2015.
Primarily 30-second intervals for kettlebell circuits; shorter 20-second intervals for the later dumbbell rounds.
Hey, everybody. I'm Amy from Bodyfit by Amy and this is your remix strength and cardio hit workout. Remix Mondays are when I take an old workout from the beginning of my YouTube channel and I recreate it here in my new studio. Today I am recreating a workout using a kettlebell for strength and cardio hit. However, you can use a dumbbell or a kettlebell. In fact, I'm going to be using both. We'll start everything with the kettlebell and then I' in our second round of the circuit to switch to dumbbells for a shorter round. So use whatever you've got, work to your level. You know, I'm going to give you options. Are you ready? Let's do it. Let's start with just a little march. Let's get everything moving, shake everything out. What is fun about this workout is this is one I did back in 2015, I guess, and I was six months pregnant. So it is a workout that let's see if I can keep up with myself. At six months pregnant, of course, you know, almost eight years ago. So it's gonna be a fun one. Let's just take it up for those eyes wise and t's if you want, you can do a little hinge with it. I hinge? Why? Shoulder mobility. T let's go two more times like that. So we'll be working with the kettlebell in this early workout. I did not do any specified intervals, but it is a workout where we build, where we start with one thing and then we add on one or two more times. Oh, is that one extra? That's all right. We love it. Right through here. Here we go. So shift your weight. So we're going to be moving in 30 minute, 30 minute, 30 second intervals or 20 second intervals. So I'm gonn we will have more breaks than we did in that original workout, which will make it a little bit longer. And we are going to add a dumbbell short little round as a second round of the circuit. Let's take it flat back down and round it up. So we'll add a little bit more today, but we're gonna have a good time with it, I promise. And it's gonna be fun to compare now and then. Let's hold it here. Roll those shoulders pressing out right through here. Of course, just like with all my workouts even back then, we are going to give you lots of different options. Walk your feet in, let's do a squat to a lunge and then either lunge or tap it back. If you want, you can just do a tap back, but sit low and lunge if you can. So I'm gonna give you options. I will give you ways to take it up, to take it down. You do you. I always say, be where you are today. This is your workout, so do what is best for you. Let's hold it right here. You can just hold it here. Or if you can, hinge it forward, drop that foot down, walk that foot up, and world's greatest stretch. Little drop of the knee, reach through here. Then we're going to switch your leg. You can either do it from up top or from the plank right through here. If you want to stay up top, stay up top, reach through. So getting it done today, if you can take it back to that high plank position, you can also drop to your knees just a little forward and back. Right through here. And little down dog stretch. And back to center right here. Down dog stretch, back to center. One more. And go ahead and walk your hands back or walk your feet up. Whatever feels best for you. All right, tap and reach across. So we're gonna start with our kettlebell again. If you don't have a kettlebell, just use a single heavy dumbbell if you got it, or single dumbbell. We're going to start with a little halo just to continue getting a little warm up. Then we're adding on from there. All right? So again, everything will build. You can always stay with that first option. Again, be where you are today. So if the first option is what's best for you, consider that you're level one. Stay there. If you want to add on, add on. All right, you guys know I love adding on. I love compound movements, but I also want to give you a lot of different options. So if you want to keep it back to basics, keep it back to basics. All right, you keep that step touch. Watch me. Medium to heavy kettlebell. We're gonna start with a halo, so you can go ahead and grab your kettlebell. Watch me. Halo is a good warm up for our core, for our upper body. We're going around here and back to center. You can do the same thing with the dumbbell bringing your elbows behind. Core engaged. Here we go. So kettlebell is a good warm up, but it's a great core exercise, core stability. We got 30 seconds here. Your goal is to not let your torso or your spine move. You're staying stable while you get that mobility through your upper body. But your core has to stabilize, so stay lifted. Pull everything in. We got 10 seconds. A little less three, two, one. Watch me here. Now we're gonna go down. We're gonna do a clean, a squat, and a press right here. So clean, squat it down, press it up. If you want, you can just go here, bring it up, and press. But if you're able, clean, squat, press. Yes, team, take it up. Another option is just a curl squat and press. Five seconds. All right, what we're gonna do