30-Minute 90s Workout Party - LIVE with Amy!

Recorded live YouTube workout ("30‑Minute 90s Workout Party - LIVE with Amy!") in which Amy teaches a 30-minute, 90s-themed class with her daughter Maya (age 4) assisting. The session mixes cardio, strength, and core circuits in ~30–40s intervals, offering low- and high-impact options and equipment alternatives (body weight, light dumbbells, kettlebell, mini band). Key segments: warm-up marches and shoulder rolls; cardio slides (cha‑cha/Bart Simpson), lunges + kicks, step/V‑step and cabbage patch; strength moves including curtsy rows and kettlebell/dumbbell swings; core work ("Titanic" superman into push-up, ab‑roller simulations, butterfly crunches); bonus moves (MC Hammer shuffle + climbers); cool-down and community Q&A. Instructor makes 90s pop-culture references and promotes upcoming programming (Move challenge, Remix Monday, Flashback Friday).

We'll have cardio, we'll have strength, we'll have core, and then we're gonna Have a choose your own adventure. We'll work in some mobility as well. Listen, I know, right? We'll see how long she does. As you've seen from my Instagram, Sandy in Nebraska. Yes. AV is here. All right, so it's gonna go quickly. We're gonna have some fun 90s references. You know, guys, the 90s was my decade. I was born in the 80s, but the 90s is when I really grew up. So I'm excited about this. If you don't get the reference, don't worry about it. But we're going to have a good time with it. All right, Maya, are you ready? Yes. Yes. Okay, so we are going to get our timer going. We're going to get our music going. Yep. You got to come back here. Come back here. Yeah. All right, so let's start marching. Can you march? All right, so roll through those shoulders. All right, can you do some big deep breath in and out? Keep it going. Take it in and out. All right, team, reach it over. Reach, reach. Ha. Breathe right through here. Take it across slow. Starting slow. Then we're gonna pick it up in a minute. Lori says, come on, Maya, let's work out right here. Take it. Knees, knees. Yes. You keep going, Maya. I'm gonna get a little piece of tape for my headphones just to keep it in. Squat it down and up. Take it here and up right through here. Body fit by Maya. Right down and up here. Keep going. You keep leading them. You keep leading them. Yes. You're doing it. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, so let's do some jumping jacks. What do you think? Yes. So I forgot to say it. We are gonna have some dumbbells, some kettlebells. Maybe we'll sneak in a mini band or two. Whatever you got, we're gonna be using it. You can also just keep it body weight, because we got a lot of fun body weight today. Remember, you can keep it low impact here. Four, three, two. Oh, yeah, just tie my shoe. But that's a good one. Let's reach it down and up. There we go. Down, huh? Yes. Four more. We got four. Yes. Three, four. Ah. Maya's gonna count for me. All right, let's take it back right here. So big stretch back. Can you take one leg back? Yep. We call this world's greatest stretch. Take your hand down, reach this one up. Reach through. There we go. Drop the knee. I know a little bit of balance. Take it down and up. Good. Hold it here. If you want, you can drop that knee down. Get a little stretch it's up to you, right? Oh, you need water already. Okay, switch your legs right here. You can get some water. It's okay. If you need it, take it right here. Other side. Reach it up. Going through. Sarah's gonna do it tomorrow. Yes, Sarah, good job working hard. Hold it down. Stretch it forward. Right through there. Yes. Good. Can we take it back to a plank? Oh, you do need a headband. All right, maybe daddy can get you a headband. All right, we're gonna take it to that high plank. And if you want a little down, dog. And up. Watch that camera. We have 4, 3, 2. Good, you can pedal your feet. Hold it right through here. Yes. All right, she is ready. Body Fit by Maya is ready. Walk your hands back right through here. Slowly up. Yes. You can see yourself in the monitor. Let's get some stretches right here. Thank you, Marissa. Oh, Molly has a little Patrick. He's four, too. Can you say hi, Patrick? Hi, Patrick. Thanks for saying hi. All right, so we are going to get it done. Can you go set the timer for me? The red one hit the green button. All right, team, so don't worry about staying with the beat. Yes. The 90s was a time where we did a lot of stuff to the beat, but we're not gonna worry about that, all right? We're just gonna keep it moving, and we're gonna start with a little