question is, can we all call it a day? Can we all just head straight to tonight's party and enjoy a good time? And the answer turns out, not quite. Because during any innovation, the biggest disruption doesn't happen across industries. The biggest disruption happens inside an industry between its participants. And there is a massive graveyard of wildly successful companies that ultimately collapsed when some new innovation arrived because they failed to adapt to that new innovation and a competitor who did ultimately displaced them. I'll share one example, but there are many. Blockbuster and Netflix both were DVD companies. And when broadband Internet made streaming possible, Netflix quickly adapted and they launched their streaming service. Blockbuster reacted late. It refused to adapt its business model, and when it did, it picked the wrong platform. Blockbuster was once 10 times the size of Netflix. It was worth 8 billion at its peak. And there was a moment where Netflix offered Blockbuster half of its company in exchange for a $50 million investment. And Blockbuster laughed Netflix out the door. Today, Netflix is a half a trillion dollar company and Blockbuster. So what are the takeaways here? How will all of this apply to the trades in this very important and seminal moment? And how do we avoid becoming Blockbuster, becoming Nokia, becoming Intel? And how do we make sure we are instead? We're Netflix, we're Apple, we're Nvidia. Four takeaways. Takeaway 1. While the primary workflow in this industry, that of diagnosing and fixing something, is unlikely to be automated anytime soon, most of the supporting workflows, appointment booking, scheduling, dispatching, inventory, payroll, financials, those are purely cognitive functions, which means they absolutely can and absolutely will be automated. If we are to thrive, we have to automate these workflows together. Otherwise someone else will and they and their customers will win. Takeaway 2. It is clear the power that AI possesses, even if it's not perfect yet. And it can be tempting to dismiss the power of AI just because of the presence of weakness. But this is what all these companies did that got disrupted. All the smartphone manufacturers dismissed the iPhone because when it launched, what is the feature that it lacked? The basic feature, Copy paste. It lacked copy paste. They all dismissed it and they all got disrupted. But as with all innovations, these weaknesses will be addressed as fast as the powerful capabilities continue to expand. And so if we want to collectively thrive, we must be all in on AI and on automation. Service Titan is. But we have to make it easier for you to be as well. We have a lot of work to do. Our current AI products are delivering significant results for many customers, but they are not yet a perfect fit for everyone. And sometimes that's just because the underlying AI is not perfect yet. And at some point it will be. And sometimes it's because we haven't gotten around to solving for all the different use cases that you have, which we will do over time. But the current results are very promising. As you've seen, Marketing Pros Ads Optimizer can double revenue from your ad spend on Google Ads and Meta Ads Scheduling Pro can increase revenue by 10% by allowing you to book more jobs that come in online. Contact Center Pro and our Voice agents, which we launched today, are increasing call booking rates by 10%. Dispatch Pro increases revenue 7% by finding the best technician for every job. And Sales Pro increases Average tickets by 20% by coaching technicians to boost their performance on the next job. And for other Automation Fleet Pro will automate your timesheet tracking so you're not overpaying for your labor compound all this together you will more than double revenue while significantly increasing profits. And in his keynote later today, Vincent will unveil the latest features being released at Pantheon for each of these products and Tamar the latest features being unveiled for our core products to help you achieve this vision of an automated business takeaway 3 success or failure depends on picking the right platform. We must make sure that our products are the absolute best in the market and you have to make sure you choose the platform that is right for your business to automate on. Thankfully, there are very compelling reasons why we should win together and as we've seen in the AI race, being first can be valuable. But what is most important is proving to be best. And so you are the most innovative contractors. We represent the largest investment in the trades each year this year 265 million being invested in R&D. And so the AI solutions we build together should outperform all others over the coming months. And of equal importance for many of you who are already adopting so many AI solutions is that you will want one command center to manage all these automations and to coordinate them all from otherwise they will interfere with one another's work and it will make it very hard for you to understand what is going on in your own businesses. And so just wait till later today or my better half. At least the work in case my wife is listening, wait until Vahe unveils Atlas in his keynote