30-Minute Holiday HIIT Workout - LIVE with Amy

A 30-minute holiday-themed live HIIT workout led by Amy Schemper (Body Fit by Amy) on Christmas Eve. The session mixes festive-named exercises (dashing through the snow, reindeer lunge, snow angel, jingle bell swing, Yule log, etc.) with intervals: 30s back-to-basics then 30s HIIT across three circuits targeting cardio, lower, upper, and core. Amy engages the community, requests photo/video submissions for an end-of-year compilation, cites that members logged 2 million hours together that year, and announces upcoming programs (Power starting Jan 2, Body Fit Elite, TRX offerings, beginner options).

Okay. Happy Saturday and merry Christmas and happy New Year. Excuse me. Welcome, everybody. This is your holiday hit live workout. What did you want to say? What did you want to say? Wondering where my headband is. Oh, there it is. Yay. All right, we are excited because it is Christmas Eve here today, and we're excited because we're gonna do a holiday hit live workout. All right, can you guys say merry Christmas and go, Daddy. Merry Christmas. Okay, can you say hi? I think Nora might be watching. Nora and auntie Kathy. Hi, Nora. Hi, Kathy. Hi, Charlie. Hi, bubba. Okay, go with daddy. Merry Christmas. Okay, go, go, go, go, go. Okay, bye. They're wearing their hats that one of their grandmothers knit for them. Bye, guys. All right, so, yes, I'm. I have a little bit of a cold today. I don't feel bad. My voice is just hoarse. So who knows? Maybe I don't have a cold. Maybe I just teach too many classes or have to yell at my kids. Who knows? Anyway, today we are doing holiday hit. It is going to be a fun one. Oh, my gosh. I can't even say hi to all of you. Carrie and Jeff. Hello. Hello. Carrie is here from Virginia. Airshot. Sarah. Oh, my goodness. Megan. Hello. Jessica. Dixie. Paula. Honey. Mary Beth. So many BAC members. Mel is here. Finally made it to alive. Carla, Sammy. All right, team, so many of you were here, and so many of you were here early. We had 49 people waiting, which is so, so exciting, especially on a holiday. Robbie is here ready to work out before the Christmas Eve service. I love it. Ra, Rosalynn, Alyssa, Chelsea from Blizzard Buffalo. So many of you are stuck in the snow and the cold, and I'm a little bit jealous because I love snow this time of year, but also, I know we got sun, warm weather, so we're lucky. Hopefully everybody is staying safe and staying inside and staying warm or playing in the snow. All right, Leah is here. Oh, my goodness. All right, team. Anna, Courtney, Amy, Jennifer, Monica. Merry Christmas eve, everybody. So if you have done one of my holiday hit workouts before, obviously this whole month is holiday hit and we are having a great time with it. We're going to be holiday themed today with our exercises. So get excited. It is no repeat. But in the spirit of our hiit workouts that we've been doing all month, we're going to start with the back to basics and then we're going to take it hit. So we're going to add a little holiday cheer to every exercise that we do. So get excited about that. Going to get my Fans going, I know it's hard to imagine that we're going to need some cool air, but we know we're going to get warm, so we're going to be using a little bit of everything today. So dumbbells, kettle bells, whatever you got. Even if you have a mini band, we may throw it in there. So if you don't have it, just hang out with body weight. We're still going to get it done. All right, name of the game today is to move our bodies and to have fun. Right? Show up, keep moving. Excellent. Jennifer. Oh, Christmas party. Just saying hi. Thank you, Jess. Hello. Yes, Jess, please send me a picture. If you are dressed up today. Jess and I have the same shirt. Send me a picture. Tag me on Instagram. Whatever it is, I love seeing it. And also send me a picture anyway, if you missed it. I posted this in my Facebook groups, but I am doing a compilation of body fitters showing up. I do this at the end of the year, so. So I'm going to mention this at the end of the workout. My email is infoodyfitbyamy.com we'll put it in the chat. Please. If you would love to be included in the compilation, send me a picture. A sweaty selfie. A picture of you working out. A lot of you. Send your kids or your pets working out with you. Or you can do the Amy pose. This pose. I love it. We're going to make a video compliment compl. You know what I'm saying? Compilation to celebrate the end of the year. You guys, we just looked at YouTube. We have worked out together for 2 million hours this year. So I want to celebrate that. I am so