Happy Saturday. Hello, everybody. Welcome. Hello, Laura and Gill and Melissa is here. Heather, thank you for joining us today to celebrate. What's this number? 800. 800,000 subscribers here on YouTube and eight years that we have had the YouTube channel. Hey, Alyssa. I'm here. Everybody is here. Thank you for being here. One of us is having a little bit of a meltdown today, so she is not here. It was a bit of an ordeal. Again, I know all you parents can remain relate. Megan is here. Charlotte, Aaron, Jeffrey in South Carolina. Carrie and Jeff. Alexis. Lisa in San Diego. Whitney. Alexis, it's your first live. Yay. Jody is here. Good work. You're doing it well. Maya, do you want to come say hi? Nope. Okay. All right. So it is a party today, right? It is a party. So super set 8. I am actually thinking I should have called it AMRAP 8 because we are going to do some amrap rounds. But don't worry, I'm going to give you options. It's going to be a really fun time. Hey, Natalie in Minnesota with her friend Kia. Maya, Carrie, everybody is here. Thank you. Emily and Ryan. Ellie is here. Gene. Ah, you guys, I'm so excited. All right, so let's get to it. Charlotte says meltdowns are so relatable, right? Don't we all have that? All right, maybe we'll get a cameo at the end. So we are getting it done with weights today, right? So dumbbells or kettlebell or both. We have eight rounds, eight strength exercises, eight cardio exercises, all to celebrate the eights. All right, I know that sounds like a lot, but we're gonna get it done. All right. Yay. Alison, Mavine, Tamika is here. Kirsten, Zoe, Freya, Ashley. Hello, Angela. All right. Elaine just made it. Oh, you all made me so happy. Thank you. Thank you for helping to celebrate. All right, Kai, can you take some toys to your sister? Can you take these out? Okay. Thank you. Say bye. What? Watch that camera. Okay. Don't touch the camera, please. Okay. Okay, guys, beating it for you. All right, team, we are getting it done today, so make sure that you have some space to move. We're gonna get it done. All right, so let's go ahead and get warmed up. You have your weights, your dumbbells, your kettlebells close by. Marching. Bye, guys. All right, Dotsy first live. Molly is here. Ms. Clarissa 100. Oh, y', all, I am so, so excited for this today. So obviously, if in case you missed it, we are celebrating 800,000 subscribers here on YouTube. And this week was our eight year anniversary, we started, I believe it was January 20th of 2014. So Alexandra is here with her kids. Yay. Awesome team. All right, so we are celebrating the eights today. Emily is here. Happy. Eight was quite the ordeal this morning with my children. We could not get Maya to start crying again. I know so many of you relate whether or not you have kids. You know, we all have those days. And at the last minute, she didn't want to be in it. Let's inchworm it out. Selena is here. Oh, Fozzie. I'm not sure if I said that right, but if you need to stay upright, you can just take it with that hinge. Otherwise, let's walk it out and take it up again. And one more time, let's hold it here. Press it up and down. You can tap the knees if you want or tap the toes up to you or just keep it in that. Down dog. One more. Good. Walk it back. Let's tap those knees back. All right, so celebrating our eights, we have eight circuits. All right? We're gonna be alternating strength and cardio. We are gonna have eight strength moves. Hold it here. Alternating between two in an amrap round of drop it down. If you can reach up of eight reps of each between two exercises, that's all we have. So it's going to go a little quicker reach under than our typical amrap rounds. And we'll be doing super sets. So superset just means let's switch our sides right here. Take it back, take it down. If you can reach it up, drop that knee. Superset just means alternating between back to back two exercises. But often we do it in muscle groups. So we're gonna have lower body, upper and core. Lower body, upper and core. And then in between those rounds, let's tap out and reach. All right, in between those rounds, we are going to have cardio mobility for one minute, alternating between two exercises, but just back to back instead of the eight reps. Right? Reach it over here. I gotta fix this ponytail. Cassie is here getting her daughter's birthday party ready. We'll catch it later. Thank you for the congrats. Billy is joining from Pittsburgh. Lisa. First time. Y' all make me so happy. Here we go. So don't worry. I'm gonna talk you through all this. It's gonna feel like a lot of stuff. Got a lot of stuff on my board right here. But I am gonna take you through it as we go. All right, so two exercises per round. And in the cardio, it'll just Be one minute and we're just going literally back to back in the strength. We'll have a three minute AM wrap where we go eight reps of each. All right, team, so go ahead and shake it out right here. Adjust my airflow. Gonna need it today. All right, so grabbing either your kettlebell or dumbbells. I'm gonna go dumbbells. I'm gonna alternate between the two. It's up to you. We are going to have. Our first round is going to be single legs. It's going to feel like it takes a little longer. What I want you to do one side, eight lunges. You can either do stationary or reverse. So then stay right here. Eight kickstand deadlift. If you want to take it to the one