slide. So starting with your cardio, this slide was all over the 90s dance. Maybe you remember the cha cha slide. Crisscross that, right? Or you can think of it. This is often called the Bart Simpson. Right where you go. So you do whatever is best for you. We're just sliding right and left to get our heart rates up. You can step it, or you can do a little jump. We have 40 seconds. Are you ready? Yep. We got the slide. You can make it a dance move if you want. In three, two, one. Here we go. Yep, Just slide side to side right here. Up to you. Whatever you want it to be. Kind of sounds like that 90s hip hop, right? So we had to use music that we had the copyright to, so we just tried to find what was feeling 90s for us. Keep going. Yes. Maya, you're doing it. You want to think of it as the cha cha slide. Slide to the rep. Slide to the right. Crisscross, right? Three, two, one. You. Yeah, you do like that song, right? We do that. I like that song. All right, team, so now we. Yes, I do have lots of lip gloss. All right, team. So with or without your dumbbells it is up to you. We're gonna keep it body weight. We got two sides of this. Remember that little kid in play, right? So we're gonna make it into a lunge. So we're right here. We're gonna lunge it down. You're gonna kick it up. So it's up to you if you want to make it more of a dance move like that Charleston, or if you just want to take it, lunge, and kick. You do you? We got two sides. Right side, lunge right here, lunge step, kick. So you can go slow or fast. It's up to you. But I do want you to get the lunge because this is your strength. Yes. Down and up. Yes. You're doing it. Keep it going. We're halfway there with this one. I was gonna have you guys do that little hop around, but we'll just take it right side and left side. Sure. Everybody remembers this move. 10 seconds. Drop it down, kick it forward. Yes. Maya, hold it here. All right, give me your foot right here. Give me your foot and then your hand. And we hop around like this, Right? All right, team, other side. So other foot forward. You can think of it as just a lunge and kick, or you can think of it as a lunge, like a little Charleston. Are we ready? Here we go. Lunge kick. It's your strength. Right? And forward. Good job, baby. You got it. You're doing it. Step it back. Yes. Halfway there in this one. This is what it looks like from the side. Drop it down, step it in, bring it up. I gotta double knot that. Keep it going. We got about 10 seconds. Maya's gonna keep showing you. Yeah, or you could just dance. You can always just have a dance party as long as you're moving, right? Follow me. We got five. Follow me. Four, three, two, one. All right, Maya, so we're taking it down to the mat. Okay? So here you come on this mat. All right, guys, who remembers the Titanic movie from the 90s? I think it was 97. We all loved it. You don't, but. All right, so here's what we got. We're gonna go with Rose on the front of the boat, and then we're gonna push it up like she's getting on that door. Right. We don't have to argue about whether or not they can both fit on the door, because we know they could have. All right, so you're here. You're here. And then get up on that door. Right? So in other words, it's a superman, but we're gonna Call it a Titanic Superman into a push up. Let's get the core working hard. Are you ready, Maya? Let's do it. All right, so bring it down. We got 40. Lift and hold and push it up. Yes. Slowly down. We gotta lift and hold. So we got a lot of core, but we also got a lot of upper body right here. Take it down. Lift and hold and bring it up, team. Lift and hold and bring it up. Are you tired yet? I know, right? And bring it up. Yeah, you can take a little rest with my if you want. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, guess what? We made it to the end of this circuit. What do you think, Maya? Now we get to pick our favorite. What's our favorite? You want to do the slide? You want to do the lunge. You want to do this one? You want to do the slide? All right, so pick your favorite. You can just do that. Superman or Titanic. Superman. Into that push up. Push up on the door. You can do the slide with me and Maya, or you can do that lunge and tap. I will cue you at the halfway point. It means you gotta get up, baby. All right, team, so keep your feet moving. We're gonna add some weights in that next round, all right? I know. It's okay. You don't have to do it. You can just rest if you want. Let's do the slide. Ready? Here we go. Slide. Slide. And you decide if you want again. Make it that