proud of all of you. All right, team. Merry Christmas from Dublin. Amazing. Leslie is here. We haven't had that in Kentucky in forever. You have snow. Excellent. All right, so let's get going. Go ahead and start moving your body. I'm going to tie my shoes a little tighter while you start marching and. And roll the shoulders. Courtney is having to work out inside instead of the garage because it's too cold in Oklahoma. Yes. Please stay warm. So roll those shoulders. Getting it done today. Did I mention it's no repeat? Back to basics. Add a little hit, but no repeat. So get excited. And again. I promise I feel fine. I think it's more that my voice is tired. We've been filming a lot of videos. We've been doing a lot of things to get excited about the new year. I'm going to talk about that at the end. We're not going to do a full Q A like I normally do because it's a holiday. We got things to do, Right? But I am going to tell you a little bit about what is coming up in January, so get excited about that. Laura is here. Hello. Hello, Molly. What is the due date? I would love to have them sign up sometime in the next few days, Tuesday or Wednesday. We're gonna try to get it all together and post next Friday, so don't stress about it. But if you can get me something, at least by Thursday, because I want to post on Friday, that would be great. Thank you, team. Right through here. Shift side to side and let's take it little windmill right through here. Oh, that feels good, right? So, Javi. Hey. Tamika is here. Good to see you, Tamika. Guys, this makes me so happy. We usually don't get to do this as close to the holiday. Let's go ahead and walk it in. Squat it down. Let's roll those hips. Because usually I'm traveling, I'm not traveling this year. I'm sad about it because I really miss my family. But seeing all those flights get canceled and seeing all the bad weather, I'm glad for it. And we got a lot to do. This is always our busiest time of year, so it's kind of nice to just be hanging out. All right, let's take it with a little hinge right through here. So reach down, bring it up. Pull the arms back. Start with just this. And then if it feels good for you, let's do a little inchworm. Walk it out to here and walk it back all the way up. Walk it out and walk it back. Take your time. This one, let's hang out at the bottom. Hold it here. Feel that core kicking in. Little forward and back. Get that core warmed up. You can also be on your knees. And then let's do a little knees across. Right through here. Yes. And then we're going to take it right. Stretch it back and down. So we have roughly three circuits. Again, back to basics. And then take it hit. Walk those hands back slowly. Roll it up right here. Let's tap it back roughly three circuits. Back to basics. Take it, hit and roughly cardio, lower, upper and core. Hang on to it right here. Get that world's greatest stretch. Drop that knee and reach through. Whoo. All the way up. And then switch your legs here. Take it up, take it down, and then walk it in slowly. Round it up. These are not the most high quality pants. I'll probably be adjusting them the whole workout here. We go tap it out and reach. Hey, Paula is here. Just finished lunch. Gonna do this in an hour or so. Excellent, Paula. Hope you're feeling better. I know you've had a rough go of it with the kids. A lot of our body fit athletic club members. Those are the people that I really get to know. So that's why I know so much about them. Jennifer is loving my leggings. Thank you. I know they're lots of fun. Bring it back through and arms up. All right, so 30 seconds. And 30 seconds is all that we need. Back to basics for 30, hit for 30, then moving on again. Three quick circuits. We're gonna get it done. And everything is themed. Get excited. You might have seen some of these moves from last year, the year before, or on my Instagram yesterday that I posted. All right, team, so we are going to start. Grab a sip of water. I need it for my voice. All right, so we are going to start with dashing through the snow. So back to basics. I want you to think of it as just a little shuffle, a little squat shuffle. When we take it hit, we're gonna take it faster. Side to side. We're gonna drop it down into a burpee like we fell in the snow, right? We're gonna get right back up. Let's get it over with. Right? Let's. I wanted to put this one at the top for that reason. Are you ready, team? 30 seconds. Side shuffle, side squat, whatever you got. We're going 30 seconds in three, two, one. Here we go. Hey, Linda. Merry Christmas. Doing some last minute grocery shopping. I gotta do that today too. Hey, Aaron. Right through here. You can do quick feet if you want. Aaron says after two weeks off, feels like the warm up was my workout. I know. I'm kind of feeling that too. Five seconds. Just dashing through the snow here. All right, team, are we ready? Watch me one time shuffle. Dashing through the snow. Oh, no, we fell in the snow. Take it down, take it up. Another option is just to do a little pop back or walk back or just keep it up top. You do you. It's your workout. Be where you are today. 