5 Campaigns Chiropractors Should Be Running

Billy Sticker breaks down five Facebook and Instagram campaigns for chiropractors: event promotions, short-form videos (45-60 seconds), new-patient offers, review incentives, and reactivation campaigns. He emphasizes building warm audiences first before running paid ads, and stresses follow-up systems like SMS and email to convert leads.

Alright. So I wanted to record this video to talk about some of the best campaigns that you can be running on Facebook and Instagram for growth in your practice. Right. So one of the things that I talk about a lot is our perfect patient tribe turbine. So if you haven't seen that, you go to kairokandymarketing.com tribe. But it goes over the process of how to build really warm audiences in your market. So to just put your position yourself as an authority. So I definitely recommend you watching that. But part of doing that is having these different campaigns that are running, especially different kinds of videos. So let's get into some of these best campaigns. The first one is pretty popular. We have a lot of people that do this, a lot of our clients. It's different events. You can do dinners, right? Just typical dinners with the docs. Run campaigns like that. You can do different workshops. Let's say you're having an in office workshop. You can run campaigns on Facebook for that lunch and learns. We have a great campaign that is similar to a fishbowl type campaign. So instead of going out putting a fishbowl in a restaurant for somebody to order or to win a free dinner for their business or lunch for their business, you can actually set it up online. That works really well. But there's different things you can do. So that would be another type of event campaign that you can run. There's a bunch of these that you can do. Another great campaign to run is content videos. We're real big on trying to get clients to do content videos. And here's the benefit to you of doing these type of videos is it one builds rapport for you and your audience. It's like this reciprocity. You're giving them value, they start resonating with you. They want to do business with somebody that they know like and trust. These videos allow us to create that in your environment. But whenever you do these videos consistently, when you're doing at least two to four a month, you don't want to do one every day, but doing 1, 2 to 4amonth can really go create such a warm, retargeting audience that it can really add so much value to you. So let's talk about different content videos you can do. You can do conditions, you know, you can talk about cervical issues and headaches, you can talk about, you know, low back pain, sciatic issues, you can talk about nutrition, whatever it is that you do that you see a lot of in your office or whatever it is that you're wanting to See more of in your office, you can do short two to three minute videos about that condition. You don't want to do some that are too long if they're going straight on Facebook. Because one of the benefits of doing these videos is being able to tell Facebook, hey, If somebody watches 25 to 50% of this video, put them in a retargeting audience. So when you're doing videos that are really, really long, every once in a while, that can be beneficial. But a lot of these short videos, they're going to be perfect because it gets their attention, you deliver the content and you're done. They're busy. If you're ever going to be distracted, it's going to be online. So for you to be able to capture their attention for 45 seconds to a minute is pretty solid. So we recommend shorter videos. You can do an office tour. You can do. If you do something on, you know, pediatrics, you can talk about, you know, we've had patients adjust or doctors adjust, video a newborn being adjusted or kids being adjusted or different things like that. Just whatever you're doing in your office, do videos about it. And we also talk about, you want to, don't stand in the same place every time you want to break it up. You know, do some videos outside. You can do one at a restaurant. You can do just do them all over so people aren't thinking they're seeing the same ones over and over again. You can do an offer if you have whatever new patient offer you normally do. This is pretty popular. A lot of people do this. They will just run that new patient offer all over their town. The issue is that's normally going to a cold audience. So if you do these other things, especially this, this is one of the most important things you can do. That's what builds that warmer audience. But you can do an offering, do review referral campaigns. This is where you're asking somebody to. This is targeting just your database, but you ask them to write a review for a chance to win something or send in a referral. What we typically do on campaigns like that is if they write a review, they get one ticket. If they send in a referral, they get five. And we run it for two to three weeks, sometimes a month. One of our clients, we ran that campaign for two weeks and he had 50 reviews written on Google. Works really, really well. And then you do a drawing for one of those. Not everybody who, you know, who writes a review, they don't all win something. They get a ticket and then you do One drawing. So that's a good campaign reactivation. You know, once again, targeting maybe inactive. An inactive database allows you to do a special offer or something just to them. We have actually ran certain videos before that have reactivated patients for offices simply because some of these offices haven't been doing a whole lot on Facebook and they start doing that especially targeting their database and people that just haven't been in a couple of years, it reminds them, you know what, we need to go see Dr. Walker or whoever. So these are some of the different campaigns you can run. There's a lot more than this, but these are some of your five key or core different campaigns that you can be running. Some other things that can help you generate better leads online is, you know, when you're doing campaigns like this, having them schedule online, there's some different options and tricks and tips that you can do to have have them schedule online. It frees up your staff. Also sending, you know, SMS messages, text messages to leads is a lot more effective than calling them. A lot of days, you know, times now, people don't answer the phone if they don't recognize the number. So there's some tips and stuff when it goes to text messaging. And then you can also email follow up. You want to get that done too. That's one of the things. We set all this up automatically for our clients, but here's just a handful of conditions and stuff. We already talked about that. But when it comes to marketing in general, Marketing 101 doesn't matter if it's newspaper, radio, TV, you're either targeting a cold audience or a warm audience. Radio and TV is going out to a cold audience. Typically, if you're just doing an offer, a lot of times people do that. A lot of these agencies do that and you're going to a cold audience. If you can build a retargeting audience with content, then you start showing the offer to the warm audience. These are the people who know, like and trust you, who are seeing your videos all the time. This is what dramatically increases your, your show rate, the quality of the leads. And your bottom line is being able to build a warm audience. So don't just run these or don't just target a cold audience. You want to make sure that you are always doing stuff to build a warm audience. You do this in the back end, setting up your audiences and things like that. For more information on our process and what we do, we have a process that's 95% success rate. It's based on this, with some more things, but you can go to chiralcandymarketing. Com tribe for more information. But we'd love to help any way we can. If you need anything, reach out.
