Billy Sticker explains why entrepreneurs should pick one specific problem and solve it the same way repeatedly. His example: clients upload raw footage, his team edits and polishes audio. Find what hurts, fix it the same way every time, and scale from there.

I would just try to find something that's going to solve a problem on a smaller scale than what you're doing now, because it does take a lot to do these big projects. If you could maybe offer some type of reels video package or something, for an example, maybe not you guys going and shooting them, but if they're shooting the videos, they just upload them to a drive and then your team, they do everything else. They do all the management. They do all the editing, you know, they make sure that, you know, the sound's good or whatever. I mean, that's just an idea, but it still goes back to what's a problem they have that you can solve and ideally solve it over and over and over again.