30 seconds. Here we go. Dashing through the snow. Oh, no, we fell. And up. Be helpful for my voice if I didn't talk so much working out, but you know, that's hard for me to do. Pop it back. Whoo. Dashing, dashing, dashing. Oh, no. Whatever space you have, use it. Walk it back. Pop it up. Excuse me. Three, two, one. Catch your breath. I'm okay, guys. Seriously? Okay, so now we are going to take it to a reindeer lunge. Maybe remember this one, too. So think of it as a regular lunge. You can totally keep it as a regular lunge, but a reindeer would be taking off into the sky. Right? So you're here. Bring it up. You know how we always see the reindeers? They're lifting up. If that does not feel good for you, think of it as just a forward lunge where you're stepping back. But if you can, here, drive it up, then we're gonna switch it to a reindeer kick in the back. It's gonna be fun. I'll show you when we get there. 30 seconds. Here we go. Lunge it. Drive it up. Or lunge and back. So just think of it as a forward lunge. And if you can get a little power off that front knee, go for it. It's a good one. Bring it up. Good burn. Right? And here. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Shake it out. Watch me. Here, same leg. Reindeer kick. So you can just do a little kick this way. Or if you want to think of it as a kickboxing kick. Don't get too off balance. But we're gonna kick it back. 30 seconds, same lunge. Here we go. Melissa Mary Fitness. Hey, Diego, thanks for joining Mommy today. So if that feels too weird for you, just do reverse lunge, right? Tap it in instead of tap it back. If you can kick or kick too much, balance, right? Reindeer kick. Three, two, one, burn. Hey, Idina. Good to see you. How about we go same thing? Other side. Let's do it. So, reindeer lunge, power off or step back. Here we go. So here, drive off and up. Or just think of it as a forward lunge, where you're stepping back. You really want the power to still be off of that front leg. So if that's putting too much on that back knee, just step back into it. Hand breathe. Yes. Team. And here. Three, two, one, burn. Now, Ranger kick. Same foot forward. Kick it back. Or reverse lunge instead of quarter. Let's get it done. 3, 2, 1, and kick. Or you could just do a little lift. That works, too. Or reverse lunge. Back to here. Down and up or forward? Down. Yes. Excuse me. Kick it back. Reindeer kick. You think they kick each other in the sky? I don't know. They're awfully close for a whole night. Three, two, one. Shake it out. That was our lower body. All right, team. So one, Heavy dumbbell. I'm gonna have two close by because we're gonna do a row shovel Like a snow shovel, right? And then we're gonna take it into a wood chop. Both holiday themed. So you're turning here. Watch me. We're gonna go our regular row. That's our snow shovel, right? Then we're gonna take it. This is where I'm gonna switch to a little lighter to a wood chop. 30 seconds, right? 30 seconds left. So think regular row, right? And then wood chop, row, shovel, core engaged. Hinge it here. 3, 2, 1, go. Heavy if you can. Oh, my weights are cold today. Especially when we get to those kettlebells. I know it's gonna happen. Squeeze and up right through here. If you don't have a weight, just do the motion. That works too. Oh, Lindsay is on duty with the little one. That's all right. You can do it later. Breathe. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, so same side as you were pulling that row from. We're going with a chop. Also looks like a snow shovel. Now we're throwing the snow over our shoulder, right? But wood chop is holiday winter themed as well. So here we go. Take a chop. You can start hip to shoulder if you want to keep it close to your body or take it all the way out here to here. There we go. This is our hit right here. Pip is here. Nice. Hey, Lorena. First live. So glad to see you. So. So knees and hips are turning on this trap here. Here. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, team, so same thing. Other side. Give yourself a second. We're gonna wrap that core. Shoulders back. It's a hinge row. Shovel here, and then we'll take it. Wood chop. Let's get it done. Here we go. Bring it up. Squeeze. If it's helpful, you can take that other arm out or even have that other arm come up with you or reciprocating. Right? Breathe. Whatever's good for you. Bring it here. Squeeze. Yes. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Set that down. Give yourself a second. Wood chop. Other side. Or throw that snow over your shoulder. You can keep it hip to shoulder, or you can take it out with that full chop. 3, 2, 1. Other side. Take it here. Take it here. Take it down. Hand up, all the way through. Think about that core staying stable. And then rotation through Those side apps. 3, 2, 1. And relax. All right, team, how about a little bit of core? All right, so here's what we got. We're gonna take it to a snow angel, so join me down on the mat. We love this one. If you want to just get straight up mobility, you can actually just do a snow angel but if you can, we're gonna bring it up, we're gonna take it down, we're gonna bring it up, we're gonna take it down just like that. Then when we take a hit, we're gonna roll to our side and get a little side plank snow. No Angel. So get excited about that. So if you need to, you can also just do the upper body or just do one leg at a time. Do what is best for you. In three, two, one. Take it out. Bring it up. Really think about that deep core. If you feel like you're pulling your back too much, take it a little higher. You don't have to come. Come from the ground. You can be here. Really dig into that snow. Feel that resistance all the way through. Again, from the ground is pretty tough, so keep those legs a little higher if you want. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Hug those knees in. Get a little stretch. Now we're going to take it side to side, so you're gonna roll to that side. Let's just go side to side with our planks. Right? So we're gonna go snow angel here. You don't have to have that leg up. If you want, you can just go arms through the center. Snow angel here. Snow angel here. In fact, you can also go from the elbow. That's what I'm gonna do. So I have a little more stability. Side plank rotation. Here we go. Snow angel through the center. Yep. Elbows might give you a little more stability. Even more stability would be to add that knee. So you do what's best for you. It's a lot of balance. You don't have to add that leg. Right. And breathe. There we go. 5, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1. We made it, team. First circuit done. Quick sip of water. Look at that. We're halfway through this workout. Hopefully we have time for these last ones. All right, team, quick sip of water. Adjust your ponytail if you need to. We're going to take it to a gingerbread jack and then into a star jack. So that's our cardio. It's going to gonna be hit. We're gonna get it done. Join me right here. So gingerbread Jack, low impact. Back to basics. What I want you to think about is getting low. Almost like a little squat. Right? So gingerbread man. Yes. Go with me here. Right? Get it done. Yes. Julie, first live. Five breathe. Usually working. I'm so glad you're here. Squeeze. Five, four, three, two, one. All right, you know what's coming. It's a lot of hit. Star Jack. So you have two options. You can keep it low impact, make a star. Star or star start. I can tell you right now I'm probably going to keep keep it lower back, but let's get it done. 3, 2, 1. You can go star jack, get low, get high. Either way, I want that squat in between. Low impact is here. Stay with me. Or power. Yes. Breathe down and up. Ten seconds. Yes. Three, two, one. Shake it out. All right, little lower body. It's our jingle bell swing, but we're gonna start with a deadlift. All right, so shoulders back. We got 30 seconds. Back to basics. That is where we're gonna catch our breath, and we're really going to nail down this hill. Hinge form, right? So dumbbell in the center, shoulders back, deadlift here. Then jingle bell swing in three, two, one. Bring it up. So hinge motion. What are we thinking about? Drive those hips to the back. Imagine you're shutting the car door with your booty. Come up and connect. Core, pelvic, floor, abs, back, glutes, and hamstrings especially. Bring it up. This is our prep work for our swing. And if you want to stay here instead of the swing, that's an option too. 3, 2, 1, and relax. All right, if you've never done a swing before or you're not feeling it today, stick with that deadlift. Otherwise, jingle bell swing. Power it up. Lock it out, let it drop. We got 30 seconds. Prep it. Shoulders back. Three, two. Power