later today. Lastly, Takeaway 4 similar to how Blockbuster was worth 8 billion at its peak. And yet Netflix built a half a trillion dollar empire with streaming. I believe that if we adapt and adapt correctly, we will collectively build far more successful businesses than were possible before. Far greater revenues, far greater profits. Allow me to illustrate with some simplified math. So let's say you and I both run a contracting business. You on service titan, me for whatever reason, not on service titan. We're both doing 5 million a year, 20% profit margin. So we're each generating a million dollars of profit. All of a sudden you decide to automate, right? You automate most of your marketing, you automate your call booking, you automate your dispatching, your inventory, your payroll, all these different workflows. Some customers are now booking online, some are interacting with your text and voice agents. You do all that automation, imagine what it does to your cost structure. All of a sudden you have 25% profit margins. And remember we just talked about these automations don't just lower cost, they also increase revenue. So now you're doing 10 million of revenue, probably around 25, 30% profit margins. I'm still generating my 1 million a year profit. You're generating 3. What are you going to do with that incremental profit given you are all so growth oriented? You're going to invest, Buy me? That's a good one. Absolutely. The other is you may invest the incremental profits into acquiring more and more customers. And the problem is, no matter how much I spend, I will never be able to now match how much you're able to spend for that next incremental customer. I can bid $100 a click. You bid 120. I can't match it. And so you start getting more and more of the customers and winning market share. Now that you do, you're going to need more technicians. How are you going to get more technicians when all we talk about is labor shortage? There are some contractors in the room that don't have a labor shortage problem. And he's not the only one. But I will offer Tom Howard as an example. Tom Schopp Lee's there in Fresno. He has a line of technicians out the door hoping to work there. Why is that? Is that because Tom Howard is so handsome? I can assure you that is not the only reason. He's simply more profitable. So he's able to pay his technicians more. That's it. Fresno, California is unfortunately one of the poorest counties in the entire country. The median income is 56,000 a year. Tom is able to pay his most junior install technician, 120,000 a year, plus incredible health benefits. And so an automated contractor like Tom, he leverages his excess profits to acquire as many customers as possible and then pay for as many technicians as needed to service those customers. This is not my prediction. We are not fortune tellers. We are not guessing. We simply have access to data that no one else does. And this is what we see happening across the country. How much does it cost you to acquire a new residential how much does it cost you to acquire a new residential customer and get a truck out to their door? Factor in the marketing cost, the call center cost, dispatch cost, the cost of truck door truck roll. How much does it cost? Anyone want to share? 600? 500. Any others? 430. Okay, here's the data that we see. Your cost per click will vary based on your trade. It'll vary based on your geo, but it can easily cost $100 a click for desirable keywords in metro areas. You need five clicks to get a phone call. That's 500 bucks for the call. If you have an 80% call booking rate, you're talking about $625 spent for that booked appointment. You add in the call center cost, the dispatch cost, the cost of that truck roll, you're now talking about $1,000 just to get a truck into the driveway. And that's before a customer commits to spending any money with you. You are out of pocket. A thousand bucks. And so if you have 50% gross margin, you need to generate $2,000 on that job just to break even. You want 20% profit margins, you got to generate 2,400 bucks. That's why it's becoming increasingly hard to make money if you are not fully optimized in your sales and marketing funnel. Now, what about the technician angle? A third of technicians are leaving their shops each year, many of them going to shops that are able to pay more. A third of technician. And this concentration that we're seeing, it is a function of automated contractors being more profitable, being able to pay more to gain market share, and then being able to pay more for technicians. And it's coming in this fictitious example. It is coming at my expense. The non automated contractor that is not on service type. The same thing that makes this moment very unnerving is actually the same thing that makes this a massive opportunity for all of us. Some of you are already capitalizing on this opportunity, like our friends at Gulf Shore Air Conditioning and heating in Niceville, Florida. My guess is there are a lot of folks in the room who can relate to The Gulf Shore story. They have 30 employees. They're doing about 6 million a year in revenue, and they are constantly giving back to their community. During the holidays, the Gulf Shore