legged, you can. Then we switch to the other side. Eight lunges, eight kickstand deadlift. We're just alternating eight and eight. As many rounds as possible. Are we ready? Here we go. Eight lunges. So a three minute round and even though it's an AM wrap as many rounds as possible. Remember that's as many rounds as possible for you. So I do not want you to rush the form and I want you to take your time getting between the two exercises, getting that set up. Two more. Some of it, it's pretty intuitive like this because we can just adjust and go right into it. Kickstand. If you don't feel like counting those reps, you just switch when I switch. Remember you can make this a one legged deadlift if you want. A little bit more balance, a little bit more core. Let's go. Four, three. Yes. Two. Good. Switch your sides. Eight. Right here we are almost one minute down. So two to go. Good form all the way through. This is round one of eight rounds. Alternating strength and cardio. Last one for eight. Kickstand right here. Eight. This one's gonna be a little bit tricky because we may end up with more on one side. We're gonna be okay with that. Remember, you can go one leg. So especially on something like this, really focus on on that form. I can feel myself wanting to rush a bit, but I'm going to take my time. There we go. Let's switch it. Other side. That's about half of our time, so hopefully it works out. We can get both in. Regular lunge. Take it down. Hi. Marlene in New York, Tanya in Mexico. Kickstand deadlift right here. Four, eight. Remember, with that kickstand, your back foot is literally just a kickstand. You're putting the weight in that front heel hinging all the way up. Four, squeeze. We're on that last minute. Can we finish this one out and get it done right here? We're gonna lunge for eight. We got 40 seconds to get them in. If we don't get them all in, that's okay. What I love about AM wraps, yes. We don't stop moving for three minutes. But it goes by quickly. Right? So kickstand, dead lifter, one legged. Let's get it done. 20 seconds to get in. Rebecca is finally catching alive. Normally doing the nap shuffle. I get it. Four more. You might be faster than me, slower than me, it does not matter. 3, 2, 1. Yes. Catch your breath. All right, team, so that's what it looks like. Shake it out. Three minute rounds of strength. AM wrap, as many rounds as possible. That means you go at your own pace, alternating 8 to 8. When we get the cardio that we're about to jump into, it is just one and then the other. So to get a little stretch through all of that, we're gonna do our skater and then our jack. So skater, skater and jack. I really want it to be cardio mobility. So you can take it full range of motion. Really open it up, open it up. Upper and lower. And if you want more cardio, you just take it a little quicker or higher impact. If you want more mobility, slow it down. All right, team, let's get it done. Three, two, one. Here we go. So skater, skater up. Let's do two jacks. That makes more sense, right? Up and up. Low impact, tap, tap, up and up. Yes. Just one minute is all we need. Breathe. Up and up. So first two rounds, one round strength. Second round, cardio. Really open up those hips and open up those arms. Keep it going. Vivian is here. Vivian, our registered dietitian, nutritionist, who is in the Bodyfit Athletic Club, the author of our nutrition guide and our method nutrition guide. Last one, grab that water, team. Ah. All right. She is, ah, the magic behind it all in our nutrition. As if you know our nutrition plans, very practical. All foods fit, no restriction, no counting. It's all about getting the nutritious stuff into your body and enjoying food. All right, team, so catch your breath. We're gonna switch it up. If you want, you can take it to a kettlebell. I'm gonna stick with my dumbbells and I'm gonna go. Let's go 15s because we can. All right, team, so here's your two exercises. Watch me. Quick. We're down on the mat for this entire round, so we are gonna go Chest press with a bridge for four, for eight. Then you have to quickly turn yourself over and you've got a plank row for eight. If it's not right for you today, take it to your knees and do your row. I really want you to take your time in the transition. Do not rush going over and back, because it is going from your back in a chest press to coming into a plank or on your knees. Do what is best for you. You do you. We have three minutes. Here we go. So we got chest press and bridge for eight. Keep it going. Tammy's heart rate is up. Yes. Gail. First time. I'm gonna regret picking these 15s, but I'm gonna go for it. We are challenging ourselves today. Good. So dumbbells down by your side. Flip it over. The transition is probably going to be the hardest part. Here we go for eight. We're just going one and two. If you got your kettlebell, you got one in the center. Or a dumbbell. That works too. Four, three, two, and one. Take your time getting back into that press and bridge. So we won't get as many rounds in this because we have to get set up, but that is part of it. As I said, some of these rounds will feel more intuitive. Some are going to be a little harder to go back and forth. And that's on purpose, right? Because this is mobility training. One minute down. Mobility training at its finest. Having to get from your back to your front. We do that all the time. Getting in and