Hey, guys, Billy Sticker here today. This could be video number six. And today we're going to talk about knowing your client or if you're a chiropractor, knowing your patient. I know there's a lot of chiropractors watching these. Here's what's one of the most important things. You've got to know exactly who your ideal target market is. And these are the four questions that you need to ask yourself and you need to make sure you know the answer to. The first one is, who are they? Who are they? Let's write these down, then we'll go back and talk about them. Number two, what do they do? Number three, what do they want? And number four, what problems. Do they have? You've got to know these questions or know the answers to these questions. The first one, who are they? And it may be, you know, male, female, their age, what type of social status do they have? You know, your ideal, if you're a contractor, your ideal patient. Your ideal patient may be female, you know, between the ages of, you know, 30 and 65 or whatever it is, but you got to know that. So you know who to market to, where to market, how to advertise. The second one, what do they do? You know, where are they at online? Where do they hang out? Just in general, knowing what they do can help you understand more how they think. But also joint venture partners, who else is marketing to your demographic already? What do they do? I put that on there twice. What do they want? Sorry, I can't read. What do they want? What are some of their desires, some of the things, some of their goals, some of their aspirations? And then here, what are the problems? What problems do they have? And typically, what problems do they have that you can solve because that's what you want to work towards? For example, let's go over some of these real quick with me and chiropractor, for example, who are they? Chiropractors, entrepreneurs, what do they do? One of the things about a chiropractor is they're very, very passionate about health, more so than a lot of medical doctors. So what do they do? They help people with their health be more health conscious. They help their bodies actually, you know, their nervous systems line up and their bodies help heal themselves. They help with, you know, back, neck, things like that. I understand it. What do they want? They want more patients, and they want to be able to help more people, and they want to educate people to the benefits of chiropractic. I understand that. What problems do they have? There's very few problems chiropractors have that more patients won't solve. And that's very, very important. You can be down in the dumps and having just not the best of luck, but a lot of new patients can change everything for you. And that's one of their big desires. When you know who they are, then we get into how do you market to them, how do you target them? How do you use this information to get them to come to you for business, to come to you to help solve those problems? So we're going to talk more about those, about how to use these in video 7 and 8. Thanks.
