I had previously used some other Facebook advertising companies and I was getting lots of leads in, which was great, except it seemed as though a lot of these patients were just coming in for the deal. Although it's a bit outside of my comfort zone, I know that some of the algorithms are leaning more towards video than they are just stock photos.
