No repeat November and going into holiday hit. All right, guys, can you say bye and. Okay. Okay. All right. All right. Wave and say bye. Welcome. Welcome, every. Jessica is here. Elizabeth is here. Okay, bye. Welcome, welcome, everybody. Lynn is here. Jody is here. Laura. Hello, everybody. So, Mary Ellen. So my stream is on a little bit of a delay today because we switched computers. We're. We're hoping to not have any of our live streaming issues that we had last week. We're not sure if that was YouTube or if that was the computer, but. So I'm on a little bit of a delay here. Tammy is here. Tammy's going to do it tomorrow. Carrie in South Carolina. My goodness. Oh, my goodness. Let's see. Not all my lights are on. We are doing it today. All right, team. Melanie is going to do it later. Hello, Leslie. Stacy in Connecticut. Julie has unexpected guests at the door. Well, that's kind of fun, right? Paula is here. All right, team. So we're going to get all the lights on. We're going to get the timer going, and we are going to get into this. So this is the holiday hit kickoff party. If you are new, we're starting holiday hit on Monday. It is five weeks of fun and we are kicking it off with a party today. We also tend to close out our challenges with a party workout. So we're closing out. No repeat today with a party. We're going to have a good time. Reba is here from Israel. Tracy is here. Going to do it later. Janice. Natalie. Michaela. Hello. Hello, everybody. All right, Mia is here. Give yourself some space. How about equipment? If you're using dumbbells, kettlebells mini bands. We're going to get it all in today, but if you don't have some of it, that is okay. We're still going to move our bodies. All right, let's go ahead and get going. Just start marching and moving. Also, that light right behind you is not on. So here we go. Roll those shoulders. Let's get the temperature up. Many of us had a holiday this week. I hope you had a great time. I hope you enjoyed all the good food. But maybe you're like me and you're excited to get moving. I hope that you're all excited to get moving here today. Let's take it one at a time. Roll through those shoulders. Jess. Hello. Hello. Leah is here. Karina saying hi. She's gonna do it later, it looks like. All right, team, let's take it with those eyes wise. And t's so straight up. I Y and T, you can do a little hinge with it if you want. I I always like that because you get the stretch through the back of the legs, too. And t, I why? And t big stretch. Let's get one more. Ashley's gonna do this tomorrow. And breathe. Take it side to side right through here. Julie is back. Kitten stuffed on the power. Carmela. Hello. Hello. I don't know why this eye is watering today. All right, let's take it right here. We're gonna step out into it. Big arms. All right, so getting it done today with a party. If you've never done one of our party workouts, here, here's how it's gonna work. It is mostly no repeat since we're closing out. No repeat. But we're gonna do a circuit of a cardio. A strength, a mobility. No cardio strength. And then we're gonna go core because your strength's gonna be upper and lower, mostly a compound movement. Let's take it flat back down. Core mobility, and then choose your own adventure. So your last interval of that circuit, you pick, you do what you need. Let's roll through that back. If you need extra cardio, if you want extra strength, if you want extra mobility, it is your choice. So super fun. Way to close out the month. To celebrate that we did it. Even if you didn't join in for no repeat November, we're glad you're here and moving with us today. But if you did walking in, which many of us did, let's step it back right here. Open it up. We are celebrating. Let's see. BB is here. D this computer's a little different. And my screen, the Text is really small. Good thing I had good vision. Let's take it here. If you can, little stretch over. Hey, Charlotte, not working out this evening. Did the body weight pyramid. Excellent. If you can take it down right here, walk that foot out, reach that arm up, do that little knee drop and twist right here. And then if you can walk it back to that high plank and switch your legs, we'll take it from here. Big reach all the way through and step it back to that high plank. Let's take those knees across. Get that core warmed up. There is definitely dog hair on my mat. Hey, speaking of this gorilla mat, they are having a sale. I'll tell you about it at the end. You may have seen it in my Instagram. So if you're looking to get one, best sale they have all year. 20 off. Stretch it back to that child's pose. And if you're able to hang out in the end. Not child's pose. Well, child's pose if you want, but down dog, right through here and then step one foot up, come up here back to