Mastering Powerful Leadership. For me, mastery really begins with giving up that you'll ever be finished. To begin mastering something to be at the beginning of mastery is to surrender to ever being done. When I gave up thinking that I'd stop being human, right? When I gave up thinking that somehow I'd become some sort of superhuman and stop having to work on myself, that's when I committed myself to a lifetime of learning, development and the value that came out of that experience, right? I say in my own words, for our company and for myself personally is never finished. Never finished is the notion that I'll be at work on growing, growing and developing myself until I take my last breath, until my heart starts beating and I go on to whatever comes after this life, right? So never finished is the thing that I say, and for me, never finished and committing myself to that kind of a life was the beginning of my mastery. And I've begun to do that in every area of life, really getting that there will always be some place or some way that I can improve myself. I hope that's helpful. I hope you get something out of that. Being never finished I think is very, very liberating because then you can start to enjoy the learning, the growth along the way.
