Top 5 Social Media Campaigns

Billy Sticker breaks down five Facebook and Instagram campaigns for chiropractors: event-driven workshops, content videos showing treatments, direct-offer specials, review contests, and reactivation campaigns for lapsed patients. He stresses retargeting warm audiences and automation through 2.5 to 3-month email and SMS sequences to convert leads into appointments.

Alright guys, I wanted to put this video together just to give you some great content. If you are currently running Facebook ads, I wanted to show you some of the top campaigns that we recommend. Now currently we're working with just over a hundred and sixty chiropractors all over the world. Mostly here in the US but we have clients all over the world and these are some of the campaigns that we're getting the best results for. Okay, so we're doing these on Facebook and on Instagram. Now one of the things that's very important for you to understand is no one goes to Facebook looking for a chiropractor, right? They're going to Facebook looking at pictures of the grandkids and you know, in their friends and family. It is social media, it's not Google. So the mindset is totally different. That's why we like to refer to it as Facebook. Is a lot like doing screenings. No one's going to the health fair this weekend. Well, maybe, but let's say the bridal expo or the farmers market, hoping to find a chiropractor. But there's going to be chiropractors set up there and if enough people stop by your Booth, let's say 20 people stop by the booth, hopefully you get six of them to come in the office the next week or two and you still go out and do screenings because there are a lot of work, but they do generate new patients. It's the same thing with Facebook. If we can get your message to the right people, you can generate great quality leads if you're doing it the right way. So one of the things we also like to tell people is quit looking at Facebook as just a lead generation source. Look at it as a way to effectively deliver your message of what it is you do, how you do it and why you do it. When you take that message and get it out to the right people, that's going to be what totally transforms your practice. So some of the campaigns we use to do that, the first one would be different events. Now we do tons of campaigns to help you fill events, whether it's dinners with the docs. You know, some people are doing workshops where they're not providing a meal. And we can do those whether they're in office or somewhere else. Lunch and learns. These are great because for every lead that come in, that comes in, it's not a potential one patient, it's a potential 30 to 50. Right. Because with this campaign what we do is we're targeting people who are interested in having you come and do a presentation at their workplace. So this is a great one. We've really got some special, special sauce right here on this one. So these are some great things, just different events. Another campaign that we recommend is content videos. Now what? One of the things that makes Facebook so powerful is 95% of your patients, your ideal patients that are on Facebook right now. And we can take Facebook and we can build out different audiences. What we like to refer to is dig these different ponds and we put fish, right? We tell Facebook what fish to put in each pond. Well, one of the ways we do that is by doing specific videos. So you can do videos on conditions, you know, headaches, different things like that. You can do those. You can do an office tour. You know, if you've never been to our office before, let me show you around. And you just walk through the whole office, let them see what it is. Some of the reasons people don't go to a chiropractor is the sense of the unknown. So if you can help pull back the curtain and show make the unknown known, that will help lower that barrier of entry, which can help you get better results. Or it may be some kids getting adjusted. If you do a lot of families, that would be a great video. When it comes to any advertising, your first objective is to get their attention. If you're familiar with marketing, the Aida principle is true on Facebook, just like it is in print and TV and radio. The first thing you want to do is get their attention. People are going to be. 90% of the people are going to be on their phones, probably a little bit higher than that. We want to get them to stop scrolling. So sometimes if you have. Which we talk about this in some other training we do for our clients, but if you've got the spine in your hand and you're doing a video or you've got a newborn or something like that, that gets people's attention, that's going to get them to stop. Then it grabs their attention. Then you create interest, desire, and then you get them to take action. But actually, if you're a client in the training portal, we have between 30 and 50 sample videos of different content strategies. Some really cool things. At some of our offices, they're just crushing it with videos. So we show you all kinds of stuff that you can do and kind of make it your own. But content videos are great because then we can tell Facebook, if somebody watches 25% or 50% of this video, put them in another audience. And now let's show them more. And More content. So this works really well. Another campaign that we recommend is doing an offer. Now this is what most Facebook companies do, right, is they want to take whatever your new patient offer is and just put it out there on Facebook and then cross your fingers and hope you get some leads in. Now this can work. We actually have some clients, there's a handful in particular that have been with us for almost three years. This is all they do. But it works so well. They're fine with it. They just leave it alone. The majority of our offices now are actually doing these videos because of that. The quality of their leads are almost better than referrals. But you can take whatever. Okay, if you were doing a dinner or a workshop or you're doing screenings, what is your new patient offer? Take that, put it on Facebook and you can run a campaign like that. But it works best when you're doing retargeting with it, not just throwing it out there to a cold audience. Another one is review referral campaign. Now Facebook has changed the way we do this a little bit in the past six months. But basically, if you have your ads account now, you have to build out a business account. But once you do that, you can take your existing database, upload it to Facebook and they will create another audience. Right? We get to dig another pond of your existing people. But what's great about that is when you do a campaign and you only target those people, no one else is seeing it. So that's one of the things that's great about this campaign. What we recommend and what we've seen a lot of our offices do is get something that you're going to give away. We've had offices, do you know, Garmin activity trackers or maybe Fitbits or Amazon Echoes, Google Chromebook, laptops, barbecue pits, TVs, bicycles, all kinds of different things. But whatever you think your