So service titan data, it's a big topic. Maybe before we dive into some of the common vocab and misconceptions and how to get set up, maybe we can speak a little bit to why this topic is so important. And actually, I am curious too why you're so passionate about it.
I know a lot of people like to make decisions off of feelings and things like that, and I think I'm the person that I don't really operate that way. And so I've always been like, well, what do the numbers say? Yes, you need data to make decisions, but if the data's not clean, then you're making decisions based off of kind of just random numbers. And so that's kind of what sparked the passion is, you know, when we're trying to figure out numbers or make these decisions, I'm not the one that's like having these gut feelings or feelings of like how we should move and operate. If I'm the one that needs the data, then we'll need to make sure that the data is clear. And so obviously with that, you have to understand how ServiceTag works and its intricacies and all that information to be able to spit out the clean data and actually use the software the way it's intended.