out of bed. Whoo. With your kids, whatever it is. I'm moving back on my mat here. Eight. Yes, you can. That's for me, too. Breathe. Yes. Oh, good. Roll it back. We're about halfway there. Amazing minute and a half to go. If you want to mix it up and have a close grip press, you can. It's up to you. A regular chest press. Yes. So this is our upper body and core supersede. Boom. Last minute. Flip it over to that row. Yes, you can breathe. Squeeze in the back four. Core is engaged. Even if you're on those knees, make sure you're lifted. Last round, right here. We got 40 seconds. Can we get them both in? We got eight with our press and bridge. Good form. Core is engaged. Even though we're getting hamstrings and glutes, we got Core 2. This one is gonna get me. I can feel it. As in get me tired and sore. 20 seconds. Can you get that last row in? I think you can. Yes, you can. Breathe. Finish it out. Whatever you got. Four, three, two. There's your time. Yes. Stretch it out. So upper and core and sneaking in a little lower. Right. Melanie's gonna do this tomorrow on my way to get a puppy. Not for me. You should get one for you. All right, team, catch your breath. Weights out of the way. Give yourself some space while water if you need it. All right, so here is our cardio mobility. We're gonna take it down with that squat. Nice and wide. Lift it up to stretch, and then toy soldier. Toy soldier. So you're getting that stretch at the bottom, whatever that looks like for you. Let's get it done. Zip up that core in three, two, one. Here we go. Up, stretch, and stretch. Jeff says hello. Heading to a fifth grade basketball game. We'll do this later. Yes, Elizabeth. Holy heart rate. Ah, that's the idea. We are celebrating today. Extend it up. If you can't get your hands to the ground, that's okay too. We just want that stretch, especially on that toy soldier kick. I want those big arms because that's what we're feeling right, Our upper body. But we're also stretching out those hamstrings, those glutes. 30 seconds and breathe. Take it up, take it up. Up, take it up, take it up. Take those knees out even a little bit wider if you want more of that hip mobility. And breathe. We got five, four, five, three, two, one. Yes, Water team. All right, so we are going back to lower body Breathe. Abby just finished dinner. We'll try this tomorrow. Monica loved that set. Yes, team. All right, so watch me. I'm switching to kettlebell. If you don't have kettlebells, dumbbells work just as well. We are back to lower body, and I'm actually gonna have my heavier kettlebell close by for my second exercise. So it is up to you. No, let's just keep heavy the whole time. Right? All right, here's what we got. We got alternating side lunge for eight, side lunge to side lunge. That's two to eight. And then we set up for a swing. Now, if you've never done a swing or you're not comfortable or that's not where you are today, take it with that deadlift. Otherwise, we've got that swing. We're going to give ourselves time to set up, to prep it, to bring it up for eight. And then at the end of eight, we're going to give ourselves time to bring it down and then get back into our side lunge. So a little more setup getting into and out of the swing. So please don't rush it we got our side lunge. We set up for the swing. If you need to switch your weights. I know. Some of us go heavier for the swing. Swing you can. Here we go. Breathe. Angela just got the kettlebells delivered. Put the medics on standby. I love it. Four. Breathe. Three. We got three minutes of this. Good. Get set up for that swing or that deadlift. Here we go. Four. Eight. We got eight. So again, if you're taking more time than me, maybe you're switching to a heavier weight. That's okay, too. Another option would be to take those side lunges, swing and relax. Give your hands a break if you need it. Back to your side lunges. Another option would be to take them body weight. I'd rather you have weight, but it's up to you if that's easier. Your hands need to break. I know. Three minutes is a long time to hold a kettlebell. Here we go. Get set up for that swing. Whatever that swing is for, you prep it or dead this. Power up. Eight. One minute down. Yes. Breathe. Good. Swing it and relax. Back to your side lunge. Yes. Here we go. Remember, on that side lunge, we're shifting the weight to that outside hip and powering out of it. Straight leg, bent leg. Push out of the heel, not the toes. Oh. Heart rate's up on this one. Right? Get set up. Shoulders back, chest open. Here we go. If you need more of a breather, take it. That is the point of amrap. It's as many rounds as possible for you, so I don't want you rushing form or pushing through too high heart rate. Let it swing and relax. Give yourself a breather right here if you need it. Let's get it done. Last minute to go. See, I needed a couple extra seconds. Here we go. And up. Breathe. Shift the weight. Get low. Drive those hips back. Remember, it's a hip hinge. That's why we're making this a superset, because that side lunge is also a hinge for our lower body. Breathe. Yes. Get ready to swing it. We got 30 seconds to get it in, so give yourself that setup. Prep it right here. Here we go. Eight. Yes. Squeeze. Breathe. Yes. Jane, you can hold the kettlebell on the side lunge right here. That totally works. It actually is harder, right, because we get more upper body and core, but you