I know with acquisition, technology is huge right now. When you're evaluating a potential acquisition, what does the technology stack tell you about that business?
It really gives us an indication on their sophistication. And we've bought the full spectrum. So we've invested in companies that are very good at speed to lead, and they can follow how quickly that customer is contacted, what the set rate was, what the close rate was, even using AI tools to listen to the sales conversation and find opportunities. We've also found companies that have been successful with little to no technology. And that's great too, because in any situation, it just means there's opportunity for growth. They have no technology today. They've been successful. Then introducing them to technology and bringing them into a different way or a process and systems is only going to accelerate their business. And if they have worked well with technology, we can learn from them in many cases, what's working, what's not. Let's look at your tech stack. Let's look at your systems and processes and see how to make them more efficient.