is we're gonna put those together. Instead of that press, we're going to a halo. So breathe for a second. Watch me. One time. We got clean squat. Take it up and halo. Then you go back down. You do that other side. All right, last 30 seconds. Make it good. Clean squat, halo right here. So clean squat, deep squat, go around, then back down, Clean, sit low, halo again. If you want, you can go curl squat, halo. If that's a better option for you. Curl squat, Preston, halo. Let's finish it out. Breathe. Yes. And take it down. Last one. And breathe. All right, team, so we're gonna take it to a windmill, but we're gonna keep it a low windmill just to warm up the core. I'm sure I did this because I was pregnant at the time, but toes out, one arm up. Don't worry. We do add a high windmill later in the workout, but we're going to start just 30 seconds, right? 30 seconds left. Low windmill. Really work on that shoulder mobility up top. Zip up the core, keep the heart rate up. We got three, two, one. Let's do it right here and bring it up. Take it right down the front of the leg. I have an elite client, and she calls this right here, the bottom leg. Sexy leg, right? I love it, because that is what it's like. You want to have that hand right down the center, and then straight up through here. Push through this back leg. We got three, two, one more. Switch your sides right here. Here we go. Reach it down and take it up. Yes, down, take it up, reach, and up, down the front. Think about that stability. If you want to keep this body weight, that's always an option too. Breathe. Yes. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, give your hands a little break from the kettlebell. I'm gonna preview your next round. Little burn in my legs. We're gonna take it to a side lunge combo. So you're gonna cross that kettlebell towards that opposite leg. I'm gonna keep the side lunge with the kettlebell low. In my older video, I keep it all up here, but we got a lot up here. So we're gonna start with that. Then we're gonna take it side lunge to press into triceps. Then our last round, we're gonna add a little balance, if you want. All right, we're gonna keep it 30, 30 and 30. Let's go. Side lunge to start in 3, 2, 1. 30 seconds. Side lunge. Step it out right here. So remember, crossing that kettlebell, shift the weight into that hip, and little hinge right through here. You can also just keep it stationary if you'd rather be here and up. Keeping it low. So keep that chest open. Shift your weight. We are going to bring that kettlebell up top, and we're gonna add a press and tries at the top. Here we go. So sit low, press triceps. Yes, you can sit low, press triceps. Yes. Take it down, up, and here. Sit low, up and up. Yes. Can you keep all that? Can you add a knee at the top? It's challenging. I'm not quite sure how I did it while I was pregnant, but you're taking it here. Press knee up to triceps. If that is too much, just keep that foot down. It's a lot I want to add in that core stability, but if that's not right for you, you do. You be where you are today. Boom. Elbows in. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Let's go. Other side. Here we go. Cross it here. We're gonna go right into it because I know you can. Heart rate's up, but side lunge, just your side lunge. So take your time. If you need more of a breather, focus on that strength and take it stationary. Set those hips. Back weight is low. In that other hand, Take it here. Then we're gonna bring it up. We're going side lunge to press to tries between two hands. Last one. Here we go. Take it here. We got side lunge press tries. You do not have to go fast. Just sit deep into the hip. Push out of that hip, press and tries. What I don't want is that big arch in the back. So really stabilize in the core. Strong press strong tries up and here. Keep it moving. And you know what we're adding. If you want, add that knee. Here we go. Down, up. You might have to bring that knee up later. I know that's what I need to do. Tap it in, then up for the tries. If you start to feel like your form is lacking when you bring that knee up, like those elbows are gonna have, don't worry about the knees. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. And relax. Oh, my goodness. Guys, grab a quick Sip of water. That is your first circuit. Now we're gonna do a little shorter version of it using the dumbbells. If you don't have a dumbbell, just do exactly what we did with the kettlebell. We're not going to do the windmill because we have that later in the workout. But if you got two dumbbells, we're also not going to do the halo. We got either take it up into tries, no knee this time, or you can do one. Take it here, press tries. I'm gonna start with that. I'm gonna see if I can do it. But if you have to take it to two hands, we're gonna start with just your side lunge. Here we go. Take it down and bring it up. Take it down. You got 30 seconds. Cross with something heavy. If you want to. That works too. And breathe here and up. Yes, team. Down and up. Right through here. Ha. Are you ready? We're going to