they call it the Bart Simpson. Or if you want cha cha slide. Add that little crisscross right you do you. You're lunging. We're at that halfway point right now, so switch your sides. Other lunge. Tap it up. Here we go. Let's keep sliding. Yes. Maya, how old are you? Four. Maya is four. Oh, Jenny's son, Alba. I hope I said that right. Or I'll go is three. He's saying hi to you. We got three, two, one. Grab some water, team. Good work. All right, you're gonna keep working out with me, okay? All right, team, so catch your breath. Remember these. These workouts are all about having a good time. Clearly, we're not worried if you're getting everything right. All right? So we're gonna go with some cardio. All right? Can you march it? Here's what we got, team. Also big in the 90s was step aerobics. Don't worry. We're not gonna do a step, but here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna do a step knee, walk it back. Step knee, walk it back. You decide what version of that you need. If that's just knees, that works, too. You can jump it, you can step it. But we got 40 seconds. Here we go. Step, knee. It's a little quick, so don't feel like you have to go this quick. Imagine you're stepping on the side. Step, step, knee. All right, if you want, you can just follow Maya. Maya, just do the knees. Knees, knees, yes. Or if you're on the step, step, knee. Who remembers this? Laura does. I know. She probably used to teach it. Step, knee. 10 seconds. Good job. Knee. Yes. Modification. Just the knees? Yeah. Or quick feet. That's that maniac from last week. Week. Three, two, and one. Good job, Maya. All right, so what I want you to do is grab a set of light dumbbells. Light. All right, Maya, you want to try it with the dumbbells or you want to. All right, it's going to be hard. All right, light dumbbells, guys. We're going to do the Macarena to get our shoulders working. All right, who remembers this? So we're here. You're gonna go one, two. Yeah, maybe. Can you do it without weights to show everybody how to do it without weights? You want to try? Okay. One, two. Flip, flip, curl, curl, down. And then you can either do a squat or you can do a Macarena. Right? If that is just too much or you got heavier weights, I just want you to do some raises and you can alternate palms up or down. All right, Are we ready, Maya? All right, follow me if you can. Let's get those shoulders working. We've got up, up, flip, flip, cross, cross, hip, hip, squat it down, little pulse and bring it up. That's what it looks like. Join me. Ready? Here we go. Up, up. Maybe you should. Do you want to just do your arms? No weights. All right, folks. Folks, that's really heavy. For you, baby. Okay. Okay, you can do one at a time right here. Up, up. Yeah, just put them down. Just use your arms. Cross, cross, hip, hip, squat. Yeah. Hold it with two hands. There you go. You're doing it. 3, 2, 1. Take it up. We got Macarena. Yes. Bring it in. Take it. Hips. Pulse your squat. Or take your. Your hips around. You love that one, right? One more time. Let's do it. Let's go. Macarena. Up, up. I hope you're not sore tomorrow. We should have brought your plastic ones in, right? Pulse, pulse. Three, two, one. Yes, team. All right, so sleep. Set those weights down. Good job, Maya. All right, let's get your mat again. Now we're gonna go to some core. All right, team. Also classic in the 90s was the AB roller. Remember, there were several types. There was that ab roller crunch. Yep, you can be right there. And then there was the ab roller that you rolled out. So here's what we're gonna do, team. We're gonna simulate that on our knees. I want you to walk out, hold, and walk it back if you want. Walk it out, pop it up to here, and then walk it back. You can do it a pike, or you can do it from your knees. So imagine you've got that ab roller. Okay, so we're just walking out on our hands. You okay? Okay, here we go. Ab roller. 