might get a little feel a little more in your legs here. That's our time. Yes, team. Oh. Breathe. All right, quick sip of water. Right, Good news. We're taking it down to the mat for our Cardio mobility. All right, team, all good. Kurt taped them up. I was like, I want these in the whole time, but I want to make sure that I'm not going to be batting balloons. All right, so let's take it down. Here's what we've got. We've got a plank jack and a rotational side plank. So two options. You can take it bird dog for two and then on your knees for two. For straight up mobility, modify especially pre post doctor or jack for two, side plank for two. Whatever you got, just stick with me. Let's get one minute. Here we go. So it's cardio mobility. So I really want you to feel that mobility, especially on that side plank, but also getting the feet wide and opening up through the hips, inner outer thighs on that plank jack, even. Even if you're just tapping out, which also works. So you notice we're not having a full on core superset. We're getting it with our upper and we're getting it with our cardio mobility burn. Breathe. Remember, you can take it here. Bird dog, bird dog. Rotate on the knee. Rotate on the knee. We got 15 seconds, so finish strong. Lots of core, lots of cardio, lots of mobility. Let's get it done. Here we go. Breathe. Ah. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Stretch. How are we doing, team? Look at that. 14 minutes left in this workout. Little stretch if you need it. Oh, Angie's been caring for a sick family all week. I'm so glad that you're here. I'm here. I use the heavier kettlebell. Billy. My arms are shaking. Mine too. All right, let's get some more arms. Grab water if you need it. So I'm gonna stick with my kettlebell, but it is up to you. On either one of these, we're going curl and presses straight up upper body. So lots of burn, but we can do it. So dumbbells or kettlebell, curl and press for eight. Then we're going over our head, triceps, and knee for eight. So I'm gonna stick with the kettlebell because it's a little easier on the triceps if you just have dumbbells or you want to use dumbbells. Curl and press for 8. You can go over the head here just like that, or one dumbbell. Let's get it done in three, two, one. Here we go. Curl, press, eight. So it's gonna take us a little longer because we got two parts. I know we're calling it two exercises, but really it's four. Breathe. Four more. Watch that back, especially as we Come up if you need to put one foot back. So we don't go here. Two. One more. All right, take it up over your head. Triceps and knee. That's one. Triceps and breathe is going to nap time. Gonna do it later. Thank you, Marissa, for jumping in to say congrats. Yes. There we go, team. Back to your curl and press. You got dumbbells. You're here. Take it up and up. Up. Yes. Core engage. One minute. Down again. If you need one foot back. Who is feeling their heart rate, like, this entire time? I know I am. So I'm going to take it a little slower because I need to keep breathing. Last two. One more. Put them together. Here we go. Triceps and knee. That's one, two if you need to. Again, you can go one dumbbell or one kettlebell. We got four, three. Ah. Two, one, one. Breathe. Back to the top. Here we go. Curl and press. I'm gonna go kettlebell. Curl and press for one, up for two. Think about that core a lot as well, especially on the knee. But even as you're coming here, I want you to bring those hips together, ribs together, everything pulled up and in. We're not arching the back, we're not tucking the tailbone, but we're lifting with the pelvic floor. Breathe. Less than a minute to go. Ah. Why is this feeling so hard for me today? It's not hard because I'm out of shape. It's hard because I'm working hard. Right. I'm gonna remind you of that, too. It's feeling really challenging, which I love, but it's making me get that little voice in my head that's like, oh, why are you so distracted? Shape. I'm not. I'm working hard. Here we go. Breathe. Reminding you of that, too. Elbows in. Yes. Curling press. We got five seconds to go right here. Up, up. Let's get two more. You got it. Yes, you did. Oh, team. That was our last official strength round. Look at that. This went faster than I thought. All right, so here is. Here is our cardio mobility. We're back down for court. Right. So I know that upper body is feeling it, but you can do it. Remember, it's only one minute. So here is your option. You can go cat to cow to down dog, or just cat to cat. That's better for you. Or we're going climber. Four, three, two, one. Down, dog and back. I know your upper body's tired. Let's really focus on the core. We got one minute. Let's get it done. Get set up wherever you need to be on your knees or on the toes. But everything is pulled in for three, two, one. Here we go. Climber or cat, cow for four. Big stretch into that. Down, dog. Here we go. Bring it in. Yes. And breathe. You got it. Oh, there we go. Yes. Keep it going. You are halfway there. If you need to drop to the modification. Cat, cow, two, down, dog. Or keep it here. Four, three. Or remember, you can tap it too. Arms and abs. Let's get it done. Breathe. Last one right here. Four, three, two, one. And stretch. Oh. Breathe. What happened? Oh, okay, Sorry. My producer just came in. I was wondering if something was going on. All right, team, catch your breath. Bring