that lunge so we can get that little stretch here. So if you're able to hang out at the end, y', all, my balance is off today. Must have been all the delicious turkey. Reach across. I'm gonna adjust some things here. All right, so if you are able to hang out at the end of this workout today, we're gonna chat for a few minutes. I'm going to tell you what is coming up with Holiday Hit. If you have any questions, any questions fitness related or about Holiday Hit, I will answer them for you. I'm going to tell you a little bit about the new body Fit by Amy app. Hopefully you already have it downloaded. If not, you need to get it because a lot of fun things for Holiday Hit are happening inside the app. So hang out at the end of this workout, but we're gonna get it done quickly and efficiently today. Let's take it across right through here. Ash is here. Yes, strength training is working. Carrying a 25 pound turkey to the Thanksgiving table has never been easier. I love it. Christine is here. Hanging our Christmas lights on the house. So fun. We got our Christmas tree yesterday. I'm all about getting those decorations up as soon as Thanksgiving is over. All right, so shake it out. Grab a sip of water if you need it. Hopefully you notice my festive attire for you today. I have my special sparkles on for Holiday hit. All right, so we're gonna start with just body weight. It's a day, y'. All. I'm spilling water, all of that. All right, so starting with just body weight, we're gonna start with a little cardio. Let's just do our good old jumping jack. You can take it low impact, you can take it high. We're going for 40 seconds, so in case you missed it in the beginning, 40 seconds of cardio. Then we've got strength. We're mixing up our equipment, but we're starting all body weight. Then we are taking it to core. Then some mobility. Then choose your own adventure. But let's start with those jacks. Shoulders, back, core, engage. Low impact or high. Up to you. Here we go. Take it up nice and light on those toes. So remember, you can get high intensity without getting that impact. Strong arms, nice and tight all the way through here. It's gonna feel like a long 40 seconds, but remember, you can take it to that low impact for a few reps. Take it back to high. Core engaged. 10 seconds to go. There it is. Heart rate is up. Energy is going. 3, 2, 1. Catch your breath. All right, team, so now we're gonna take it to some strength. So here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna Pulse it. 3, 2, 1. Big press up with our arms. So lower body and some upper body. I want you to pull those elbows down on the pulse. Then big push up. Here we go. 3, 2, 1. Push. 3, 2. Watch my elbows. They're coming behind my body. It's almost like a body weight. Pull down into those heels. Get low into your squat, and then again. Pull those elbows in nice and tight. Big, strong push at the top. You're over halfway there. Here we go. Breathe. Yes. Linda is also decorating. I love it. Hi. Here we go. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Yes, team. All right, so let's get a little standing core to start it out. We are gonna go half and half. 20 seconds, right? 20 seconds left. We're gonna go side knee, cross knee. You know, I love these standing crunches, so really lean into it. Cross. We'll go 20, and then we'll switch our sides. Here we go. Side cross. You do not have to go super fast, and you do not have to touch the elbow to the knee. Just think about the contraction, right? Pulling everything in, and then rotation. Almost there for this side core working hard from that standing position. Also arms working hard from here. Switch your sides. Here we go. And that stationary leg. So really, it's a full body move and cardio right now we feel it. Ten seconds. Ha. Yes. Breathe. Three, two, one. Shake it out. All right, so let's take it as a mobility similar to our strength. We're gonna take it out nice and wide, toes out. We're gonna do that. Sit low in that sumo squat, hinge it forward, extend up through the legs, back down, and bring it up. So it's mobility, but we're also getting that deep squat. Here we go. Big reach, shoulder mobility, sit low, hinge, extend it up, take it back down, and reach. Right, so you can keep those arms up, or you can bring them down in between to get more of that mobility. Up, sit low, bring it up, and here. 10 seconds. One more. I think we have time for it. Oh, that feels good. And breathe. All right, it's a party. What do you got? You can pick. Which one of those do you want to close out out your circuit with? We got 40 seconds. I'm gonna go back to core because that felt good for me because I got upper and lower, too. So I'll go 20 seconds. 