What are your reviews? We had somebody recently, super, super guy. Numbers aren't where he wants them to be. Been in practice for a minute. And in the past 8 months, probably 8 months or so, he's— and we've talked about this, this is a priority— he's only gotten 8 extra reviews. It may have been 10 reviews. And he has just over 100 anyway. Okay. That's okay. He's happy with that because there's over 100, but you know what? Everybody else in his community, everybody else has anywhere between 300 reviews and 600 reviews. That matters. You have a review. This should be a KPI you track every single week. When you're looking at your numbers, you're doing your weekly team meetings. How many new patients did we have this week? What was our patient visit count? What was our collections? How many reviews did we get?
