39-Minute TRX & Boxing Workout

Instructor Amy (Bodyfit by Amy) leads a 39-minute hybrid TRX and boxing workout requiring a TRX suspension trainer and space. The session alternates TRX strength intervals (40s/20s) — single-leg squats, rows, chest presses, biceps/triceps, lunges, core — with 30s boxing/cardio flows (jabs, crosses, hooks, uppers, kicks, knees), includes mobility, modifications for levels, and a short mat/core finisher and cool-down.
Hey, everybody, I'm Amy from Bodyfit by Amy. And this is your TRX and boxing workout. So this is a combo workout where we will get some full body strength and cardio using our TRX suspension trainer. We'll be using that mostly for our strength work. And then we will alternate that with some circuits of some body weight, kickboxing, some punches, some kicks, some cardio. And of course, with all of it, I will give you lots of options to work to your level. So all you need for this workout is some space to move and your suspension trainer. Are you ready? Let's do it. Go ahead and start facing your anchor point. You're going to have these hands right here. We're going to sit low into that deep squat, open up those hips and do a big reach up. You decide how low you want to get. This is my very first TRX workout in my new space. It's my new studio, so I have a much higher anchor point. I have a lot more space to work with, so I'll be adjusting as I go. I always tell you I will cue you on when you need to adjust the straps, but you may need to adjust on your own depending on your anchor point and your space. So let's take it right here. Roll those arms out, little stretch and then bring it up, reach forward, little hinge, press those shoulders down and bring it up. If you have a lower ceiling height, if you're using a door as your anchor, you may need to adjust at certain times and that's okay. The important thing is more the angle and the tension that you're creating right through here. Let's open it up through here. So a few little quick mobility things right through here. It's the first time in a while that I've had to use the extender. Usually I just clip it right into my old space. So you might hear that. We will work on that. Stretch it through here. Let's just take a little side lunge. I'm going to angle a bit and reach it forward. So sit deep, reach those hands forward. Right through here. So again, the way it's going to work today is we are going to have some blocks of some 40 second intervals, sometimes 20 seconds, right side, left side of your strength and then some 30 second intervals of a boxing flow. All right, when we get to that flow, the name of the game is just to keep moving. So don't worry, I'm going to give you options to work to your level. Stretch it forward, take those arms up. So forward, lunge big Stretch. And same thing with these suspension trainer moves. I will give you lots of different options. Right through here. So big stretch, opening up the hips, stretching through the arms. Two more. Yes. Hold it here. If you want to, you can drop that knee and really lean forward. Take those arms behind, but it's total totally up to you. If you want to stay a little higher, switch your legs either down below or above. Take those arms high again, opening up through the hips. Little stretch, little mobility. All right, up onto your feet. Let's get right into it. We're going to start with our one legged squat. The good news is you can do 20 seconds only of right side, left side. So elbows at your side. You're either here sitting low for 20 or you can have this toe or this heel down to give you a little extra support or just take it to a regular squat. You do you. Here we go, 20 seconds. Right leg doing the work. So shoulders and chest looking up at that anchor point. As you go down, you're extending out with those arms. It's going to be short, so get excited, but you're not rounding into it. Three, two, Switch your legs. Here we go. Take it down and bring it up. Core engaged. This might be the harder one. If you're feeling good about it, get all the way down into that pistol squat. It's up to you. Bring it up. 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Shake it out. Getting those legs warm. All right, now we're gonna take it to a row. So think of your motion from your bent over row or your se go. Walk those feet forward and you're going to bring those elbows up. You may need to adjust your feet forward or back depending on what you need. Let's do it. We got 40 seconds. Elbows in and down, so squeeze up. Here's what we're not doing is rolling those wrists at the top or rounding our back as we go. Right, we're keeping the chest open, keeping those shoulders pulled back. Elbows by your side. Pull everything in. Zip up that core right through here. Feet can be down or up as long as you feel secure. Again, if it's too easy, walk your feet forward. Too tough. Walk it back. You got 10 seconds to go. Gotta find it again. I'm still getting my bearings in the space. 