rack it. Press and tries right here. So side lunge, press tries. Take it down. Side lunge, press. One handed try. Or if that's too heavy or your tries are tired, take it here. That works too. Sit low, sit deep. Yes, team. Ha. I know. Breathe. Five, four, three, two. Catch your breath. I'm gonna give you 15 seconds to breathe. We're gonna do same thing, other side. Crossing it into that side lunge, then racking it. Press and tries in three, two, one. Here we go. Side lunge. Step out of it. Really use this to get deep, get low. One heavy dumbbell or two dumbbells. One heavy kettlebell. Up to you. Chest stays open. What I'm not doing is rounding here, right? Take it here. Down and up. You got it. And up. Breathe. Get ready. Rack it up. Here we go. Side lunge. Sit deep, press out triceps. This is my right one. Maybe I can get all the way through. And tries. Two handed is totally fine too. You do you? I like to have this hand here. That's why we cut the knee out of this one. And here. 10 seconds. Take it down, take it up and breathe. Down, up and here. And relax. All right, team, that's all we're doing for circuit one. Grab a sip of water and we're gonna get it done with circuit two. Here we go. All right, team, so going into circuit two, you're gonna go one kettlebell and we're gonna rack it. You have the option to go here or here. If you're going kettlebell, I would say go a little bit lighter. I'm actually really surprised when I Did it with my heavy one last time, but we're gonna get it done. It's gonna look like this. We're gonna go plie. We're gonna go racked. Plie into a press. This is a really pressed, heavy workout. Then we're gonna take it into a high windmill. So you're going in and out. So again, that's why you want to go with something a little lighter. If you want to go with. With a dumbbell, you can do that too. So go ahead and join me here. If you think a dumbbell will be easier for you to press into that windmill, go for it. But we're going to go paa out. Starting with a paa and a press. Zip up that core. Stack your rib cage over your hips. Here we go. Paa and press. Rack it in so offset so that core has to work. Then bring it in. If it feels like too much, switch to. To a dumbbell if you got it. Or two hands. And up. Really think about zipping up in that core. Right? Take it down. Up, up, Breathe. And up. And let's add that windmill right here. So take it down, press it up. High. Windmill. I know it's a little tricky, but take it down, press it up. High windmill. If that doesn't feel good for you, you just keep the plie and the press. Or you can just do the windmill. That works too. Take it up and down. 3, 2, 1. I want you to bring the weight down here. We're gonna hold that paa, and we're just gonna lift and lift. I don't know why I thought this was a break, but you know how I roll sometime. Let's do a little calf raise as a blake break. Before we go into that other side, try to get low if you can. Calf raise one at a time. Keep that core engaged. Isometrics, right? Then we're doing the same thing. Other side. Plie and press. Plie, press, and windmill. So again, if you want to go with a dumbbell, that works too. Shake it out. So here. Or two hands. Although if you're going two hands, you may just want to skip the windmill or do it separately. Zip up the core. Here we go. Take it down and press. Wrap it in. Down, squeeze, press. Not leaning into it yet. And up. Right here. Down and up. Take it here. Zip up. Pelvic floor, core, inner thighs all the way. Let's get one more. Now let's add that windmill. Here we go. So plie, press, windmill. If that's too many things at once, just do the windmill. Or just do the plie and the press high windmill. So again, I'm going a little bit lighter. You have permission to do that too. You want to. I want you to feel steady going into that. Yes. It's challenging on our core in a lot of different ways and shoulder stability, but I want you to feel. Last one. And breathe. Yes. Team, go ahead and set that down. Do some little low impact jacks just as a little cardio mobility. Don't worry about the time. I noticed again that I put some low impact or high impact jacks as a breather. So you can just keep it here. At one point in this old workout, I also say, ah, you can do some jacks or you can get some water. Like eat either or what? Come on. I got water. I was pregnant. All right, team, so keep going with that. And then we're gonna grab a medium to heavy kettlebell. We're going to a gun slinger curl while you're doing those jacks. Watch me. You're gonna sling it, catch it, and lunge. That's your round one. We're gonna take it just with that. Then we're gonna do a little curtsy crossover. I'm gonna add a little curl to it. Then we're gonna do a single leg deadlift. Gonna. And we're row other side. All right, so your slinger, you're taking it here, lunging it down. If that one is too heavy, you can have one hand on the bottom, take it across, you can pick up your feet. You do what's best for you. Grab it. I got my right hand, your left. Slinging this way into the lunge in 3, 2, 1. 