20 seconds. You can switch with me, or you can go jacks, or you can go squat and press, or you can take it with that squat hinge stretch. Let's get it done. 40 seconds. Here we go. Take it up, take it across. So whatever you're doing, give everything, because we got a breather coming, right? And here, take it here and here. So if you're with me, nice and tight with those arms. Three, two, one. Other side. If you're with those jumping jacks, good for you. You're probably feeling it even with that squat and press. Yes. 10 seconds, and breathe. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Grab some water, team. Yes. You did it. All right, so we're gonna switch to some equipment, starting with our dumbbells. Water bottle is leaking today, all right? So catch your breath. We're gonna have our dumbbells over here, so I'm gonna grab my heavies, but we're gonna start with a lighter one because we are going to do some cardio with that dumbbell. So we're gonna do a press and a side lunge. So here's your cardio right here. All right, so weighted cardio. You can do it. I would love for you to sit low, then drive it up. If you want to take it body weight, that works too. Just go through the motions. We got 40 seconds. Grab a medium to heavy dumbbell. Here we go. Down and up. Here's your cardio. I know. Looks more like strength, but, you know, we're gonna feel that cardio, too. Linda is here. Shift the weight to that side. You're stepping into. And then don't forget about the hinge. You're hinging over in those hips. Elbows in. Now it's feeling like cardio. Right down and up. We got five, four, three, two, one. Catch your breath. All right, team, so let's take it with those heavies, if you got them. We're gonna alternate our lunge and row, so you know we love it. We're gonna drop it down. I want you to step back, low lunge, row, push up out of it. So row at the bottom. Join me here. Lunge it down, row, step it up. Lunge it down, row, step it up. Right through here. So really take your time to drop in that lunge. Then drop your chest, then pull those elbows up. Take it down. Step it up. Yes, you can. And up. 10 seconds. Yes. Faye is loving the sparkles. One more right here. Feeling that? Keeping that cardio up as well, right? All right, let's take it down on to the mat. We got some cardio. We got some strength. I don't know about you. They both felt like cardio and strength to me. Let's take it down. We are gonna do a little leg lower, and you can do a pullover with it as well. So watch me here. Just a little tap, two feet, Bring them in. And then if you want to tap a little bit to the left and a little bit to the right. So center left and right. If you're feeling good about it, you can take it with that pullover. We get a little upper back and shoulders, but totally optional. Here we go. Start with just your lower tap, center tap over to one side, over to the other side. If that is not right for you, you can take it one toe at a time or take it to that bridge, if you're able. Add that little pullover right here. Right. You're gonna feel it especially as you get angled, but breathe into it. Yes. Down and up. A little bit to the side. And here. Yes. Three, two, one. And relax. If you want to finish out that other side, go for it. All right, team, let's stay here. Why not? Let's get some mobility here. Here's what we got. We're gonna take it up to that one legged dog, take it through little pigeon stretch, then switch your sides back to plank one. One legged dog, take it through pigeon. Stay with me here. Let's get it done. If that is not right for you, I want you to go child's pose up to cat, cow, or whatever version works for you. Let's get it done. Zip up that core. Here we go. So press it up. Big stretch. Oh, I'm feeling tight today. Bring it through, pigeon. You decide how long you want to hold each. Because you may want a little extra time in one of those stretches. Right? Take it here. Remember, child's pose to cat. Cow works too. Yes. Hips need that, right? Take it through 10 seconds right here with me. We're over halfway through with this workout. Yes. Get it done. Take it up. And here. Yes, team, breathe. All right, bring it up. On to your feet. Last round. What do you got? We got 40 seconds. Any of those options will do. So you have your side, side lunge press for your cardio. You have your lunge and row. That's what I'm gonna go with. You have. What did we have? Your core pullover. That was a good one. And then you have your one legged dog to pigeon. You pick. Do you need cardio strength, core, or mobility? I'm gonna go with strength. Let's get it done. We got 40 seconds. Shoulders back. Core engage. Three, two, one. Here we go. Down. Step it up. All of these moves, you can take your time. Even that cardio because it's weighted. No need to rush. We're gonna get the benefit from those full 40 seconds no matter what we do, Right? Here we go. Take it down. Hand up. Five