40 seconds. Walk it up from your knees to here. Hold. And then walk it back. Yes. If you want to do it up on your toes, we walk it out and then walk it back. Like a down dog, Like a pike. But we got lots of core, lots of upper working. Right. And walk it back. Yep. Maya, you stay on your knees. Walk it out. Yes. You're doing it. Walk it back, Walk it out. Yay. Walk it back, walk it out. Ah, I'm feeling it. Are you feeling it, Maya? Yeah. Let's hold the plank right here. Hold for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Relax. Yes. High five. All right, team, so now it is up to you. Here. High five. You pick. Choose your own adventure. Can you toss a to the side, Maya? Okay, you stay there. So you can. You can either do your knees, your step knees. Okay, okay, okay, okay. You can do the Macarena. Maya, let's do this with just our hands. How about this? So Maya and I are going to do the Macarena. You can do it with light weights, and then instead of that hip roll, you can just do a pulse or again, you can do that ab roll. Out. Are we ready? You ready? Three, two, one. Here we go. We're going out. Out, up, up, Cross, cross. Here, here. Pulse. Get low. Yes. Again. Out, out, up, up. Here, Here. Pulse. Get low in that squat. Yes, you can. Here we go. If you were doing that step knee, you're just alternating. If you're doing that ab roller, you're just walking it out to a plank. Walk it back as you're walking. Use that core. Oh, you're ahead of me. Yes. Cross, cross. Hip, hip, pulse. Let's get one more. Out, out. Up, up. Cross, cross, hip, hip. High five. All right, team, let's get a sip of water. All right, everybody, so how about a little kettlebell swing? Maya, can you grab your little Your blue weight right there. Maya's gonna do it with a dumbbell. I'm gonna do it with the kettlebell. We'll start with a little deadlift, and then you pick which versions you want to do. All right, are we ready? So, Maya, you're just gonna hold it in front, and we're gonna bend it here. Okay? So little here. She's got a two pound, guys, so don't worry. And up getting that deadlift. You guys can go heavy if you got heavy dumbbells. Bring it up. Yes. You are working so hard, baby. I'm so proud of you. Let's get two more. One more. And relax. All right, Maya, so watch me. Here, let me show you with yours. All right, if you're coming comfortable with the swing, do the swing. You're gonna go like this. Myers gonna go up and down, up and down. You don't have to use the weight if you don't want to. So if we don't knock out a window here, just like that, right? All right, team. Otherwise, if you want to swing it with me, I'm gonna turn this way. Here we go. Prep it. 3, 2. You ready? Here we go. Bring it up. Good. Maya is showing you the low impact version. You can still get that swing. You can still get the deadlift. Drive it up. You're comfortable with the swing. Take it here. Follow us as Maya goes heavier than me. She's a strong one, right? Good. I'm glad you're not really swinging. We got 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Yes. Good work. Should we get some water, Maya? Let's get some. Okay, well, I'm gonna get some water. All right, so we're going back to a little cardio. Here's what we got. All right, so who remembers the cabbage patch, right? This one. And then who remembers from step aerobics, that V step? Out, out, in, in. We sometimes still do that. So you pick. You can put them together, or you can just do one or the other. That is our cardio. Are you ready? Yep. Just like that. Here we go. Arms out and around. Stir the pot for three, two, one. Here we go. Yes. Maya, as long as you're moving, Maya is showing you that. As long as you're moving, right? Yes. I love it. So right here. Here's your V step. You go out, out. In, in. Yes. I love it. Or cabbage patch. Yes. You're doing it. Good job, baby. Clearly, I'm not really watching my clock very well, but that's all right. As long as we're moving. 3, 2, 1. Yes. High five. You did it. All right, team, so if we have any Friends fans in the group, Friends maybe my favorite 90s TV show. We still watch it almost every night. All right, team, so who remembers the pivot episode with Ross? Thank you. Can you get one weight? You can go one heavy to medium weight with Ross. And the couch, our pivot, where he goes pivot. Google it if you haven't seen it. All right, our pivot is going to be a transverse lunge or transverse squat. So drop it here and then press it up. Then you go other side. Drop it here, Press it up. Join me in three, two. Yes. Maya, take it here and press. Take it low. I really want you to get low. One heavy weight or two lighter ones? Bring it up, take it down and up. Yes. Good job. So fun to watch us on the screen. There we go. Get low, press high. Get low, press high. Yeah, you don't have to go very high with it. You can just hold it. Okay. And you can do no weights if you want. I don't want your arms to get too sore. 3, 2, 1. All right, team, back down on your mat. Can you grab your mat? So something that was classic in all of our 90s hip hop was that butterfly move, right this or often. I'm not gonna do that one. But we are gonna do a butterfly crunch. All right? So, Maya, come on your back. We're gonna make a