team will fill stockings and give it to needy children. They'll hold food drives, and they'll even donate H vac units to needy families and local shelters. And last year, they were honored with the Service Titan Prometheus Award for their extraordinary contributions to their community. And just a few months ago, Gulf Shore ran the first ever AI powered, fully automated job in the trades. A customer down in Niceville called Gulf Shore their Service Titan virtual agent, which they've named Finn, picked up Fin, identified the customer, it reviewed the equipment history, it looked at the availability that was available, and it offered an appointment the same day that the customer took. And from there, Dispatch Pro assigned the best technician to that job, sent confirmations out to the customer Field Pro guided the technician to the job site, making sure he drove safely, automatically logged the timesheets. The tech diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, collected payment, and then Sales Pro automatically coached the technician on what he could do better on the next job to boost performance. And most importantly, nobody in Gulf Shore's office touched a thing. This level is automation. This level of automation is possible today, but not very turnkey today. And so we want to help make this a reality for every contractor. Dozens of you were at our Glendal office just last month where we had a little roundtable and you all asked about this Gulf Shore example and you all mentioned that you wanted to achieve automation just like Offshore, but you asked for more white glove support to set up these automations in our core product, in our Pro products. You asked that we help you monitor the results and make tweaks so that we can guarantee you're seeing results. You ask that we iterate more rapidly with you on new ideas that you have and new use cases that you need. And so today we are launching the MAX program to give you just that. And in this program to start vahe, myself and other execs, we are going to personally oversee these engagements because it is that critical to us that we make sure each and every participant sees the success in this program. And because of that level of engagement, we unfortunately have to limit the program to only 50 participants. But later today in his keynote, VAHE will be talking more about this MAX program and what it will entail. I can appreciate that everything I have shared with you may be a little bit overwhelming. So let me share with you how we have curated the next two days of Pantheon to ensure you have the resources necessary to identify the next steps towards this vision. Today, from the main stage, you'll hear the latest advancements in our core and pro products. And all of that is designed to help you maximize all that is available to you through the Service Titan platform. And over the next couple days, there will be 75 breakout sessions, nearly all of them hosted by expert customers who are experts in their domains. I encourage you to be very intentional with your time, and the best way to do that is to build your agenda directly in the Pantheon app. And that way, you can choose exactly the sessions that you think will have the biggest impact on your business right away. Most importantly, we've brought together the most successful and innovative contractors all in one place. And this is an amazing networking opportunity. So I encourage you, please network with your peers. Everyone here is willing to help. Everyone here is willing to share, share what's on your mind, lend the helpful ear, build relationships that will help you in your journey ahead and might even make it more meaningful to him. And lastly, remember, Pantheon isn't just about building a stronger business. It's also about building a stronger you. And that's why tomorrow we'll be hosting doctors Peter Attia and Andrew Huberman. These are two of the world's most recognized leaders in health insurance, in wellness, in longevity, in performance. And it'll happen on this stage right here, moderated by our very own Keith Mercurio. Keith will then be delivering our closing keynote to help you all realize the net worth of self worth. And he'll help explore that space between external success and internal fulfillment. I can tell you, Keith sessions are always the highest rated sessions at Pantheon. And I promise you, you will not want to miss this. You will walk away a better business leader and a better person from it. So you've heard me map out what I think is critical for our industry and for all of us. And so now, if you look under your seat, you'll find a notebook and a pen. Please take those out. It's right there on the floor under you. I'd like to invite you for a moment to capture some of your thoughts on paper. I'd like to ask you to first write down what are your top three goals or top three outcomes for these new these, these two next days together at Pantheon. Please go ahead, take a quiet moment, write these down, the top three goals or outcomes that you have in mind for yourself and your business while you're here at Pantheon. Sam. So next, I'd like you to also write down a few words Describing how you commit to showing up over these next two days so that