seconds to go. What you got, team? And relax. Oh, feel heavy to me today. All right, catch your rest. That we're gonna get a quick sip of water and we're taking it with our kettlebell. And guess what? We are going to start out with the kettlebell swing. So go ahead and grab a kettlebell. If you don't have a kettlebell, let's do a dumbbell. And we're gonna open it up with that swing. Everybody start with the deadlift dumbbell or kettlebell in the center. And start with just that hinge motion, right? You're here to here. So if you have two dumbbells, you can do that. Skier, if you have one dumbbell or one dumbbell, one kettlebell. Keep it in the center. If you are not feeling the swing today for whatever reason, you just take it with the deadlift. So once you get a few hinges to just get a feel for it, let's get it done. We're only going 30 seconds for that swing, but let's do it. Core engage. Shoulders back. Good form. Remember, you're getting some power. Swinging it up. Lock it out, let it drop, hinge it. We got three, two, one. Power. Yes, you can bring it up. Let it drop. Lock out at the top. Remember, you're not going much higher than chest level. Power up through the back of the body. The posterior chain, lock it out at the top. Zip up that core. Yes, you can. 10 seconds. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. And relax. Pedal those feet. We're gonna call that your cardio and power right now. Let's. Let's get a little bit of strength. What do we got, team? I'm gonna go a little bit heavier with this. We are gonna take it to that curl, cross, curl, and curtsy. So watch me here. I'm going across, and then I'm curling it here. So as I cross over my curtsy, my kettlebell is coming here. If you have one dumbbell, if you're working with two dumbbells, you can just take them here. If that twisting is too much balance or doesn't feel good for you, you just get a regular curl. If you need to modify to tap back, that's good too. Let's get it done. Cross, curtsy, and curl. Right here. Curtsy. Yes. Here we go. And up. Drop it low. Bring it in right through here. And up. Look at that. Ten minutes to go. Getting it done. Drop low into that hip. Yes. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Nice work, team. Coming into a high plank position. We're gonna get some core, so kettlebell in the center. Watch me here. I don't want anybody to feel like they're gonna hit their knees, but if you can, that kettlebell is right beneath your chest. And we're gonna circle that leg around nice and slow. You're coming across. If you feel like you're gonna hit your. Your leg, just do it without the kettlebell. If you're modifying, keep one knee down the entire time. Let's get it done. 40 seconds. Core engage in three, two. High plank. Here we go. Take it across. Across. You may have to shift where that kettlebell is, right, but the idea is that you're taking it super slow and controlled. And as you cross that kettlebell, even if it's imaginary, little lift of the hips. So you clear? It's not even so much about the knee. It's bringing those hips up right for your core. Try to go wide with it. We are so close. 10 seconds. I'm feeling that I don't know about you. Breathe. Three, two, and one. Stretch it back. All right, team mobility. How about a little world's greatest stretch? Because we love it. So you have two options. You can take it from the plank here, stretch here, take it back, or if you're a little Planked out. After that, you can take it from the top, where we'll take it down, reach, step it up, join me. We got 40 seconds mobility from the top or from the plank. Here we go. Drop it back, hand up, Big stretch. Here we go. Down. Open up the hip. Really create that space. So however you need to do that, take the feet wide, drop the back knee, and here down. If you're from that plank, you're gonna take it wide. You can even drop that knee to get a little more hip flexor. Yes. Feels good, but also keeps those legs working. Right, last one. Yes. And relax. All right, we did it. Last round. Right here. What do you got, team? We're gonna take it to one last interval. It is totally up to you, but I'm gonna recommend that everybody do another swing with me. You don't have to. It's choose your own adventure. You can do whichever one feels good for you. It's only 30 seconds, but if you want, and you probably want, do a swing. Let's take it in the center or deadlift, or whatever you feel like doing. Core engage. Shoulders back, weight in those feet. Here we go. Hinge it. Prep it. Three, two, one. Here we go. Drive it up, let it drop all the way through. Zip up that core, lock out your legs, Lift on that pelvic floor. Remember, we're tightening in our back, but we're not lifting with our arms. Right through here. Yes. You can keep it going. We got five, four, three, two, one. And