Billy Sticker says know God so well his thoughts become yours, like close friends finishing each other's sentences. Philip knew Jesus that way, which made his service effective. Fill yourself with God's word now so it's ready when you need it.

We need to be putting the word in us when we don't need it so it's there whenever we do. And that's what Philip was doing here. How many of us have, you know, with your spouse or your best friend, you finish each other's sentences because you're, you're so close? That's how God wants to be with us. We need to be spending so much time with God that his thoughts become our thoughts. Amen. That we can finish his thoughts, right? And that's what happened here. He knew what to say and what to do because he knew Jesus, and he just simply used that to serve.