you get the most from and you give the most to this experience at Pantheon. Said a little bit differently. What version of you are you going to bring to Pantheon? So that you get the most out of it? And you give the most to it. Beautiful. Let me invite your attention back onto the stage now. I'd like to ask everyone here, please take a second and stand up. Let's all stand up. You've been sitting for a while. In just a moment, I'm going to ask you to partner with the person next to you. And if you see anyone that's alone, please invite them into your group. I want you to please introduce yourself, and I want you to share with them what you have written down. Please take a moment to do so. It sa. If you can hear my voice, clap once. If you can hear my voice, clap twice. Beautiful. Now, please turn to your partner, give him a high five, and say, we're in this together. We are in this together. And we're going to win this together. And we're gonna win it bigger than ever before. I wanna share just a few final words with you. Thank you. You know, for generations, parents have encouraged their kids to become lawyers, to become accountants. I frankly remember my dad told me, he said when I was young, he said, you have three choices. You can become a doctor, a lawyer, or a computer. I chose to become a computer. But we've advised these things because we've prescribed a certain amount of certainty to the future of these occupations. And with AI, those careers are now in doubt. And so when I used to think about my own kids, I used to imagine them following in my own footsteps to become a software engineer, to become a programmer. And now I find myself wondering, would they be better off following mine or yours? Because Wall street didn't examine just the sustainability of the trades. They specifically examined the performance of your businesses. And the reality is, Wall street didn't only invest in the trades on December 12th. They didn't only invest in Service Titan. They invested in you. They are betting on you. And for my money, that's the best bet one can make. I couldn't be prouder to be here with you. Welcome to Pantheon. Love you guys. Now, you've heard me talk a lot about success, about resilience, about the future ahead of us. But none of that happens without the people right next to us who keep us moving forward. Which is why I want to bring someone very special out. Few people have played a bigger role in Vahes and my success in our journey than this individual. She is like a sister to us. Dare I say she makes us better. She's my human seatbelt, my calendar whisperer. And she's probably the only person that can make fun of me every day and I admire more for it. And so for the past 10 years, she has made sure that Vaha and I know where to be and when to be. Which is why there's no one better suited to make sure that she can guide all of you to where you need to be and when you need to be. Over these next two days. I couldn't ask for a better colleague. I couldn't ask for a better friend. Please join me in welcoming my favorite emcee of all time, my daily lifesaver, Queen Aline.
Just so curious how difficult it was for him to say the word queen in that opener, but, man, talk about getting me all emotional before I needed to come out here. You do have a 9 o', clock, so I'd like you to. I think it's 2:09, 209B. Thank you so much. Okay. Hi, everybody. Good morning. Take a look around. Feel that buzz. And it's not just the coffee kicking in. I can assure you that. That, my friends, is the energy of Pantheon. The biggest, baddest, boldest user conference, not just in our industry, but across every industry. For those I have not met, thank you. There was one person that was awake. It's okay. We're gonna get. We're gonna get there. We're gonna get there. For those I have not had the privilege of meeting yet. My name is Aline Arustamian, and I am the Director of Executive Operations here at Servicetech Titan. This is my eighth Pantheon.
Yeah.
Yeah. And for nearly a decade as a Titan, two things are true. Number one, I have watched this company grow from IKEA tables and paper mache walls into the most transformative software company in the world. My opinion. Whatever. And two, in Titan years, I'm probably 16 or 72 years old. I don't know. I've never been very good at math. I would say it's probably because of a very, very good skincare routine, but in reality, it's just because Ara always keeps me on my toes and VAHED never allows for a dull moment. The real magic here at Servicetitan isn't just in the code or the dashboards or even the AI. It's the people, starting with the two homies that actually started this thing from the ground up. I've had the privilege of working with them day in and day out, working with them in chaos as well. You know, it just comes with the territory every single day. And I can tell you that over the years, I have come to see them not just as visionary founders or exceptional leaders, but as my big brothers. I love them. I respect them. If you tell them I said that, I will deny it with every fiber of my being. But I have seen firsthand the depths of their care for this company, for this industry, and for each and every single one of you. September 18th