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Big stretch right here. Yes, team. All right, now we're gonna take it to a one legged lunge so you can keep it stationary. Lunge, you can take it back one at a time like I'm doing. Either touching it down or keeping it off the ground. Let's do it. Here we go. Drop it down. Drive it up. You got 20 seconds only. And up. You don't have to actually touch the knee down. It's up to you. Breathe into it and bring it up right here. Down and up. Here we go. Yes. Switch your legs. Here we go. That was 20. And up. Take it down and up. Eyes up again. It's a little tricky on this lunge. Sometimes we want to lean forward, but it's not a hinge. Take it down and up. Two more. Last one. Yes. And relax. All right, team, now we got a bicep curl. I want you to think about your regular dumbbell bicep curl. But we're going to take it here. So elbows here. Pull towards your ears. In three, two, one. Here we go. Bring it up. If you have too much space or you. Or if you have too much slack, you may need to bring these down or up, right? So do what is best for you. But you're thinking pulling towards your ears. Your muscle memory is going to want to pull back for that row to use those back muscles. But we're gonna keep it out in front and pull it in. Take it here, pull it in. Down and up. Right here. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Relax. Big stretch. All right, team, so now we're gonna put some things together to finish this out. So right leg doing the work. You're gonna do one squat, one lunge. I'm gonna angle a bit so you can see. So same leg on the ground. Same leg moving out in front of back behind. You can foot on the ground or keep it up. Full 40. Here we go. One squat. Take that moving leg back. One lunge. If you need a little extra support. Heel down, toe down. But your front leg is still doing the work. Get low, drive it up. I know we got lucky with those 20 second intervals. I tried to set my T Rex up here where I could angle if needed or be straight on. So you would have lots of ways to see what you're doing. Take it up and down. Take it here and up. 3, 2, 1. And relax. Same thing. Other side. Let's get it done. Zip up that core. Eyes up. Same leg on the ground for the squat. Same moving leg. Front to back. Squat to lunge in 3, 2, 1. Sit low. Bring it up, take it down, bring it up. Eyes up. You're gonna feel a little bit of that balance. That is your core working hard right here. Down. Hand up. Take it down and up. Take your time. You do not have to rush this, you can take it nice and slow. You can even take a little breather like I'm doing. You got 10 seconds to go. Breathe out. Three, two, one. Yes, team. All right, last thing right here. We are going to do one row, one bicep curl. So elbows, pull behind elbows, stay out in front. 40 seconds, then we're taking it to some boxing. So you get a little breather from here. Zip it up. Here we go. Elbows in for the row. Turn those palms up here to here. So wrists come towards your side, then release, then towards your ears. Right? Squeeze in the back. Slowly down. Squeeze in those biceps again, trying to make sure that we don't break those wrists. Let's keep it nice and strong. Pull with these big muscles down your back, and then these smaller muscles in your biceps. But they're all strong. Bigger just in terms of your anatomy. Well, they're all strong, powerful muscles that are working for you right now. Three, two, one. Stretch it out. All right, team, quick sip of water. Make sure you have a little. A little bit of space. Give yourself a little bit of time. Shake it all out. Stretch it out. We're going to start with 30 seconds of our jabs. Remember, we have our orthodox and our South Pole. Right side, left side. It's a little bit of an angle. So we're going to start with some alternating jabs. I'll give you a way to start slow and then speed it up if you want. Same thing with some kicks. Some uppers, knee and kick, jabbing, upper together. So zip up that core. You got 30 seconds. Alternate your jabs. Here we go. Go. One, two. So it's up to you. You can keep it just right here, or if you want, you can pick up that pace. We got just about 15. Remember, we're keeping that guard up. Don't worry about what it looks like. Just strong form. Five seconds slower, fast. You do you. Three, two, one. Boxer shuffle to that other side. So your boxer shuffle can be here, it can be here. Whatever you want. Guard is up. 30 seconds. Other side. Start slow. 1, 2, 1, 2. Right, pull them up. Starting here. Then if you want, pick up that pace. One, two, one, two. You do you. What do you need in this moment? Let's get it done. 10 seconds. Breathe. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Shake it out right here. So a little boxer shuffle. Watch me. We're gonna pull forward, front kick. Pull forward, front kick. It can be a push kick, it can be that little snap kick, but bring that hip forward. We're gonna alternate in three, two. Guard is Up. Here we go. Pull it through, pull it through. It's right here. Pull it up. Core is engaged the entire time. Right here. You got it. If you want, pick up your pace. Pull through, pull through. Core. From the hip. It can be low. Doesn't matter. It can be higher. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Boxer shuffle. Liking these little intervals, we're gonna angle again. Orthodox southpaw. Uppers, uppers, start slow. Speed it up. Boxer shuffle to the other side. We'll go uppers right, uppers left. Here we go. I think you're gonna find that this boxing goes fast because we're keeping it super. Back to basics. No crazy combos. Just getting it done. Come up from the hip, double time if you want. Just giving our hands a break from the trx. Mix it in some cardio intervals. Always fun to get some combo workouts like this. Remember, you can keep it slow. 5, 4, 3, 2, shuffle. Take it to that other side. All right, team, take it right here. Guard is up. Shift your weight shelf. Remember, you're coming from the hip, up and under. Let's get it done. 30 seconds. 3, 2, 1. Here we go. Yes. Keep it moving. Bring it up. Bring it up. If you want. Double time. Quick ones. Yes, team. Strong arms, strong abs. Keeping your feet moving. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Boxer shuffle. All right, team, so now we'll angle to one side and then the other. We're gonna go left knee, right kick. You decide. You can start slow if you want. You can even take it to that snap kick. That jump. One side, then the other. Here we go. Kick and knee. No knee and kick. So start slow. You can even hold and hold then if you want, pick up your pace again. Lower, high, doesn't matter as long as you have good form. If you want a little extra. If you're feeling a little extra kick or here to here, think even low impact and still get that good workout. Breathe. And up. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Boxer shuffle. Other side. So we got that inside knee, that front kick. Let's get it done. Strong lift core. Strong kick again. Lower, high. Here we go. 30 and kick start slow. Bring it up and kick. Pick up that pace if you want. Right here. Yes. Here we go. Breathe up. You want kick it here. Hold and kick. Pull through. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Boxer shuffle. All right, team, last thing right here. So give it all you got for 30 seconds. High impact, jack and jab. Jack and jab or low impact here. Low impact here. Join me. Here we go. Last 30 of this boxing block, then we're Going back to some trx, so you do what's best for you. You can still get your heart rate up, still get those arms working. Remember, strong punches from the abs, from the obliques, from the shoulders. Always protecting that face. 10 seconds. Up and jab. Up and here. Three, two, one. Grab some water. There's your first two blocks. Team keeping it in these circuits, alternating next. You're gonna be a little bit shorter, so let's get it done. So keep your feet moving if you want or recover in whatever way is best for you. We are taking these straps. You may need to adjust, keep the mid length or whatever is best for you. We're here. We're going to start with that chest press, all right? So we want to make sure those straps are not rubbing on our arms. So we're going to lift a little higher. If things feel too hard, walk your feet forward. Too easy, walk them back. So I'm going to bring my straps a little bit lower for this. You do what is best for you. We got the chest press. We're gonna go alternate with that forward lunge. We're going to do some little lunge tap ins, some tries. Then we're going to put some things together. So go ahead, find that good positioning. Chest press. 40 seconds. Zip up that corner, core. Here we go. Take it down and up. So your elbows are coming, not straight back. Think of your chest press on the ground or your push up where we're at a little bit of that 45 degree angle. Split the difference. Really think about using your core so it's not just pushing through the arms, right? We want that core to pull as we go back. So core is in nice and tight. Tuck that pelvis. But as we push with our upper, we're also pulling back with that core. Ten seconds and breathe. Right here. And up. Three, two, one. Relax. Take those arms out. Little stretch right here. All right, so we're gonna keep that stretch. I want you to take those arms up. We're going to start with that forward lunge alternating. If you want, you can get a little stretch, make it a little mobility. It is totally up to you. You do you forward lunge right here. So you're not angled right. You can have them right here. You're not really leaning into it much. You're going forward lunge. If you want that mobility, stretch it out here. Torso and shoulders. If you want to keep it up, you can get that stretch right here. Either one. But drop it low, drive out of that front leg, right? So hang out for just A second, right? You're not just popping back up. You're actually getting down there and stretch. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, team, now we got triceps. So I want you to think of that tricep extension, lying extension or overhead. You're gonna lower your body down just like that. Chest press, but elbows are in tight, using the core here to push. You do not have to go all the way back to your ears. In fact, keep it out a little bit in front. Here we go. So down and push. Core is in tight. So tuck that pelvis. Tighten out on the legs and the glutes. What we don't want is this, right? It's not just your upper body doing the work. If you need a little extra support, put your foot here and still push through those elbows. I would much rather you be here or be a little higher and have better form than be out here feeling like you're all over the place. All right? So zip up that core. You're still going to get the work even if you're high like me. Right here, I'm a little higher than normal. It's been a while since I've done on this. Three, two, one. Relax. All right, team, so watch me here. We're gonna keep those arms up. We're gonna do a little lunge. Tap in. So it's here to here. So we're really digging into that front leg. We got 20 seconds each side. Arms are up. Drop it low. Push out of that front heel for 20. Here we go. In down low to high. Drive it up, up. My arms are straight up to get the mobility, but my work is in this leg. Push. Stay low, core. Yes, team. I know. Five seconds. It's an arm workout, too, right? Three, two, one. Switch your legs. Right here you can go out. Push. A little bit of a stretch for the chest and shoulders, but again, that front leg is doing the work. So get down there. Drive out of that heel. Yes, you can. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Shake it out. All right, team, last thing here. We've got one chest press. Roll it up. One triceps. 40 seconds. 40 seconds. I want you to watch me first right here. So chest press. Roll it out, Try. So here's what you probably need. You're gonna need less of an angle than you normally do. Chest press might feel easy, so that way you can get those triceps in. All right? Or step your foot forward for tries. You do you. 40 seconds to go. In three, two, press and tries. Chest press. Roll it out. Triceps. Roll it back right here. Chest press. If you want, you can go here, tries, Roll it back, and here tries. I know, I feel it too. So do the best you can. Again, if you need to take it a little higher for that chest press, so it gives you that. That good form on your tries. This is really challenging for me today, guys, because it's been a long time since I've done the trx. Feels good, but feels hard. I hope you feel the same. 3, 2, 1, and relax. Stretch it out. All right, team, big stretch right here to the side. Grab a sip of water if you need it, and we're going to go big back into our next round of our kickboxing, all right? Cardio boxing. Ah. All right, so again, we're gonna go orthodox South Pole here. We got 30 seconds each. We're gonna go alternating hooks, both sides. And then we're gonna go jab, cross, jab, knee. You know, this one, both sides. We're gonna get a little squat and a side kick, side kick on its own. And then we're gonna do some hooks, some uppers, some knees, some kicks. So little combo at the end, but don't worry, it's gonna go fast. All right? So go ahead and get into that boxer shuffle, wherever you are. If that's here, low impact or here angle, orthodox softball, doesn't matter. You can start with either one. We're gonna start with Those hooks in. 3, 2, 1. Here we go. Sometimes we call this our 3, 4, punch. And those upper or 5, 6. Depends on what way you're teaching. There's lots of ways. There's more of our boxing die hards, right? Who really are boxing in the ring? I've done both, but I started with my kickboxing roots, which is more of that cardio kickboxing, right? Here you go. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Boxer shuffle. Take it to that other side, get set up again. This shuffle can be whatever you want it to be. If you want to keep that cardio up, you just take it here side to side. If you need that little breather in between, it's just 30 with 15 direct. Here we go. We're not going to speed this one up because it gets a little tricky. We're throwing elbows all over the place. I want you to keep it tight. I want you to keep those abs working as you turn. 15 seconds to go. Yes, team. We got some jab, cross, jab, knee, three, four, punch. Yes. Five, four, three, two, shuffle. Take it other side. All right, team, I'm gonna show you first and Then we can speed it up. But you got a couple seconds right here. Watch me here. We got jab, cross, jab, knee. Join me. Jab start. Slow. And knee. One, two, one. One more. Slow. All right, if you want up to speed. Jab, cross, jab, knee. You pick your speed. We're not worried. If you're at that slower pace or a pace somewhere in between, you can add that jump up to you. Five seconds to go. Yes. Boxer shuffle right here. Or a little jump rope. Take it to that other side. Same thing from here. So join me. Slow. Jab, cross, jab, knee. Front, back, front. Here we go. Slow for two more. Here's your 