In this brief sermon, Billy Sticker urges listeners to pray for God to reveal new opportunities, acknowledging that such a prayer can be intimidating because the opportunities God provides may be challenging. He references the films Bruce Almighty and Evan Almighty to illustrate the idea that praying for patience often results in God giving situations that require patience to be exercised. The core message is a call to ask God specifically for opportunities, accepting that they may serve as tests of character and growth.

And that needs to be our prayer, is God, show me opportunity. But let's face it, that's a scary prayer. Because what do you think God's gonna do when you ask him to show you opportunity? He's gonna show you opportunity. Do y'all remember, I don't remember if it was Bruce Almighty or Evan Almighty. Am I the only heathen that watched those? They're actually, those movies will preach. But, uh, he was like, hey, be careful praying for patience, because what's going to happen is God's going to give you the opportunity to exercise patience. But here was the opportunity, and that needs to be our prayers. God, just show me the opportunity.