it up. Let's grab some water after that. All right, so we got one more round. Melissa says I bought my out of breath, high heart rate was because you're getting over Covid. Nope. You are just working hard. It's Amy induced. All right, team, so here is what we got. All right, we're gonna call this our strength bonus move, right? I know. We're already high. And then we're gonna get our cardio bonus move. All right, so two bonus moves today, but you're gonna love it. All right, so here's what we got. We're gonna go through everything we did for eight reps. Not we're gonna go all strength and then all cardio. All right, you can do it. Look at that clock. We got time. We're gonna get a rest in between. We're gonna go through all of our strength. It's only eight reps. You can do it. Pick whatever you want to work with. I'm gonna go with dumbbells. You can go dumbbell or kettlebell, but we're gonna get it done. You can switch in between if you want. All right, so no timed round on this. We're just going eight reps each. Eight reps of eight strength exercises. Are you with me? I'm gonna cue you. I know you don't have it on your screen, so we're going to start with those lunges. We got eight legs, lunges, eight kickstand. Eight lunges, eight kickstand. In three, two. Let's get it done. Here we go. Eight. Angela knew. Of course we are. Eight and eight. Eight strength exercises for eight reps each. Just because you didn't get enough the first time for three minutes straight, right? Here we go. Let's go. Kickstand or one leg? Don't rush it. So the nice thing is we're gonna get a Little breather for just a few seconds in between. Unlike our crazy bonus moves, right? Yes. Up. Switch your legs back to the lunge eight. Bring it up. Or keep it stationary. If that's better for you today, you can do this. You did it before. We're finishing it out. Last five minutes of this workout. Yes. Here we go. Hinge it eight. It's like this or one leg. Ah. Breathe. Four, three, two. Oh, no. Sorry about that, guys. Are we back? All right, wherever you are, finish that eight with your plank and row. Something happened. I think we lost the live stream for just a second, but are we back? I think we're back. All right, so if you need to finish that plank, plank, and row. Get it done. We're coming back up for our side lunge and our swing. I'm gonna go heavy again with a kettlebell. It's up to you. Sorry about that, team. All right. I think YouTube was like, nope, we're not doing all this again. All right, but we are. Side lunge eight. Swing for eight. If you want to switch to that kettlebell, you can. Here we go. 8. Bring it up. Yes. Up. Get low. You can do it. And up and into that swing. Give yourself time to set up. Zip up that core. Chest open and proud. All right, Good. Thank you, lady. We're back. Now into those swings. Eight swings, wherever you are, get them done. Keep it going. I'm gonna do a few extra. You can too, because I know some of you are jumping back in after that connection got lost for just a second. So finish it out. I know I'm adding extra swings, but you love it. 4, 3, 2, 1. And relax. I got the ponytail in the eye. Oh, that is the sign of a good swing, right? All right, last one right here. We got our curl and our press and our triceps. I'm gonna go two dumbbells and then switch to one. Let's get it done. Here we go. Curl and press for 8. You can go hammer. You can have them wide. Up, up. Yes. Breathe. Dig it up. Yes. Oh, two more. Last one. Oh, grab it. Triceps and knee. We've got eight. Here we go. Last strength. Eight and in. Think about that core coming in. And breathe. Much different with one dumbbell than one heavy kettlebell. But it's still feeling it. Arms are tired. Breathe. Huh? The hard thing about that, losing that quick connection is that now I don't know where our time is, but we're just gonna finish it out. It's all right. Balloons are almost done. All right, team. So we're gonna do the same thing with our cardio. We've got four up top, which is really two, four down below, which is really two. All we got is eight reps of each. Let's get it done. Let's go. Two minutes. Kurt's gonna add the clock. Let's see if we can get it done in. 2 minutes left. All right, so we've got our skater for two, our jack for two. We're gonna do that eight times, finish strong. It's mobility. It's a cool down. Ready? Here we go. We got skater and jack. That's one skater. Two. Stay with me. Slow it down if you need to. We can all be on my count if you're going slower. Who cares? Just finish when I finish. Up and up. Get low if you can. Two more right here. Last one. Squat with the stretch. Here we go. Squat, stretch. Bring it up. That's one. Feel that good stretch in those hamstrings. I put this in front of the swings on purpose. Glad we're getting after for this. This time. Stretch and stretch. Get wide with those knees. Stretch it up. Also stretching through the back. Right down. Four more. Breathe. Yes. Are we gonna get it in in this minute? I think we can. We're gonna have to have Kurt add one more minute on the last one. Right here. All right, team, it's all on the mat. We've got eight with our jack and our plank rotation. We've got eight with our climber and our down dog. Let's finish it out. Here we go. Remember, you can do bird dog and plank rotation. And breathe. We got two. This is it, team. So stay with me and finish strong. We didn't come eight years to stop now, right? If you need to slow it down, take it to the bird dog. Take it to the knees. Just keep moving, huh? We are so close. Three more. Yes. Breathe. Last two. One more. Yes. You can go cat cow, or you can go climber. I'm gonna start with cat cow. Here we go. Cat cow, down dog. If you need a second to catch your breath, take it to that cat, cow, or climber for four. Here we go. And three. Halfway there. Four to go. This is it. Stay with me. Strong core, strong Cardio and mobility. 