One of the things too that as a business leader we have to be careful for is negative attitudes. Now this does make it easier whenever you're addition through subtraction, but a negative attitude in an organization is a cancer and it can spread. And one of the things we talk about with Cairo Candy is like, look, all complaints should go up, never down. Right on. Yeah, you should never complain to people under you about stuff that people above you are doing. If you have a complaint, bring that up. Yes. And your messaging down should all be in support.