30 seconds, take it here, drop it down and back. So again, you can pivot on your floor. Floor. If you have a floor and knees that allow you to do that, or you can pick up your feet here. If the sling is too much, two hands curl. Core is working hard. Yes. Dropping the lunge. Take it here, down and back. Here and back. One more. Yes. I want you to bring it here, hold it here. We're gonna lunge, curtsy, crossover. Join me here. 30 seconds. Lunge and cross. We do it really quick in the old video, but if you want, you can add an offset curl right here. Curl it up, take it down, burn. I know. Ha up to you or just cross it. Ten seconds. Yes. We got five, four, three, two, one. Ah. All right, that same leg that is in front. We're gonna keep it in front. I'm gonna turn to the side. We're gonna take it 30 seconds of our single leg deadlift. If that is not right for you, take it to the kickstand. Then we're gonna add a row at the bottom. I'm gonna give you options. Oh, that heart rate. Same leg. That's burning. Let's do it. Here we go. Single leg deadlift. Bring it up. Zip up the core. If you've got that balance, remember, slight bend in both knees. You can also do the kickstand. It's still a hinge. Front leg has the work, but you have a little extra help in the back. Breathe. And up. Yes, team, take it down. And up. Yes. All right, you can keep it here, or let's add a row. Here's what we did. Row. Bring it up. If you want balance on your wall, take it there. Or if you feel better, kickstand. Row. Push it up. I know that front leg. We're feeling it. Hips and shoulders stay square. If you're feeling like you're all over the place, tap that back foot down. That's okay. You can even go single leg. Then kickstand with the row. Bring it up. Three, two, one. Shake it out. Step it here. Little shake, little kicks if you want it. We get all that on the other side. All right, so you do some little kicks. Watch me. Gunslinger to lunge. Lunge, curtsy, crossover, or with an offset curl. Then we got our single leg deadlift. Then we got our row. All right, let's get it done. Why not? Team working our way through this workout. Gunslinger. In three, two, one. Turn into it, Plunge it down. And the way I originally structured this circuit, I think I probably did reps. And we did more of the gunslinger in the curl, and we did less of the crossover. So it evens out, right? And burn. Core, zip. Catch it with that core. Strong arms. Remember, you can do two hands here. Here. One more, huh? Hold it here. Cross it over, cross it back. We're gonna keep it slow, all right? If you want. Curl it down in the curtsy. Curl it up. Take it here, take it here. Burn. I know. And balance. Feel that core. Take it down. You can also come up to here. If that's right, we got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Burn. All right, Keep that same leg here. Remember, one legged deadlift or kickstand. Halfway through, we add the row. Here we go. Take it down and burn. Weight in that front heel. Soft bend in both knees. The kettlebell is already playing with your balance because it's on one side. You can cross it to that front toe if you want. Or again, have that back toe down and drive it up and through. Zip up that core. Really use that core to stay stable up in here. And breathe. Yes, team, add your row. So deadlift row, drive it up, or kickstand row all the way up. You also have the option grab the wall. Either way, whatever gives you the best form. We want a little bit of balance for core and for stability, but not where it gives us bad form. Right. There is a balance to that balance. 5, 4, 3, 2, and breathe. All right, team, shake it out. Stretch it out. Right here. All right, you know we gotta do them with dumbbells, right? Here's what we got. Two dumbbells. We're gonna alternate. Take it here, alternate take it here. Then we're gonna alternate low, bring it here low. So alternating. Then we're gonna do our curl and lunge, curtsy, crossover. I'll talk you through it, but let's start with this. Here we go. Making our way through. You can do it. Let's rack those dumbbells. Or one dumbbell, one kettlebell between two hands in three and two, Alternate. Here you go. Take it down and up. I know you guys are like, what? Amy? I thought we were only doing what was in the original workout, right? That's usually enough, but I wanted to do the kettlebell version of this, but I wanted to sneak in some dumbbells, right? And breathe again. You can always take this to just one. Again, thinking of it. Just a little bonus move. Yes, team, take it up. All right, we're gonna get crazy. Take it here. Drop it. Low windmill. If that is not right for you, you just take it. Alternate your windmills, or keep the plie and the press. Take it down, take it up, drop it low, windmill. Yes. Down. Huh? Getting crazy here. What? Let's get one more, huh? Control. Ha. All right. Water if you need it. Let me show you this last round with dumbbells. Watch me. We're not gonna gunsling. We're just gonna do a curl. We're gonna do a lunge, right? We're gonna do one and the other, or together, if you want. Then we're gonna go curtsy, crossover with the curl. Same thing, both sides. We're gonna take these rounds to 20 seconds. 