relax. Yes. Ha. Breathe. All right, team, quick sip of water if you need it. If you have a minivan, grab one or two mini bands. If you don't, that's all right. We're still gonna get this done. But if you have them, I'm gonna go too many bands. Otherwise, you just go through the motion with your arms, and I promise you will still feel it. So we're gonna take it here. One band is going to go above the knees. If you. If you only got one, you get to pick. So above the knees. Other one is gonna go here. And we're just doing some diagonal jacks right here. So I'm gonna pull down. Bring it up, bring it up. So I'm opening up wide, almost like that transverse squat. While I also pull with the upper body. If you don't have any banding, that's okay. You just get the motions. You can. Can add a little jump if you want, but let's get 40 seconds. We're taking a cardio and strength together. Here we go. Breathe. Pull out with that band, remember, you can add a little jump at the top if you want. You don't have to go super fast. I really want the resistance. Step out wide with the hips and pull down with that upper body here to here. Yes. And breathe. Whoo. 10 seconds to go. We're gonna accelerate this round because we got four minutes to get it done, right? We got five, four, three, two, one. Catch. Catch your breath. So that was strength and cardio. How about we get a little strength and core down on your back? One band if you got it. Take it right through here. We're gonna take it with a banded bicycle. Now, if that's not right for you, you can just bring the knees up or take it to a bridge if you can band at your feet. Push and pull. Push and pull. Start here with me right here. Push out with one leg while you also pull in with the knee. I would even say the pull in. You're gonna feel a little bit more. As you're ready, lift those shoulders. Cross slow and controlled. Yes, you can. Yes. All the way through. So close, team. Yes. 10 seconds. Don't forget about the pull, cross, and the push. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Move that band up above your knees. We are gonna get one quick mobility. All right, team. So I know it's not gonna feel like mobility, but it is good hip mobility with the bridge. While we do that, we're gonna flip our arms so we get that shoulder mobility. So you're here. Push it out, and down here, push it out. So arm shoulder mobility up with the bridge, Push out with the knees. Let's get it done. Tilt that pelvis core. Engage. Three, two, one. Take it out. Yeah. Ah. All the way through. Really think about lifting with the hips and the glutes, but also pushing out with those outer thighs and trying to get your hands flat on the floor both ways. It's hard to do, right? We got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. And relax. Yes, team. All right, I think we got time for one holiday hit bonus move. Even though I'm looking at the clock and it's a little delayed, so let's get it done. How about we just click close with a jingle bell swing or kettlebell swing, whatever we want to call it. Grab that kettlebell or dumbbell or whatever you're using, we're gonna keep it simple today. Who doesn't love a swing, right, Jessica? Thank you. All right, let's close it out. We're only gonna go 30 seconds for your bonus move, because, again, I'm at a little bit of A delay, so we might already be done with our time. Let's get it done. Wrap that core. Shoulders back. Hinge it here. Remember, you can always keep it with that deadlift. We're at the end of the workout, so really focus on the form. Shoulders back. Prep it. Three, two, one. Here we go. Drive it up. Let's see if I can nail it right on time. Breathe. Take it up. Yes. Team core engaged. Pull those shoulders back. Ha. I think maybe I did it all the way through. 10 seconds. We got three, two, one. And relax. Yes. I'm sorry, Angela. No party round because we're running out of time. But kettlebell swing is always a party, right? All right, team, go ahead and set your equipment to the side. Tap it out. How about we all get a little bit of mobility as our own party round? Choose your own adventure. Thank you all for hanging with me. I'm pretty proud of myself. Looking at my feet, it looks like I got it right on time. Let's take it right through here. Big stretch up to the the side. But no freezing today, right? So maybe we fix the problem if you were here last week, we had a little bit of a few technical difficulties where the screen was freezing and you guys had to hold some really long planks. Right. But we're not quite sure if it was YouTube or something with our feed, but I think we got it fixed. Reach behind Core engagement. You guys were such troopers last week and still worked so hard. Ah. Try to drop in those shoulders. And then let's take it down. Hands right on top of