Billy Sticker pays account reps roughly $100 per account for handling the full client lifecycle. When an account cancels, their pay drops. Reps can earn extra commission by taking sales calls for referrals their clients generate.
So if you are an account rep with us, you manage everything for that account. You were talking to that account, you were setting up the ads, you were sending them the reports. But, and you get paid based on how many accounts you manage. Yeah. So if you have an account cancel, like right now they get on average about $100 per account depending on what services they're doing. So if somebody cancels, like, that directly affects their paycheck. But if one of their team, if one of their clients sends in a referral, they can take the sales call. So they can get, because they're the reason we're getting that referral, because they're doing a good job. So they get the commission. Not all of them want to take sales calls, but most of them do. They get the commission and they get to manage that account.
