The youth group that he was in, everybody was making fun of this kid. He just wasn't fitting in, felt alone. Why is he even here? And like, he's kind of the victim mindset, right? We've all been there, right? Just sitting there sulking. Buddy sees this kid and says, you know what, it's summer, he needs a glass of water. I'm gonna go get him a glass of water and just sit down and talk to him. And Buddy told us, he goes, guys, I have no clue of this event. Do not remember it at all. But this teenager said, you know what? That changed my life. He goes, God showed up in that moment and I knew that God cared. It was a glass of water and an ear. That's it. That is all God's asking us to do is to be available and to be obedient, right?
