The Latin word for compassion actually means to co-suffer, to suffer with you. He chose to enter into your pain. Every tear that you've cried, you didn't cry alone. I've just come to tell somebody in here that Jesus has been with you in the waiting. Yeah. He's been with you. The reason why you can have faith again is because you— he has shown himself to be a God of empathy, not of rules and regulation, but a God that is willing to weep with those that are weeping.
