Get some communication out every week to your whole team. It's a really great idea to hear some things back across teams that go up and down the organization in your other meetings. But once a month it's really great to get all hands together regionally, locally, globally, whatever you can do to get as many people in the same thing and to talk about the state of the company for the month. Give people an update on things, communicate some things out to them, highlight them, acknowledge the wins, talk about the challenges together, but not all from the CEO's mouth. Get some other department heads, employees, other people out communicating. Have the monthly all hands be a kind of a thing that it's maybe more broadcast than it is collaboration, right? In that kind of a meeting you're not going to do problem solving with that many voices but you want to get some cross conversation going on. So not just all just CEO talking to everyone, but other voices as well. A great monthly all hands meaning has people feel related and aware of what's going on in the company and and feeling like they're in the know they're clued in. So do a great job with that. I've had many companies that combine that with a barbecue that goes on at each location or something like that. Very often time zones come into effect or so what's a lunch for one meeting is a dinner or breakfast or an afternoon or something like that depending on where all your locations are so could affect it but adding a little celebration, play, reward, good feeling, human connection into those meetings in addition to the business business facts and highlighting more voices, all of those make for really great monthly all hands meetings. I hope that's helpful. I hope you upgrade your monthly all hands or start doing them if you hadn't done them. There's a kind of a quick recipe and some tips on how to make them great. Until next time. Keep Scaling Talk to you soon.