30. Jab, cross, up to speed if you want. Jab, cross, jab, knee. You pick your pace. Punch, punch, punch. Add that jump at the top if you want. Yes, team. There you go. 10 seconds to go for three, for two, one. And relax. Boxer shuffle. All right, team, so watch me here. We're gonna do a side squat. Step it in. Side kick. Take it down. We'll start slow for our first 30. Then we're gonna go right into just your kick. Right through here. You pick your speed. Here we go. Squat, tap, kick. Get low and high. So we're keeping it just as slow. I want you to focus on that squat and then turn your hip power. It can be a sidekick, flat foot like you're pushing, or be that little almost roundhouse right pointy toe. Let's go two more. Then we got 30 seconds. Let's go right into it, right here. Kick and down kick, pull through. It can be here, it can be here. Whatever pace you need. Breathe. If you want tap, kick and tap or kick and tap. You do you breathe. 10 seconds, then we're going into that other side. We'll get a quick little breather in between for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Boxer shuffle. All right, team, same thing. Could hear that shoelace on this other side. And then we are taking it to the mat. We're almost done here. Watch me here. Side squat. Turn that hip kick. 30 seconds, then just your kicks. Here we go. Squat and kick right here. Get low kick. Remember, this time, we're gonna go right into that second 30 kick. Step out. Low power. It can be lower, high. It can be flat foot or pointed kick. Again, lots of different styles. All right, team, one more. Just your kick. Here we go. We got kick and down kick. You can keep it right here. Low or high. Feel that hip tap. And here. Breathe. Kick just right here. Or tap, kick and tap. Yes, you can. I know 10 to go. Breathe. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Boxer shuffle. All right, team, so last one here. Watch me here. We're angling right here. We got hook, we got upper, we got knee, we got kick. Let's start it slow. Here we go. Front hook, back, upper, knee, kick. Hook, upper, knee kick. If that doesn't feel good for you, you just do hooks and uppers or knees and kicks. Hook, upper, knee. Pick it up right here. Hook, upper, knee, and kick. Take a hook, upper knee. You pick wherever you need to be. For you. Hook, upper. Yes. You can burn. Yes. Team, 10 to go. So we really kept similar pace, but different intensity. Boxer shuffle, other side. Then we got a little core on the mat. It's going to go fast and then we're going to be done. So take it over here. Watch me. Slow hook, back, upper, front knee, front kick. Let's do it slow. Hook, upper knee, and kick. Front hook, back, upper knee. Two more slow, upper knee. Yes. Here we go. Upper knee and kick. Hook, upper knee, kick. Yes, you can. Five more, huh? One more. Yes. Shake it out. All right, team, catch your breath, quick sip of water, a little taps. Let's take it down to the mat. Some quick core, and then we are done. I promise. All right, team, so to come down to the mat, you want these straps. For me, it's going to be all the way down. It might be different for you. I want my handles right at my knees, my cradles about mid calf. We're bringing it down. I'm gonna get a little airflow here, and we're gonna get a little bit of core. So join me here as you're getting into it. Watch me. We're going to flip those cradles up like dirty socks. Roll back, stick your toes in, roll over and come onto your knees. If that doesn't work for you, you figure out how to get. I always say this is the hardest part of class, right, to try to get into this. So flip them up, roll it back, stick them in, and let's. The good news is, team, this is our last little circuit. It's gonna be a little combo, mostly core, but we'll work in a little boxing. And we got 20 seconds, second intervals the whole time, so hang with me. Starting with that high plank, you're here if you can. We're coming up to here. If that's not right for you, you just drop one knee at a time. Here we go. Bring it up. So we're here if you need a little extra knee and down. Watch me. You can be there or if you need a little extra help, I should say, if you need to be on your wrist or up on the dumbbells, that works, too. I know this can get a little tricky, but stay lifted. Tilt that pelvis in 3, 2, 1. Stretch it back again. We're gonna keep them super short, so on your elbows, we're gonna lift up to a regular elbow plank. Here we go. Hold. What I want you to think about is not letting those hips drop. Right, again. Tuck that pelvis in. If you need the knees coming up and down, that's an option. But tighten out in those legs and those glutes. Tighten out in your back. Really stay lifted in the center. Make sure you're breathing. Three, two, one. Stretch it out. All right, team, so now we are going to take it up to a little mountain climber. I want you to think of it like some kicks right here. Watch me. We're going in. Kick out. In and out to the side. Join me when you're ready. 