up. Here we go. Power up, lock out, Let it drop. Push into those feet. Shoulders pulled back. Arms are not working, but you can squeeze those shoulder blades in those armpits. Breathe out. Drive it up. Connect with your core. Lock out glutes and hamstring. Hamstrings. Four, three, two, one. Swing and relax. Yes. We're calling that our lower body. Let's take it down to the mat for some upper body. All right, so we did our snow Angel. We're gonna reverse it. Reverse Snow angel, we're gonna call it to get a little back. So think of your superman. We also like to call this one the Nutcracker. So I can't take any credit for this. It was one of my clients who suggested that. So reverse snow angel going out and in. Also. Nutcracker. Think about your back muscles, think about your core. Just lift whatever is comfortable for you. If you're modifying, I just want you to take it with that bird dog. Let's get it done. 3, 2, 1. Squeeze everything in, everything out. You can stay lifted the whole time if you'd rather. Or you can Drop down in between. But we're thinking about tightening those posture muscles. Shoulders, upper back, mid lower back, glutes and hamstrings. And also opening up the chest for a stretch. Right, and breathe. Yes. Ten seconds. Squeeze. Three, two, one. Stretch it back. All right, team, so we're gonna stay here for our core. We're gonna go tell it on the mountain climber. So we're gonna start low impact. We're just gonna take it here, take it here. Then, of course, we're gonna run it for our hit version. If that's not right for you, you stick with that bird dog. Or you take a standing version. But 30 seconds. Just tapping it in 30 seconds, hit. Go tell it on the mountain climber. In 3, 2, 1. Good high plank position. Tap them in. So you can go straight in, or you can cross it, or you can alternate. That's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna do two into the center and two cross again. You can do this standing if that's better, or you take it to bird dog. You do. You be where you are today. Let's be honest, during the holidays, it's going to be different for everybody. Sometimes we're traveling and we're tired. Sometimes we're stressed. Sometimes we're a little under the weather. 3, 2, 1. Stretch it back. All right, team, let's take it. Hit. You got 30 seconds. And we got a breather coming, so hang with me. We got one more circuit. In three, two, one. Here we go. So run it. Mountain climber, get up that mountain. I'm going in for four and then cross for four. You can take this standing two. You can take it tapping. You can take it. Bird dog, cross center. Yes. 10 seconds. Make it good. Drive those knees in the chest. Get that core working hard. 3, 2, 1. Stretch it back quick. Simple water team, we gotta get this in. Last round. You know, we gotta make time for a bonus. It's gonna be a fun one. All right, team, so let's get it done right here. We got some compound movements in this. You're gonna like it. All right, so just for fun, rocking around the Christmas tree. So you can just do a little twist. If you don't have a floor that's good for twisting, I just want you to step it. All right? But have fun with it. Think of as torso rotation and knees to get that core working and get that heart rate up. Then we'll have a hit version. 2 and 3, 2, 1. Rocking around the Christmas tree. Yes. Yes. You got a team. There we go. 10 seconds to go. Have fun. If I had a voice, I would sing it to you. Three, two, one. Oh, that was enough, right? Let's get a little hit. You're gonna Rock it. 3, 2, 1. Rock it. 3, 2, one. Don't feel like you have to be with me or in any sort of rhythm. Let's just get it done. Here we go. Rocket. Three, two, one. Rocket. Three, two, one. Three, two, one. Whoo. Song always makes me think of Home Alone. My kids watched it for the first time this year, and we watched it several times since. Classic. And breathe. There it is. Right? All right, guys, we got a tree topper. All right, so watch me. Kettlebell or dumbbell? I want you to think goblet, squat and press, right? As if you're trying to get the tree topper on top of the tree, right? Body weight. You can just go here. You don't have to lean into it like I did, but squat and press. Tree topper. Then we're gonna take it to an alternating snatch or high pull, if you want, for a little bit of power. In three, two, one. Here we go. Goblet squat press. You're getting that angel or that star or whatever you put on the top of your tree. You celebrate Christmas if you have a tree. I'm one of those people that gets the tree on Thanksgiving weekend, so. But not everybody does. Get