20 seconds. Kickstand, deadlift, kickstand row. 20 and 20. So we're shortening our rounds. Lunge and curl or curl and lunge. Starting in three, two, one. Curl and lunge. Or if this feels better for you, take everything down, everything up. You decide. You want to have them all on the Downbeat or here, Here. And up. Up to you. 5, 4, 3, 2. Hold it here. Curtsy, crossover and lunge. 20 seconds. Only you can do it. Stay with me. Take it here, take it up, Take it here. Five seconds. Burn. Four, three, two, and one. Shake it out. Same leg forward instead of the one legged. Let's go kickstand. Deadlift. Right here for 20 seconds. Then we add the two arm row. Catch your breath. Let's just get it done. Same leg forward. The one that's burning. In three, two. Kickstand. Take it here. 20 seconds, slow and controlled, right? And up. Yes, you can. And up. Shoulders back. Especially as we get tired. Really pack those shoulders. Hinge. Drive those hips back. Let's add our row. Take it down. Take it. Row. And up. Take it down. Row and up. Take it down. Bring it up high. We got five seconds. Can we get one more? Boom. And breathe. Stretch it out. Hang on to those dumbbells. Give your hands a break if you need to. We got lunge and curl. All right, we'll try to go regular curl this time. Then we curtsy. Crossover. 20 and 20. Kickstand. Kickstand and row. Catch your breath. Lunge position in three, two. Curl and lunge. Or if it makes more sense to you, everything down, everything up. Train tracks. So feet hip distance apart. And up. Take it down. And up. Ha. Take it here. And up. Take it here. All right, team, cross it over. Lunge it down. Cross and curl. Lunge it down. This is it for those curls. You can do it. Hang with me right here. We're so close. We got three, two, one. And relax. I know that leg is burning, but let's make it work one last time. In three. Breathe. Give yourself a second. Kickstand for 20. Kickstand and row. Two, one. Kickstand right here. Take it down. Drive it up. Of course, you're welcome to do that one legged, but I really want you to focus on pure stability in that front leg. Core engage. Like I said, there's a balance with our balance, right? 5, 4, 3, 2. Row. Take it here. Row. Drive it up. Take it here. Boom. Squeeze in those shoulder blades. Yes, you can. Down and up. Yes. Can we get one more? Ha. And relax. Dumbbells to the side. We are done with them little stretches if you want it. Quick sip of water, guys. I don't know why I did this, but the next thing we did was a swing. At first, when I was re watching, I thought maybe I didn't do them because I was pregnant, but I love them. Of Course I did them. All right, team, so we just did a whole lot of hamstrings. So if you need to keep with that deadlift or you need a stretch break, go for it. Otherwise, then we got a few things on the mat. We're all most there. All right, if you're comfortable with that swing, you're gonna take it here. We're gonna prep it, we're gonna power it up, let it drop. 30 seconds only if you'd rather just keep a two legged deadlift, but join me here. Shoulders back. I know they're tired, but you can do this. Hang with me for just a few more minutes. In three, two, prep it. Here we go. Power up. Let it drop right here. All the way through. Zip up in that core. I know. Lock it out of the top. Push into those feet. Everything working together, Everything working hard. Yes you can and yes, you will. We got five, four, three, two, one. Swing and relax. Keep that kettlebell close by, but I want you to grab a mat. Team, grab some water. All right, team, so we are down on the mat. We're gonna get a version of a push up. Then we're gonna get a version of a mountain climber. Then we're gonna swing again and we'll do each again. So you do not have to do it this way. But if you can, I want you to lay that kettlebell down where your hand can be. Sorry. Bring it here where your can be hand can be safely in the middle. So you may want to go heavier. If that doesn't feel good for you, I just want you to do a regular push up. You can do toes, you can do knees. I'm gonna do knees. And we're gonna go for 30. So join me here. Take it down, press it up right here. Push your feet into the ground. Either way, whether you're here or here or even quadruped, which is what I should have been doing when I was pregnant. I did go to my knees, but if you were pregnant, I would say go to all fours. Differences in my first and my second pregnancy. But just to have more. You can tell I have good core stability. But just to be a little more mindful of that pressure. We got three, two, one. Stretch it back. All right, team. Team. So we're gonna hang out here. Now we're gonna take it to a climber. You can start here or you can run it. 30 seconds only if you're pregnant or you're modifying. Take it to a bird dog in 3, 2, 1. Even back then, I loved my climbers. Tap them in. Straight in here to here, up to you. Remember that little tuck of the pelvis. Remember that little. A little lift? Hands are right beneath the elbows, right beneath the shoulders. Push up and out so you're not leaning back here. Right, we're here. Take it forward. We got five, we got four. We got three, two, one. Stretch it back onto your feet, team. Let's swing it again. All right, Whatever you need to do. Give yourself a little bit of space. Swing or deadlift. Then we get that other side. I know. Moving fast so we can get you out of here a little longer than that first time, but let's take it here. Deadlift or swing. 