butterfly. So knees in, knees in, elbows in. Sorry. We're gonna take it out. You can either just come to here if you're modifying. You can keep your shoulders down or bring everything in together, take everything out. So butterfly, open wide, and then bring them in. Also, classic 90s, the thigh master, right? Suzanne Summers. Yes. All right, you ready? Butterflies in 3, 2, 1. Here we go. Everything in, everything out. Take it in and out. Deep core. I want you to tuck that pelvis. Really think as those knees and elbows come in, that you're closing the core. We often do this when we're talking about closing the core. Hips and ribs together. Your elbows and your knees can be a really good guide. Butterfly. Bring it in. Yes, Maya, elbows and send. Knees in. Good job. We're doing it, team. Yes. 5. What are you being? Oh, you're being me. 4, 3, 2. Oh, you're beating me. She's beating me on the butterfly crunch. I love it. All right, up onto your feet, baby. Ready? Let's pick our favorite. How about we do the dance move? All right, team, so you can stay with that butterfly crunch, or you can join me And, Maya, for the V step, Cabbage patch. Or what was our other one? Oh, pivot and press. You ready? Taking it out. We're gonna dance it. Oh, my goodness. All right, pivot. Three, two, one. Here we go. Can you go here? Swing your arms. You can just do the arms. Maya and I'll do the legs. Can you go out? So remember. Or. Yeah, you can do the floss. Maya's gonna do the floss. So that cabbage patch is here. You can also just step. Touch it. But if you want that V step from seph aerobics, if that step. Too many things. Yes. Or just dance like Maya. Dance like no one's watching. Yes. Team. Four, three, two, one. High five. Okay. All right, team. So go. Let's grab our kettlebell again. Or you get your one weight. Okay, we're gonna do another swing. You. Oh, you gotta wait. Okay. Why don't you do a pretend weight? Okay. All right. Kettlebell. That seems perfect. Kettlebell swing one more time. You can take it with just a deadlift, or you can do the swing. Maya's gonna show you the body weight version. Are we ready? We're gonna get 30 seconds. Prep it. Three, two, one. Thank you. And thank you, Melinda, for giving me a. A laugh at the pivot. I know we have a lot of friends, fans, in our athletic club, so we get those quotes a lot, but not everybody gets it, baby. We were on a break. Maybe that's what you guys say to me all the time when I'm like, get some water now. Let's do this. Amy, we were on a break. Anybody? Melinda gets it. Okay, Maya's done. We got four, three, two, and one, and relax. All right, quick civil water, team. Oh. Oh, you can't reach your water. That's all right. I got it. I got it. All right, team, we're gonna get two bonus moves. I want you to grab your dumbbells. The first one is just purely strength, right? Because we had a lot of cardio, a lot of fun, a lot of lower body. Okay? You got your pretend dumbbells. Get your dumbbells. And we're just gonna get some strength so we can have it. All right, we're going to curtsy. C row, Step it up and curl. Then other side. All we want is pure strength. We're not worried about 90s. All right, Maya's gonna do it. Body weight. Are we ready? We're gonna cross behind. Oh, just like, two minutes. We're almost done. I know everybody else is wondering how much minutes, right? All right, here we go. Watch Me cross behind, do the row, step it in and curl. Then other side. I just wanted to give you one quick round, one bonus move of just strength, right? Since we had a lot of fun moves. This is fun, right? Guess what? Our last bonus move is gonna be so fun. Yes. Sandy loves friends. They don't know that we know they know we know. Yes. One of my favorites. Could quote them all. Here we go. Good. Yes. Getting that strength in. Curtsy lunge. Pull your arms up in a row. Step it up and curl. Yes. Step it in. 10 seconds. Boom. Last one. Three. Yes. Two. So strong. Oh, we got one more. We got one more. I know my essence. We're done. We're done. All right, so last thing, team. Last bonus move. Have fun with it. Who remembers MC Hammer can't touch this. Whoa. Right? I'm not gonna sing. So we're gonna do a little shake shuffle. And then if you want at each end or in the middle, you can do a little pop back climber for four. Because, you know, I love a climber. You want to do that or just the shuffle? All right, we'll do both. All right, so MC Hammer shuffle. You can keep it quick. You can pop back on one side or the other. You do you. It's your workout. Have fun. It's the 90s. Last minute. Are we