low, get high, take it down, power it up. Yes. Three, two, one. And relax. All right, team, so one heavy dumbbell. Here's what we got. You can either take it to a high pull or a snatch. Do what is best for you. Little power move. We got 30 seconds of hit. Let's get it done. High pull. You can think of it as a squat or a hinge or both, but let's do it. 3, 2, 1. High pull or snatch. Remember that snatch. You get close to your body, use the power from your legs, and then all the way up. Yes. And here you got a team. 10 seconds. Strong arms, strong legs. I know. These last two were compound movements, right? And here. And relax. All right, team, so close. Grab a set of dumbbells. Good news. We just got one version of this. We're gonna go Christmas curl. So you're making a C with your bicep curl. I'm gonna add a plie to it. Why not? Let's get it done. We're only going 30 seconds. Watch me make a C and bring them down. Three, two, one. Here we go. Laney. Hello. Merry Christmas. Starting from the beginning, if you want to just do the Curl or just do the plie. That works too. Take it down, take it up. Breathe. Five seconds to go. Three, two, one. And relax. All right, down to some core of this last circuit. We do have two rounds of this. We're gonna take it to that Yule log. Do you guys remember this? 30 seconds. You're just the Yule log in the fire. When we add that hit, going to add a little fire with a little movement. So hang with me here on your elbows. If you're modifying, you can take it on your knees. You can alternate with arms and legs. Let's bring it up, Yolog. 3, 2, 1. So just holding it here. Use this time to catch your breath. Little plank checklist, right. Tilt the hips towards the ribs. Little pelvic tilt. Lock out in those legs and glutes. Back is tight. Nice. Good plank position. Strong core all the way through. Going into this new year and this holiday season, strong from the inside out. 3, 2, 1. Little stretch. All right, team, we're adding a little fire. Watch me here. We're gonna start with those knees tapping. Then we'll add some little twists. Then we'll add a little pike so you'll look with some fire. Three, two, one. Here we go. Knee taps. Little crackle of the fire. Right? Make sure you're breathing. Let's add some little hip dips. Fire's moving now. Yes, right through there. Last 10 seconds. Seconds. Let's do a little pike. That fire's getting high. Do a little pike. Yes, you can get you good. Two more and up and relax. Yes, team. I know we're gonna go over time, but we're gonna get that bonus in. Make sure you have some space. How about for a bonus move, we go sledding? I think it'll be fun. Let's do it. You're gonna sit down right through here. We're gonna sled side to side for four. Oh, no. We're gonna sled on our tummies. Lift it up for four. We're gonna push it up. We're gonna grab our sled. We're gonna run up the hill. We're gonna take it back down. We're gonna take it here. It's a lot of work. One minute to go. Maybe Kurt's gonna come, put it on the clock for us. We're gonna sled. If you don't want to do all that, you just pick one or two of those things. Just get it done. Let's finish this holiday hit strong. 3, 2, 1. Here we go. Sled four. 3, 2, 1. Take it over, sled. On your tummy. 4, 3, 2. Push it up. Grab your sled. Run up the hill. Back down on your sled. Let's go. On the tummy. Four, three, two. Over to the side. Twist, twist. Back to tummy. Four, three, two. Bring it up. Grab your sled. Run it. You decide how long that hill is, it might be higher. Take it down. Tummy. Four, three, two. Roll it over, sled. Four, three, two. Back to here. Huh? Use those arms. Push it up. Run up that hill. One more time. Take it down. Four, three, two. Roll it over. Yes. Take it here. Three, two, one. All the way up. Finish it. Run it up the hill. Yes. Yes, team. Tap it out. Nice work, team. I know that was a little crazy, but fun. Isn't that what a bonus move is all about? Grab some water. Feel like we've been blowing through this. When I was timing this out, I thought we'll have time to get everything in with a hit and a back to basics, right? Right. All right, team, let's get a quick little cool down. How about we get some little toy soldier kicks, huh? Little nutcracker reference. Stretch it out through here. Flex. So a little bit of everything. Lots of cardio, lots of body weight. A few of our basics. Rose curls, squats, deadlifts. We got it all. It all in, right? Little tap. Stretch those arms to the back. Listen, team, it's a holiday weekend. If you can get some movement in, get it in. If you don't, that is okay too. Remember, let's get a little