Billy Sticker says a delay from God isn't a no. When you're waiting between your prayer and the answer, God is doing preparatory work beneath the surface, like a carrot growing unseen in soil. The wait is part of his plan.

I wanna encourage you today that a divine delay is not necessarily a denial, right? A divine delay is not, not a denial. So many times when we're in between the burden and the fulfillment, we're in between the prayer and God's answer, God is doing a deep work preparing us. Amen. for the fulfillment, right? The carrot is growing. Sometimes we just don't see it, right? Amen.