ready, Maya? Okay, we're gonna do both. Okay, ready? Three, two, one. Here we go. So shuffle and shuffle. Pop it back, and we're gonna climb it. 4, 3, 2, 1. Bring it up. No, we gotta shuffle. Almost, almost. Right. See, we're gonna watch the timer after this. Yep. Four, three, two. We gotta go till the timer's done. Okay, bring it up. Floor is a little slick, right? Shuffle and jump it back. Here we go. 4, 3, 2. Yes. Can we get one more all the way through? Oh. Jenny's little boy thinks the bonus moves should be hugs. What do you think? Yes. Okay, ready? Let's get this last one here. Four, three, you going under. Two, one. Now you can say we did it. We're done. All right, team, have a seat on the mat. Okay. Oh, okay. Yeah, this works too. Let's take those toes out. Stretch. Oh, it is kind of cold on the ground, isn't it? Okay, you want to get the mat. Okay, so little stretch right through here. Yep. Let's bring it out. We'll sit on it. This new floor is cold. Thank you for bearing with me, team. We might have done a little less weights than I had planned, because I didn't know that I would have a Helper for the whole time. Okay, can you stretch to one side? Stretch to one side. So feel free if you need a little extra. Check out any of my. My quick hits. 10 minute quick hits. Or if you missed yesterday's buns of steel. Maybe this is a little easier on your legs and glutes today. Who knows? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Ah. Remember this from the early days. All right, let's take one arm over. Can we sit? Crisscross applesauce. Take one arm over. Yes. And other side. Oh, Elizabeth, love this workout. Everybody's saying, great job. Maya, do you see your name up there on the screen? See? It is so little. I know. Right here. All right, can you bring your hands in front and lean over right here? You can look closer when we get there. Yes, yes. Thank you. Melanie says, way to go, Maya. Paula says you need to join every day. She really loves it. And guys, it is a testament again that if your kids see you working out and having fun with it, that is what. Okay, you can go look close. Go look close, but watch the camera. Now do you see it? If your kids see you moving and moving for fun and for health and yeah, there it is. Because it's a part of our daily routine. That is what they learn for you. Use all three of your names. Stretch it back right here. Can you come over here? Child's pose. Yes. Good work, everybody. This was a fun one with an unexpected helper, but we all had a good time, right? Okay, roll up onto your feet. Stretch it right through here. Okay, slowly roll it up. Come here, baby. Come up. Yeah. There you go. Good down dog. Here we go. All right, can you help me with this? We're gonna go one big, deep breath in and out. This was your 90s party workout. What do I say at the end? Happy Saturday. Happy Saturday. And also, great job, everybody. Great job, everybody. Great job, everybody. See you next time. See you next time. See you next Saturday. See you next Saturday. Early 2000 or 2000s workout. All right, team. Oh, thank you, my love. So if you want to hang out for a few minutes, we'll chat for a few minutes. I'll get my computer. Otherwise, have a great Saturday. Thank you for joining me. One more week of move team. Yep, one more week. And we got some really fun stuff coming up for the late 90s, early 2000s. That's what we're getting into. See everybody saying, great job. Great job. All right, everybody. Great job, everybody. Do you want to sit with me while I answer questions? Yeah. Okay, I'm gonna sit on the bench. All right, team. This is something new that we haven't done before. This is something new that we haven't done before. Right? I know. So. Oh, Amy says it looks like I have somebody ready to take over. Is it going to be body Fit by Maya next? Yeah, sometimes she does that. Adina says, great job. Look, everybody say, great job, Maya. Great job, everybody. Great job, everybody. All right, team, so if you have any questions, put them in the chat now. We'll hang out for a few minutes and then should we go have some breakfast? Yeah. Thank you, Rachel. Oh, I also love my friends references. Thank you. Thank you. All right, team, so this coming week for move. It is our last week of move. Oh, oh, can you show. Dulce wants to know your favorite dance move. You want to show us your favorite dance move? Is it the floss you want to show us? Oh, okay. Show us some dance moves. Yes. That's my favorite. We have dance parties a lot. Good one. Okay, thank you for that. Great, great question, Dulcie. All right. Tamika