patients would resonate with, get it. And then you do a video similar to this. You know, hey guys, you know Dr. Smith here, check this out. We've got this brand new Amazon Echo. We're going to be giving it away to one of you guys. And all you have to do to enter to win is write us a review on Google. Now that's going to get your name in the hat one time. That's going to get you a ticket and we're going to be doing the drawing on such and such date. We hope it's a five star review, but we really just want an honest review of your experience with our office. So if you can, you know, get that done, and then we'll be doing the drawing on this date. Or you can send in a referral that'll get your name in the hat five times. So plenty of chances to win. Good luck. That's it. A very, very basic video, but we've ran this campaign so many times, and every time, the average Office gets over 30 reviews written whenever we do this. The very first time we did it was for my chiropractor here in my town. We had 47 reviews written, 14 referrals, 10 reactivations. We weren't even going for reactivations. But what happened is some of his existing patients started seeing his content again, which he wasn't that active on Facebook before. And it just reminded him, you know what? We haven't seen Dr. Walker in a while. And so it generated. It was just incredibly, incredibly profitable. So this is a great campaign. Another one that you can do is reactivations, right? So even on this one typically generates reactivations, and we weren't targeting reactivations, but we got some. You can do a specific reactivation campaign. You know, hey, guys, if you haven't been in in the past six months, we miss you. What we're doing is a free nerve scan or whatever it may be. You know, if you use the insight, maybe you want to do that, that's going to be up to you. Whatever you want that offer to be, but. But we can target just your existing people. So that's another great one. So now we have a couple of bonuses. Real quick, let me share a bonus review. 1. I didn't write this on the board, but this is just so good. And it has nothing at all to do with Facebook. We have ran this on Facebook before, but you can do it right now by yourself without doing anything to Facebook. One of my clients, he's actually recently retired his CA came up with this, and it's absolutely brilliant. Right? You are going to be so excited once you hear this strategy right here. What she would do is she would lean over the desk as the patients got there or as they were leaving, and she said, listen, the end of next month is Dr. Jeff's birthday. We're asking everybody to go to Google and write a review. What we're going to do is we're going to screenshot all of those reviews and. And get them printed into a book and give it to him for his birthday. They had 50 reviews written. Whenever she did this, everything was true. It was his birthday coming up. He had no idea. But that is a great, great Way to build your. Your Google reviews. Okay, so let's get into some other bonuses here. Conditions. Right. So if you're a client, you already know that we have some great training on this right here. But our training portal for clients, the first half is really for your staff on super cool scripts to use all kinds of strategies to text leads without using cell phones that will actually help get them in the door. It helps your CAs with mindset, stuff like that. The second half is really more for you on doing these videos, but in there we have between 30 and 50 sample videos and it covers a lot of things like this. Headaches, knee, pregnancy, pregnancy campaigns. If you do some videos on this, if you do a lot of, you know, prenatal care in your office, these work phenomenal. We've got some campaigns that some clients have been with us for a while and things were kind of slowing down some. We implemented this campaign and it just took off again. I mean, it's just amazing how well this campaign works. But knees, anything that's a pain that you treat in your office, that people are very aware of. So we have some offices that do neuropathy and thyroid and, you know, some of the more functional medicine stuff. But the thing with those conditions is that they are so it's. It's a pain that so many people are aware of. They have when they see ads for it or videos for it, they stop what they're doing to at least watch to find out more. So those are great, great different campaigns you can run. Bonus number two would be retargeting. Now, this is so important. You want to build out all these audiences because when you're marketing, let's say that you're doing an offer to a cold market, this. Whenever you're doing this, the leads don't answer the phone, they don't show up, they don't have anything vested. But when you are doing some of this other stuff and you've done workshops, you're doing these videos, these condition videos, what happens is you build this authority in your marketplace where people know who you are, they know what you do, why you do it, how you do it. And then whenever you start running these offers to them and you're retargeting that to a warm or even a hot market, a hot audience, they want to come in. They are more like a referral. As a matter of fact, with a referral, you're leveraging that relationship that you share. Whenever you're doing this, they feel like they already know you. So it works really, really, really well, make sure you are not just running ads to cold audiences. This is why you don't want to boost a post because this is all you're doing. Stop wasting your money, okay? Get with a company that knows what they're doing and actually do it correct. And then also something else that you can do is you could run these campaigns and you could have it to where your clients actually schedule online and everything's automated. It works really well. So you have that and you want to make sure that you're doing text message, you know, SMS follow ups and email follow ups. So for every lead on the majority of our campaigns, not every campaign, but whether it's chiropractic, decompression, thyroid neuropathy, we've got about a 2 1/2 to 3 month email follow up sequence that just continues to educate that lead and nurture that lead. So you want to make sure that you're doing all of this too. So I hope this was beneficial for you. You should see some more videos below us or below this video. Just a bunch of testimonial videos and things like that. If you're currently not a client, we would love to schedule a call with you and see if there's something we can do to help you out. Especially considering our fees start at only $500 a month. So you know, after setup fees, 500 bucks a month. That's nothing compared to what most of these companies charge. And if you're getting great results and you're happy and you refer three or more people to us, as long as they're active, you get your stuff done for free. So it's a no brainer. That's why we've become one of the largest companies in the chiropractic profession doing what we do. So anyway, hope this helps and would love to schedule a call and talk soon. See ya.