has been a date for the history makers. A reminder that even the ordinary can sometimes turn into the extreme extraordinary. On this day in 1793, George Washington laid the first cornerstone of the US Capitol. A symbol of vision and perseverance, reminding us that foundations for something far greater can be laid greater than ourselves. And on this day in 1851, the New York Times published its very first issue. Proof that even the most influential voices, they do start small. And a reminder that the beginning does matter, no matter how humble it may seem. And on this day in 1977, NASA's Voyager spacecraft captured the first image of the Earth and the moon in one single shot. A breathtaking image that reminds us just how small we are in this universe, but just how boundless our dreams can be. And now, here we are, September 18, 2025. Titans of the trades gathered in one place. The builders, the dreamers, the entrepreneurs. You're laying your own cornerstones. You are launching your own Voyagers. And you're not just running businesses. You are building legacies for your kids and your kids kids. And one that they will, I assure you, be so very proud of. So Pantheon isn't just about keynotes or breakout sessions. It's about you. You, the heroes who keep the world, remember this, in motion. Every home, every school, every business, they all depend on what you all do. Take that in for a second. The world depends on what you all do. And this week, you are not backstage, you are not under, you are center stage. You are up here with me. And as your mc, I am here to keep you inspired, energized, and definitely over caffeinated. So I'll also be your unofficial tour guide, as Ara mentioned. And if at any point you find yourself lost, confused, just take this one bit of really key advice and something that I do all the time. I just blame Ara for everything. So, you know, do that. I don't know if he knew that, but now he does. So, titans, buckle up, take notes, make the connections. Try not to lose your badge before day Two, please. And let's make history together. Welcome officially to Pantheon 2025. Give yourselves a round of applause for being here. All right, all right, all right. Let's talk survival skills. All right, we've got a lot going on, a lot of people. We got to make sure we know where we're going and when we need to be there. First up, the Pantheon mobile app. I think we've got. There it is, there it be. Scan it. You're going to need it. It's like your compass for the next week. All right, pro tip pre register for those breakout sessions. Think of it as your calling card of your seat kind of gets stayed, you know you have it. So if you don't pre register, that's fine. You'll end up being on the wait list, which is also okay. So show up about five minutes before and you'll be able to get your seat. If you are on the wait list and there are seats available, don't worry about it. We will get you in. Okay, next up, let's see, where are we? Ah, yes. Now take a look at the road ahead and it's a good one. So for my residential rock stars, the residential and pro keynote is tailor made for you. We are doubling down on the core platform with the powerful new features designed to make your business faster, smoother and stronger, because that's what we want. Those are the three big ones. Think, I don't know, like near instant launches in the field, Mobile app, tap to pay, smarter financing dispatch upgrades, multilingual support, and a full suite of pro products. Think of it all connected together into one AI powered ecosystem. It's basically like strapping a jetpack to your business, you know, and if you run a commercial service business, a construction business, or you intend to kind of expand into that at some point, the commercial keynote is for you. We'll show you how service Titan is connecting commercial service, construction and CRM into one seamless platform. Translation, please. Higher margins, more recurring revenue, fewer missed opportunities. From service to construction, we have got you covered. That was a weird hand gesture. We'll probably never do that again. And back by popular demand, birds of a feather, lunch together. It's like the grown up version of the best lunch swap you'll ever find. You'll sit with your peers in similar roles, trade notes, and maybe even make a couple friends. But for those, the seats are also limited because you want to make sure you sit next to somebody pre register or else you kind of sit alone. Unless you like that, and that's totally your thing. No judgment. We do not judge here, okay? This is a safe space. We will all meet back here at 4:30 for Vajes keynote. And trust me, you do not want to miss it. I was at rehearsal yesterday and it's good, I gotta tell you, it's like real good. So I'm super excited for you to see that and hear that. Tonight, 7pm we have our titan appreciate party. Live music, food, drink. It's like the prom for the trades where you guys are all kings and queens of the prom. Except at a circus with country music. It is what it is. We're gonna have a good, jolly good time. So for now, lock in those seats, head to your breakouts and let's keep that momentum going. Off you go. See you back here at 4:30. Thank you.
