Billy Sticker says every seven-figure practice he works with shows up at local events consistently. Most practitioners start attending farmer's markets, expos, and chamber meetings but quit after a few years. The ones making serious money keep going, or send a team member in their place.
Chapters
You wanna become the name that's already in their head. How do you get known? Almost all of you, when you first got into practice, you were doing community events. On Saturdays, you're doing the farmer's market, you're doing the bridal expo, you're, you're out, you're involved in BNI groups, you're involved in the chamber, all these things. You're, you're involved in the community. And then after 4 or 5 years, you're like, yeah, I'm not spending my Saturdays doing that anymore. I will tell you this, every practice we work with that's over 7 figures, they are at every single event in their community. Most of them in most events. It may not be them. They hire somebody on their team to go represent their practice in the community. Community events build trust. You get belly to belly with your community, and it's one of the best ways to build trust.