your legs. Roll through. Cat, cow. So mostly no repeat to close out your no repeat challenge. I am so proud of everyone who rocked it out out this month. You know, I had to get kind of sneaky. Go ahead and take those knees out this time with that no repeat, where we had a lot of right side, left side, or we had some different variations, which some of you like to remind me is repeating, but it's not. But you did it. It was so much fun, and I'm so excited about holiday hit. If you've never been around for a holiday hit challenge before, this is the third year that we have done this. We started this in 2020. It's just a fun way to keep moving through the holiday season. And it's been our most popular challenge, so get excited. We can't wait. So many fun workouts. And guess what, team? All the workouts in the holiday hit challenge, including. Including your Saturday lives, which we will have one every Saturday, are 25 to 30 minutes. So somewhere, let's bring it up. So many of you loved our August and September challenges with those short workouts and I know it's going to be a busy season for most of us again. So let's get it done. Remember, if you need more, you can always add one of my 10 minute quick hits or an extra 10 or 15 minute workout. You always have that option, but I promise you we will bring it. With these holiday hits workouts, you will get everything in that you need. Our goal is to keep moving, to lower our stress, to make sure that we're taking care of ourselves during the busy, stressful holiday season and to go into January already feeling strong and ready. All right, if you have time to hang out, hang out. We'll chat for a minute. Thank you so much for joining me. You thank me today. Let's get one big deep breath in and out. You did it. That was your holiday hit kickoff party workout. Great job, everybody. All right, I'm going to grab my computer here and let's chat. Feel free to get a few more stretches. Oh, yes. Jessica is glad that she did this instead of taking a nap. A nap sounds really nice too, but I bet you are feeling energized. Cassie said, I thought you wanted people with a minivan when you said minivan. No, I am anti minivan. Just kidding. I know all of you have it and I know that if I had one, I would love it for my kids. But that's a running joke between me and Kurt that, you know, now that we have two kids, we should get a minivan. But I'm like, no, I don't want to do it. But you guys love them, right? Reva, love the format, especially each round we use a different way. I know that it's kind of fun. We've got some of that coming up with holiday hit where we mix it up. It is nice to think I just got to get through this one circuit with the kettlebell or the dumbbells or the mini bands and it really makes it move quickly. Right? Thank you, Janice, for being here. Dawn, loved this much month. Yay. Mike and Elizabeth, I'm so glad that you are kicking off holiday hit. Tell Nathaniel and Benjamin that I said hello. Tiara. Thank you for being here. Kim. I've been doing your workouts for a year. First live. Welcome. It's so much fun. This is where I get to connect with you all as much as I can. Speaking of connecting, though, please make sure that you have downloaded the free body fit by Amy app. It is the new home of the Body Fit Athletic Club, which is where I do get to really connect with you and you get to connect with me and you get to connect with Vivian, our Body Fit registered dietitian nutritionist. We go, we do live streams, we do Q and as and that is where we really get to know you. It's a super fun group. But my favorite part is that I get to know you and really be a bigger part of your journey. During holiday hit, we are going to open up some of those live streams and some of the events to everybody so you get a little taste of what the Athletic Club is all about. We do have some new members because we just had a Black Friday sale which I'm so excited about and be on the lookout because maybe we'll have some more sales but I wanted to get that one in. But during holiday hit, make sure you have the app because we're going to do a lot of free things for everybody and in the spirit of the holiday, holiday season and it will be a really fun time and great way to connect. So, Lori, nothing's better than a swing. Thank you. I agree. Great workout as always. Thank you, Jennifer. Oh, Julie loves the printable calendars. Well, make sure you're on my email list everybody, because the calendar is coming out tomorrow. So we will have the holiday hit calendar. We will have your weekly links. So if you're not on that email list, that is where you get the the links early. You get the printable calendar and also you'll get the links for the upcoming week before we actually release them to the public. So a lot of you will go in there and create