hamstring stretch. There are tons of ways to get moving if you're able to get outside. Even if you have to bundle up. If you can get outside safely. Of course, playing in the snow is a really intense workout, right? Breathe. Other side. Move with your family, take a walk, dance, party, whatever it is. But if you sit on the couch and eat delicious food and drink delicious drinks and watch Christmas movies, that is totally okay. That is what the holidays are about. So make sure you go into tomorrow and the next week and the new year feeling good about where you are, feeling good about this past year, about this year coming up. No shame, no guilt. No matter what you're eating. You don't have to burn anything off. You don't have to earn those calories. This is a holiday and it is meant to be enjoyed in every way. So enjoy that. If you can get some movement in for self care, great. It's helpful. Otherwise, you do you whatever works for you in this holiday season. Season. Little quad stretch if you want, take it here. That doesn't work. Take it here. We're gonna hang out for just a couple minutes. We're not gonna do a full Q A. We got work to do. Right? Or you got places to be. But I am gonna take a minute right after this and tell you what is coming up in the new year. Roll those shoulders, team. One big, deep, deep breath in and out. Thank you so much for being here with me today. You did it. That was your holiday hit workout. Great job, everybody. I felt that. I don't know about you guys, but I hope that you had a good time with it. I hope you had a really fun workout and got your heart rate up and those muscles working. Yes. Dixie loves the snatches. So much fun. Jazz than. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas, Amy. And Body Fitters. Thank you, Laura, for being here. Janice, Robbie. Yes. All right. Hopefully everybody is feeling ready for the day and the holiday after this. So really quick, there is a whole another week of holiday hit. You will get your regular email on Sunday. The Body Fit team has been working really hard all week to not be working over the weekend. But we do have the email email scheduled and ready to go for you to get tomorrow. That will have your workout links for the next week. So one more week of holiday hit. Get them in if you can. If you can't, no big deal. Again, they're all on the shorter side. They're there if you need them. Then starting January 2nd, we are coming in strong with Power. That is our program for the new year. When we were thinking of what can we start last, last week we started with Body Fit Strong. Now we're starting with Bodyfit Power. So that is our program for January. It is going to be fun. We're going to have options for all levels. We're going to hit it hard and it is all about finding your power, stepping into your power. It's a new year. That power is in you. That strength is in you. But we are going to find it, we're going to step into it and we're going to have a great time with it in January. So that starts on January 2nd. So get excited. Excited about power. You will get lots of information coming up in the following week. We're also going to have lots of new Options on the BodyFit by Amy app. We're going to have some beginner options because I know a lot of people are starting in the new year for the very first time. We're getting back into it. So tell your friends that they're looking to get into something that we have beginner options, beginner programs and we will have something coming for trx. So get excited about that. A lot of you have asked for your TRX program for a long time. So many fun things. We will have the Body Fit Athletic Club really where you can really find that power. That's where you get your nutrition support. So much else going on. Also you may have seen in your email we are launching Body Fit Elite. Bingo's barking out there. Body Fit Elite is our new one on one personalized training and nutrition program. So that is where you can can work with Vivian and me directly if you're someone who really needs that one on one support. You all have asked for this for years and it's been hard to find the time and the resources to do it. But now we are going to do it. So if you want to work with Vivian and me directly, Body Fit Elite is where you want to be. It's on the website. It'll also go out in your emails. Let me know if you have any questions. Also send me your pictures info at bodyfit by amy.com. if you also want to send a video of, you know, 20 seconds, 15 seconds of how you are feeling in your workouts or what you feel like Body Fit has done for you, we'd love to see that as well.