3. Last 2. You can do it. Lift those hips to the sky. Really get that stretch. Press those heels down. One more, huh? Yes. You did it. Just lay on the floor, wherever you are. Stretch it back. Ah, I know. Thank you, team, huh? Sit it back into that child's pose. Stretch back. Just hang out. If you want, you can loop one arm under. Get that shoulder stretch. Ha. Thank you. Thank you for indulging me in this workout of eights. In my brain, those bonus rounds only took, like, two minutes each. In reality, I think it was more. Take it here if you want. If you're able, take it in that pigeon stretch. If you're better here, take it here. Or seated hip stretch. Ha. That was a lot, you guys. We got a lot in, and you killed it. I am so thankful for this team, this community, this family of body fitters. Switch your sides. As I told you all before, and I said in my newsletter in my post this week, I was not sure what to expect when we started this YouTube channel. And if I'm really honest, I really was not on board in the beginning, only because I wasn't sure that I could make this kind of a connection. Right. I wanted to do it because I wanted to provide all these. I wanted to make fitness accessible. I know that for a lot of people, it's time and money and accessibility. I wanted to make fitness accessible to everybody. That's why I wanted to do it. But I didn't think that I could get this kind of connection with people doing the workouts and everything has expanded, exceeded my expectations. Let's take one arm across, roll through it here. Thank you, everybody. Oh, thank you. Janie lainey says if YouTube was gonna cut out, it could have done it during the cardio portion. Right, Ally, it's evening here. Had a few cocktails. Yes. Celebrate, girl. She's gonna do it tomorrow. Oh, thank you so much. Maya says that was the most mother of all bonus moves, right? I know. Stretch it over right here, team. Here we go. Take it over. Go ahead. Let's take it here and just roll back onto our feet. Come up halfway. Pedal those feet. Oh, you. All these lives are everything. As you know, we didn't do lives for the first several years or once they released them, they weren't an option in the beginning, but once the pandemic hit, we knew we wanted to do. We knew we wanted to do something, to have that connection, to feel like we were all in it together, to feel that community. And then we just kept it. It has been so fun. We are going on pretty much almost two years of doing live workouts, mostly on Saturdays. Make sure. I'm sure all of you are, since you're here, but please make sure that you are subscribed to the channel that helps me out. And that way, if you subscribe and you turn on those notifications, you know, when we're having a live workout, it's most Saturdays, but occasionally there's one we're off. That's when you know new workouts are released. That's when you know something is coming up with a new challenge like our February challenge, which is coming February fire. We are so excited about it. So subscribe, hit those notifications and thank you so, so much for an incredible eight years. Here's 280 more. One big, deep breath in and out. You did it. That was your Superset 8 workout. Great job, everybody. Whoo. Yo. Selena made her hubby bring up the 25 pound kettlebell for the bonus move. You are so strong. That was fun, Mara. Oh, that. What a workout. To try out my new 20 pound kettlebell. All right. Oh, man, these balloons. This is why we don't work out with balloons. Jessica wants to know how people have time to chat during the workout. Yeah. What are you doing? Is it on a breast brain break? All right, team, so I'm gonna grab my computer here and let me know if you have any questions, any comments. I know there were a ton of congratulations and I didn't get to call them all up, but thank you so much. Thank you. Amanda, Karina, Vivian, Aaron. Oh, love seeing so many friends from the Body Fit Athletic Club. You all, if you have not tried it yet, if you're looking for that extra support, that accountability, if you want extra guidance, direct access to me, to Vivian, our Body Fit dietitian who is doing the workout today. Most of you all know we have a very practical, reasonable approach to fitness and nutrition. We want to make it a lifestyle for you. We want to make it fun for you. We want to make it not stressful or anxiety inducing. So that is what we're doing in the Bodyfit Athletic Club. And we have such an amazing, amazing, amazing group of people joining us in there. So I would love for you to join it. Bob says congrats. I applied Be where you are today throughout my day. Oh, I'm so glad you all that be where you are today and show up and keep moving, which, by the way, I have tank tops of both that we can use that for everything. Right at the end of the day, we just got to show up. We gotta keep moving. We know if we keep keep showing up, we are succeeding. We