a playlist. You'll click on it. Some of you say you like to preview it, which I love. And also I'm like, no, I just go in there and be surprised. But that is how you get exclusive access to everything a little early. If you're in the athletic club, you get that as well, plus some bonus workouts. But make sure you're on the email list so you have those calendars. Deanna, hello. Hello. Deanna loves the 10 minute bonus workouts. Speaking of, in the athletic club, so we give you a different count. Well, you have the regular calendar plus 10 minute bonus quick hits every day and substitution workouts. So maybe you're traveling and you need a body weight substitution. Also prenatal and postnatal and some more TRX if you're someone who loves trx. Thank you, Andrea. My dietitian Vivian says I should get more protein. How do you Feel about protein powder whey. I don't like breakfast so I'm thinking of putting this in my morning tea. A lot of people do it that way. A lot of people will add protein powder to oatmeal or to. You could try it to your tea. It might be a little bit thick. I always love adding it to a smoothie with some fruit, frozen fruit, whatever your milk of choice is. I often do almond milk and spinach or kale or get some greens in there. So that's a good way to do it as well. So I definitely recommend a protein powder. I don't think you need it if it's not something in your budget or something if you're getting enough protein in your diet. But if you, if it has been recommended that you need a little more, that's a great way to do it. There's also really great plant based ones. Whey is an animal product. It's the byproduct of dairy. So as long as that is okay with your tummy. Whey is really, really great for our muscles. So. But there are good plant based ones as well. So yes, your dietitian Vivian is correct that that is a. Obviously, obviously she's always correct. But, but that's a good way to get it. So that is. I defer to her on all of that. But I do love a good protein powder. That's a great way to get it. But again, as you guys know, Vivian and I always say, everything you need you can get from your food. But if you're looking for other ways to get it, supplements and some protein powder, things like that are great ways to add it in. We always say food first, supplement second. All right, Julie, the kitten is sleeping now. Oh, good. Thank you, Mary Ellen. BAC is the best. Mary Beth, can't wait for the holiday hit third year. It's also what convinced me to join the Athletic Club in the beginning. Yes, that is that kind of birth. The Athletic Club. So we started holiday hit again. It was 2020. We were all needing that connection and that community and we wanted to take it further. So we launched the Athletic Club in January of 2021. And so many of you, like Marybeth, are our, our original members and we've really gotten to know you and it's been really great. So, so much fun. Hello from Canada. Working out for five years, but first life. Other. Hi. Excellent. All right. Oh, Andrea hates morning. Don't have time for smoothies. Yeah. Then I would say try a little bit in your tea. You just may have to mix it pretty well. That's the only thing, so. But yes, try it. All right. Does anybody have any other questions? Paula is here. Love the party workout. Everyone should do the athletic club. So worth it. Yes. Jody says she always previews the workout. That's again, another good reason to make sure you're on the email so you can do that. You can see, she says, got to get my mind right. Got to know what to expect. There's. There's something fun about the surprise factor, but also, you know what's coming, right? Let's see. All right, Thanksgiving, done. Holiday hit. Kickoff, done. Now we're officially ready for the Christmas season. You are right, Alyssa. Me too. Thank you so, so much, everybody. I've learned so much from Vivian and your you and your live videos. Beautiful day in Southern California. I agree. Let's get outside. All right, team. So holiday hit. Make sure we're starting on Monday. Make sure that you have the app downloaded and make sure that you are on the email list. Make sure that you are subscribed to the YouTube channel. All of those things so you don't miss a beat. We will have some giveaways. We will have some fun events. We will obviously have some fun workouts. We are going to be having Saturday lives every Saturday of the holiday hit challenge. And again, all of your workouts are going to be quick, 25 to 30 minutes. So thank you so, so much, everybody. Have a great rest of your weekend. Holiday weekend. If you've been celebrating, relax. I'm so glad we could get moving together. And we are gonna kick off, officially kick off the first workout of holiday hit on Monday. So join me then. I will see you guys then. Thank you so much. It.