30 seconds. Shoulders back. Prep it. Three, two, one. I feel like I'm on hyper speed now because I'm trying to make this workout not be too long. I'm channeling my 2014, 2015, Amy. But I want to make sure that I'm not going as fast. Right? Although swings are one of those few exceptions where we really want a little bit of speed behind that power. I know, team. My hair is all over the place. And breathe. We got five, four, three, two, one. Swing. And relax. High pedal your feet, team. Back down. I'm gonna switch my sides here. We got that push up one more time for 30. We got that mountain climber for 30. Except this time, we'll cross it. Join me here. On your toes, on your knees, or quadruped. If this doesn't feel stable for you, just take it down on the ground. Let's get it. Get it done. In three, two, one. Take it here. Bring it up. So that shoulder should be coming right above that kettlebell. So you don't want to be out here, right? You want to be here over it. Think about what your core is feeling when you're doing that. Whether you're on your toes or your knees, you're going to help with that lift from here, right? Let's get it done. Take it up. Lift. Five seconds. We got four, three, two. Stretch it back. All right, team, staying here for that mountain climber. You can either do that bird dog, or you can cross climber with some taps or some runs. Let's get 30 seconds. Closing it out in three, two, one. Take it across or bird dog. Or run it again. Shoulders right over the elbows, right over the wrists. You do. You stay tucked here. Not here, not back here. We're here. Yes, you can. 10 seconds. And breathe. We got five, four, three, two, and one. Stretch it back. All right, team. I know, I know. That was our last Circuit. Don't worry, we're not doing it again with the dumbbell, but we are going to get a bonus move. But you know what? This is what we did in the video. Let's make that bonus move a swing. Let's get it done. That's all we need. If you want to get fancy with it, you can hand it off one handed. Only 30 seconds. This workout's been long enough. Let's get that swing. Roll those shoulders back. Breathe. Hinge it. Deadlift works too. Here we go. Power up. I know you're tired, so this is where I want you to really dig deep, right? Find that power in the back of your body, all the way up from your calves to your hamstrings to your glutes to your core to your back. Arms are along for the ride. Core is lifting strong. You're locking out of the top. You're letting it drop. You're getting all that power for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. And relax. Yes, team. Oh, man. Pedal those feet. I know these remixes have been longer than our originals. This time it is because we had a few breaks. It's also because we added that little short dumbbell around. I know, but listen, you hung with me. You did it. And I'm so proud of you for showing up today and getting through this workout. If you have time, we're just gonna do a couple minutes of a stretch. Please, as always, get more of a stretch and a cool down on your own. Remember, when it comes to stretching, it's not just about getting it after the workout or mobility work before the workout. It's what we do on those off days. It's what we do on the other times when we're not necessarily working out. That cumulative effect of mobility and flexibility work throughout our week. That's what's more important. It's less about just getting that stretch at the end of a workout. Although I always try to include it in just so we get that heart rate down, just so we can leave leave feeling good. We get that energy up, those endorphins up and then we get a quick little cool down. Stretch those arms over. But of course, please get more if you have time. And please let me know in the comments. Did you like this workout? How did you feel? Huh? Make sure to leave me a comment like this video. Don't forget to subscribe to the YouTube channel. Don't forget to check us out on the Body Fit by Amy app. In the Body Fit, an athletic club. And of course, if you're looking for one on one coaching Check out Body Fit Elite. All right, team, roll those hips. More stretching if you can. And don't forget to come back and see me. Thank you so, so much for being here. Let's get one big deep breath in and out. That was your remix. Strength and cardio hit workout out. Great job, everybody. Here we go, guys. One big deep breath in. As always, get more of a stretch on your own. Should relax those muscles. And you did it. That was your kettle bell. Strength and cardio hit workout. Great job, everybody.