know if we keep moving forward, that is what we have to do. It does not have to be perfect. It does not have to be the same every day. We just want to show up and keep moving and be where you Are today. Awesome, team. Oh, Alexandra. We've been together since 2016 when we were both pregnant. Yes. Oh, man. Angela was not feeling good but was still able to commit to working out daily instead of wanting to sleep. Oh, I'm so glad. That's the thing, team. And I'm going to cover this more in a newsletter coming up. It never hurts if you're feeling just a little bit, you know, under the weather, but you're still able to breathe. Maybe it's just something light to just get moving in some way. Even if that's just walking outside or a light workout, see how you feel. Of course, if it's anything with your breathing or a chest cold or anything like that, don't push it. Rest, rest. Be where you are today, Charity. Thank you. Oh, Nikki was able to do it with her senior daughter. Awesome. Almost done. Oh, Laura, Love the eights. And especially the reason. Thank you, Laura. Bac, Arizona represented. Kirsty, thank you for being here. Oh. Oh. Somebody asked about these shelves. You know, Kurt will have to answer that. I think somebody did ask in the Bodyfit Athletic Club and I was hoping he would send a link somewhere online. I don't think it was Amazon, but we will find it and let you know. It's a nice addition. Right? We kind of added it for holiday hit. Let's see. Gil is asking what changes would you expect to see by following the calendar and working out six days a week? So what? I think the people in the athletic club and the people who are following the calendar and listen, you can follow the calendar on your own as well. Make sure that you click the link in the description to be on the email list. That's where you get the monthly calendar and then you get the links ahead of time for each week. The workouts are released daily. But if you subscribe to the newsletter, which is just one weekly email, don't worry, you're not going to get tons of emails from me. That is where we send out the links on the Sunday before. So you can go right to them. You can create your playlist, whatever you need to do. So I think most people would say that it's the consistency, right? I think a lot of people have seen the changes. A lot of us have goals of weight loss or body recomposition, getting more muscle fiber and losing fat, that kind of stuff. A lot of us are seeing that. But I think the biggest thing is people feel consistent. They feel like it's manageable because it's in the calendar. They can just go right to it they get in a solid routine when they're working out consistently, they want to, you know, get nutritious things to fuel their body. So it's, you know, one informs the other. And I think people just generally feel better. Certainly I don't want to downplay several of you have lost weight and lost inches and had body recomposition and all those things that we often talk about we at Body Fit. But Amy, try not to focus on those things. We want you to show up and be healthy and strong. So I think you'll find all of that. In general, I think the best thing is feeling good, feeling better, feeling accomplished. So those of you that follow the calendar can chime in for some, you know, true testimonials. But that's what I think. Oh. Lucas was working out with with Laney but then got distracted by Encanto. I know. Love that movie, right? I feel you, Lucas, but good work, buddy. Headbands are coming soon. Yes. We're going through a few. We're checking out a few new suppliers. It's been very hard to find a supplier for headbands, but we've got some samples coming in this week, so be on the lookout again, make sure you're on the emails and make sure that you're subscribed. Rachel says, game changer and boosting my motivation. My motivation. Oh, that makes me. Makes me so happy. That is what I want to hear. That is the best result. Carrie says the calendar makes me feel accountable and I love to be able to say I did it every day. Yes. Melanie in Washington. Doing your workouts have been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. You all are gonna make me cry today. Oh, Charlotte, use 6 kilogram dumbbells and 10 kilograms for the kettlebell round. Amazing. Good work, Charlotte. Thank you, Jennifer, for, for stopping in to say hi. And Linda as well. Motivating to stay fit and healthy. Chelsea, still stretching over here. That was an awesome heart pumping workout. Oh, thank you. I'm here from Ireland. Thank you so much. Lori. Thank you. Thank goodness for you. Oh, I feel like I'm working out with a friend, y'. All. I love when you tell me that a lot of people say that, that they feel like they're just working out with a friend or assistant. That's what I want. Listen, it shouldn't feel like I am a drill sergeant telling you something you have to do. This is something fun we get to do together and good for our bodies. Mallory says I'm a little nervous about the 900,000 subscriber celebration workout. Well, let's hope that we get to it sooner than next January. Let's try to get to it by the summer. Y' all. Help me out with that. Spread the word. Oh. Oh, my goodness. Sarah's been with me almost since the beginning when you were first looking for a workout. We are old friends. I love that you all. Katie first live and loved it. Thank you for joining. Let's see. Samantha