All right, so I'm working with this SaaS company a couple of years ago in the Western US and they were having all kinds of issues with confusion in their one on ones. So we got everything down to one page job scorecards, simple one page job scorecards and then we began to use those in the operation. Another company that we were working with in the events business got their one on ones down to 15 minutes every two weeks. So every leader and person on down for the team except for the base level frontline was getting a review or some feedback session, a coaching session every two weeks and they got it down to 15 minutes just by using a simple 1:1 page job scorecard along with whatever quarterly initiatives the person owned.