3, 2, 1. So knee comes in, kick out. Knee, kick in. Slow and controlled. We only got 20 seconds. Can you cross it? Kick out to the side. Cross, kick, cross kick. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. My feet are slipping out. I don't know about yours. All right, last thing here, team. Let's come on. Your elbows. Let's grab it here. Here we go. We're going side to side. Center and pike, join me. Side, side, center and pike if you need to. Out. One knee, other center and pike. Side, side, and lift. Keep. Last one. Yes, team. Oh, man, my core. I can tell I haven't done this in a while, but even when I do TRX super regularly, those planks are always hard. Right, who's with me? Let me know in the comments when we're done. I feel like I get stronger at them, but they're always challenging. All right, team, so you're here. Two fingers in the cradles. Roll back. If this is not right for you, just keep your feet on the ground. You can either do a punch and a punch or roll up, punch. All right, let's go. 30 seconds. That's all we need. In three, two, one. Punch and punch or roll it up slowly. Down. Roll it up slowly. Down. Right here. Slow. What I don't want to see is you using your back. So nice and slow and controlled. Deep core. Pull it in. Punch. Hand punch. Reach across. Yes, you can. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, team, feet out of the straps. Make sure you're away from open the straps where you're not going to get the straps, maybe face them so you can see them. Very last move, we're gonna call it a bonus move. But we only got 30 seconds. Here we go, team. We're gonna go punch, punch, kick, kick. Pop it up. Four, three, two, pop it back. If that's not right for you, then I want you to go punch, punch, kick, kick. Sit low. 4, 3, 2. If you can, you can do your punch and your punch and your kicking. Your kick from the plank. Join me here. Last 30 seconds. In three, in two, one. Here we go. Punch, punch, kick, kick. Doesn't matter what it looks like. Hold it here. Four, three, two. Pop it back. Punch, punch, kick, kick. Take it here. 4. You can switch to uppers if you want. Take it back. Punch, punch, kick, kick. Pile it up. 4, 3, 2. Do we have time for one more punch? Punch, kick, kick. Uppers. Four, three, two. Relax. Come to standing. Tap it out, team. All right. You did it. Shake it out right here. I know, I'm feeling it too, but you did a team. You did it. Shake it out right here. I want you just to go ahead and grab your straps. You may have to take them up a little bit. We're just going to use them for to get a few little stretches. Grab some water if you need it. We'll keep it short. Let's sit back. Little hamstring stretch from here and back. You can start here. Just press your shoulders down. And then if you feel good, you can let your whole body hang. Not everybody likes that. So you pick where you need to be for you. Really press the shoulders down. Lean back into those hamstrings. Yes, team. And then flip around away from the anchor point just like we did in the beginning. I want you to reach forward. If you can drop that knee and get that little chest stretch and hip flexor stretch. Take that top foot out. Lean into it here. Yes, team. Open up those hips. And then if you want little stretch here through your hamstring. That feels like too much, take your hands out of the straps or take it to sleep. Standing. Let's switch our sides. So arms up. Lean into it here. If that's not right, you can keep it here depending on your flooring. I know. Right through here. Take that front foot out to give you a little more of that hip opener. Big reach. I'm going to take it here. Yes, team. You can drop those straps behind you, either standing or all fours. Cat, cow, rolling through. Also turn your hands. If you can get a little wrist stretch. You can even just move them forward to pack I know. Rounding through and here. All right, bring it up right here. Shake everything out right through here. Let's take those wrists and forearms. Let your head drop here. Be sure to leave me a comment. Let me know. Did you like the combo? Would you like to see more of this combo? Maybe where we do half trx, half something else? Maybe it's a cardio format. Maybe it's dumbbells, kettlebells. I have a few of those, but there's always room for more. If you're somebody who likes a lot of equipment, it TRX mini bands. Let me know in the comments. And of course, if you're looking for a TRX or any other great equipment that TRX offers, I have a link in the description below. If you guys have done my dumbbells or kettlebells videos, those are my favorite ones. They have the hex and the cast iron. So check those out to get other side. And of course, don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel. Leave me a comment, share the channel with others. And of course, check us out in the Body Fit Athletic Club. Now on the Body Fit by Amy app. Thank you so much for being here today. Let's get one big deep breath in and out. You did it. That was your TRX and boxing workout. Great job, everybody.