said an honor to work out with Body Fit by Maya. So sweet. All right, team. So we are. We have one more week of move. We have lots of fun stuff. Our remix on Monday, I'm going to go ahead and tell you is the full body dumbbell with my friend Jacqueline. So many of you have said that was your very first workout. You're seeing yourself on a D delay dancing, right? That was your very first workout. Finding me. That is one of those workouts that has gotten. I think it's almost 6 million views. So for a lot of you, it was your very first workout with me. A lot of people love it. So we remixed it. Jacqueline joined me to remix it. So it is the two of us from 2015 to 2023. Each of us has had two children since then. It was very fun. We had a great time doing it. So that's your Monday workout then. We got a lot of fun stuff coming up for next week, including your flashback Friday next week, which is Taebo classic cardio kickboxing. It is fun. It is fast. I give you lots of options. It's to the beat. I think you're gonna have a good time with it. So check that out. And then next Saturday, we will close out our move challenge, Move through the Decades, which has been so much fun. You guys, thank you so much for having this much fun with me doing it. I've had such a great. A great time making it and dressing in costume, and I just appreciate everybody's enthusiasm. Thank you. Thank you so we will close out with a 2000s workout party which also will have some fun dance moves and we will look into our, into some of those classic 2000s fitness like formats. Right? That is when I started teaching, what I started teaching in 2003, guys, when I was in college. So 20 years doing this, guys. So the 2000s also my decade as a fitness professional. 90s, my decade growing up, so much fun. And 2000s are my decade of teaching, so. Or two decades I should say. All right, team, so that's what we've got going on. And then get excited because summer fit is coming. If you've never done summer fit, we've just done it the last two years. We take June, July and August. We kind of group them together. Each month is its own challenge. But in the Athletic Club and beyond, we have lots of different challenges in the Athletic Club. We're going to have a special that's coming up. Get excited about that. We'll also be doing nutrition challenges in the Athletic Club. We're also going to bring back in the Athletic Club our cook off between Kurt and Vivian. Not me, not me, guys. So, so many fun things that are going to be happening. But Summer fit, we have got activate for June, energize for July and we have elevate in August. And I'll go ahead and tell you they're all going to be short weight, shorter workouts because summer is busy. But our elevate challenge in August is going to be those 25 minute workouts again. So 25 and 25. 25 days of 25 minute workouts. It's going to be a lot of fun. So get excited about that. Make sure you're subscribed here. Make sure you're on the email list. All of this is going to be is going to be with within your email. So make sure that you click on the description and get on that email list. Join the show up and keep moving Facebook group. Join the Body Fit Athletic Club. That is where you get all the extras. That is where you get access to me, to Vivian, our Body Fit dietitian. We have tons of athletic clubbers that are here today and we have such a good time. It's such a great community. Live streams, Q&As, so much more. Let's see, Terrence said 80s and 80s babies. He said he started it out in 1980. I love it. Yes, I'm a 1981 baby. All right, team. So look, everybody is loving you, Mel. So remix Monday regular part of the calendar. We'll be bringing some of that back. We'll bring back some remixes. We'll bring back some Flashback Fridays. I don't know how regular they'll be. They're a lot, lot of work. Kurt is, like, shaking his head over there. It's a lot of work on the editing side, but we have had a lot of fun with it, so we will be bringing that back. It just might not be every week. So. Yeah, we are twinsies. Yes. All right. Should we go have some breakfast? Yeah. Bye. Bye. Okay, bye. Bye. Wait, can you say bye to all your fans here? Wave to the camera at this camera right here. All right, team, thank you so, so much for joining me today, for bearing with me again. I had a few things that I had to switch up just because I did have. Wait, don't go anywhere. Don't go anywhere because we're gonna take a picture. She loves it. All right, team, join us for this last week of move. I will see you soon. Have a great weekend, everybody.