is nine weeks postpartum. Oh, my goodness. Years ago, hit by a car, can't kneel. Is there a standing alternative for a bird dog? Yes. So listen, you could do any. Basically all of those moves, you could do standing. So, so sorry that happened to you. But yeah, I mean, essentially, if you just think we're getting a little bit of back extension and that mobility work. Sorry, Kurt zooms me in a little bit, but something like that. You could even hinge a little bit like this or put one hand on the wall for a little bit of balance. But basically it's just back glutes and it's a mobility move. So any of those are good options when it comes to basically anything standing or anything on the knees. Let's see. Jean recently joined the bac. I found the calendar and group support to be motivating. I feel like I have a plan rather than randomly choosing workouts. Yes. And in the athletic club, again, anybody can follow the calendar and we do have the free Facebook group show up and keep moving. But in the athletic club, we do a weekly calendar with links that also has bonus burns, 10 minute bonus burns that you can do if you want to add a little extra. It also has substitution workouts. So if you want to add. If you are somewhere you don't have equipment, you can add a body weight, you can add a trx. It has prenatal and postnatal options. So, so many things. Betsy. Hi. Glad to join the Live today with Anita and dog Jack. Hi, Anita. Excellent work. I just talked to Betsy yesterday. Good work, Anita and Betsy and Jack. I love it. Tammy getting strong. Stronger. Amy, Vivian and the BAC have introduced me to an amazing group of people. Yes. Of women. Oh. Oh, my goodness. Oh, let's see. Billy saying she'd be way off track. Billy would be way off track. Thank you. I'm so glad that we can keep you moving, stronger and more flexible. Oh, you guys, you're the best. Oh, Tamika, thank you. Congratulations on being Good Morning America. A few questions. Clips of one of my videos were featured on a Good Morning America segue. You can see it on my social media, on my Instagram, @bodyfitbyamy. Yeah, it was really. It was really fun to see, right? I mean, it says the lives in the BAC are so informative too. Yes, we really. So that's another big advantage of the Athletic Club is that Vivian and I both go live every week separately. We do a nutrition Tuesday workout Wednesday. We cover a topic and then we also take your questions. So we like to cover, you know, the most recent research, what the science is saying about something, something that might be trending and in the news about fitness. And people are confused about the frequently asked questions that we get asked all the time. We try to cover those in depth and also that's a place where we can answer your questions in depth. So thank you, Judy. Oh, especially love the low impact options. Listen, low impact does not mean that you are working any less hard. Low impact does not have to mean low intensity. We got a fun workout coming up next week for that. But yes, I will always give you options. You gotta be where you are today. You do, you challenge yourself for you. All right, team, I'm gonna scroll back and see if there's anything that I miss. Oh, thank you all so much. This is just warming my heart. I keep looking for questions, but you all are just congratulating me. And thank you. Thank you. Listen, we have put a lot of work into this. Most of you all know if you've been here from the beginning. We have changed spaces, we have, you know, repainted the studio, we've upgraded our equipment. We've done all of it. We put a lot of time this last year. The other thing that we're celebrating is a full year of having three full time body fit by Amy employees, myself, my husband Kurt, and Vivian, our body fit dietitian, which was a place we could have never imagined we would get to. We hope we continue to grow, but that's where we've been for the last year, so we're celebrating that as well. We have such an amazing team, but, y' all, listen, I could not have done it without each and every one of you. And I truly mean that. I know that sounds, you know, sappy to say, but really it is all about you. You all have brought the community, you have built the community. You have showed up for workouts, you have subscribed, you have watched the workouts, you have shared them, you have commented, you have reached out to me. You've joined the Athletic club, you've joined the other groups. All of that has built this community. So really, this celebration is all about you, and I cannot thank you enough for that. I feel so much blessed by this community, the support I've gotten over the last eight years. I'm so grateful. So thank you, thank you, thank you for eight years. 800,000 subscribers. If you missed it also in the newsletter, we're somewhere around 885 million views watched total over eight years. So a lot of eights, right? All right, team, thank you so, so much. I'm going to sign up here. Go eat some food. Some good, delicious breakfast or brunch. Yes. Tamika remembers the brick wall, the old space. I missed that space. Right. We're gonna keep upgrading as we go. Thank you. Thank you. Have a great weekend. Get ready for the calendars coming out this weekend and then get excited about February fire. But let's finish it. Body fit. Strong. Strong. Thanks, everybody. Have a great weekend. Good, delicious breakfast or brunch.
