If you don't have equipment, don't worry. You can just move your body. The way we're going to be doing it, we'll be alternating dumbbells, kettlebells. Maybe we'll throw a mini band in there. Who knows? But we're gonna be doing it in our party circuits. Maybe you've done one of the party workouts before. Where we're gonna go strength, we're gonna go cardio, we're gonna go mobility. And then your fourth round is choose your. Those three that you want more of, whether that's strength, mobility, or cardio you can do for that fourth round. No repeat. You're gonna love it, Linda. Can't wait to party. Hello. Hello. Jennifer Kelsey from Indy. Maya first live as well. Jennifer's legs are still on fire from yesterday. Yes. If you did that lower body workout yesterday. You're gonna feel it today, but that's right. It's gonna work it out. Heather from Texas. Natalie is here from Minnesota. Stacy, ready to close out burn. All right, so make sure you have some space. Make sure you have your equipment. Let's go ahead and start moving. So we're gonna try to keep it in that 30 minutes. We're gonna keep it in 30 minutes, but because all of burn has been 30 minutes. Let's roll those shoulders. Hey, Croatia. Going to bed, but looking forward to doing it this morning. I'm so glad. Yep. Enjoy it. Tomorrow morning, take big steps back. Open up in the hips. So we're gonna get it done today. We're gonn Also, if you have been doing party workouts before, you know that some of that cardio is going to look a little bit like a dance move. You're gonna have some option if you want to really take it party. Let's open it up right here through those arms. Little side lunge. Lean into it. If you have a few minutes after our workout, we can hang out and chat. I'll answer any questions you might have. I'm also going to talk about what is coming up because get excited. October athlete is coming back. Let's do our eyes wise and T's. So you're just taking those arms up and out wide, eyes straight up. Why? And then out with the T. If you want to hinge a little bit with it. Oh, my shoulders. Feeling it right? Take it up, up and up. All right, let's squat and hinge. So sit low in that squat. Hinge it here. Take your time getting into it. Somebody say party. I said it. Good to see you, Faye. Always here on Saturdays. Get low into it. Hey, honey, is here. Let's go. One more. All right, Take those hands right on the top of your legs. Roll through. Cat, cow. If you need to have them on a chair, on a bench. That works too. Right through here. Hands down. If you can walk it back to that high plank, that's not right for you. Take it down to those knees. Let's press up. Down, dog. Tight back to center. Down, dog. Yes, center. One more, and then big step forward. World's greatest stretch. Shannon. Yes. First live workout. Diane is here. Love it. One more. Switch your sides. Right here. Reach up. Drop that knee. Little stretch and breathe. All right, team, round it up. Let's tap out and reach. All right, I got my burn pants on today. This is my burn outfit. Thank you, Paula. As you know, it was in all the promo stuff just, in my last photo shoot, I had to do some photos in my orange pants for a partnership that I was doing. So then we used it for all of our burn photos. Right. It works. All right, let's bring those hamstrings up right through here. Ooh. Open up those hips. And hip flexors can bring those arms across, open up the chest, and then take them down right through here. All right, so four moves. We got strength, we got cardio, we got mobility, and then whatever you want. Choose your own adventure. We're gonna be starting. Oh, and we'll go. Our circuits are gonna look a little different today, so let me explain that to you as well. We are going to take it with a full minute of strength. I know that feels long, but you can do it. Some of it will be back to basics. Some of it, we're gonna add a few things. Full minute of strength, and then we're going to take our time down from there. So then we have 45 seconds of cardio. We have 40 seconds of mobility, and then 40 seconds for your last round. All right, so we're going to start. I know I said back to basics, but we're going to start with a little squat into a curl. So we've got sort of our major movement pattern. Starting with a squat, we're gonna step out into a squat, we're gonna step up into a curl. If that's too much for you, you pick one. If you want to take it up a notch, you can add a mini band up to you. So I'm gonna have it up above my knees. Step out here to here. So up to you. You can just do the squat, you can just do the curl. You can do it with or without a band. We're getting a full minute. Shoulders back, core engaged. Here we go. Step out and curl. Nice and slow. So we do have 60 seconds of this. So I want you to take your time. Right down. Alexandra is your first live in a long time, so if you don't have a band, you might be able to step out a little wider. I want you to try to get low with it. And wide. Really open up the knees and the hips. Keep that chest open. What we don't want is this, right? And breathe. Take it down, take it up. Yes, team. And up. We got 15 seconds. I know. Strong in the upper body, strong in the lower body. All the way through. Last one right here. Yes, Team, set those weights down. Stretch it out. All right, so you can keep that band on if you want. You don't have to, but our cardio is going to be a little shuffle, reach, shuffle, reach. You can take it party. And when you get here, reach down, shuffle, three, two, one. Or just keep your shuffle. We got 45 seconds. Let's do it. Shuffle, shuffle. Low impact is just a side step. That works too. And again, if you want to take it, party, shuffle, shuffle. Yes. Have fun with it. We just want that heart rate up. So again, if that is low impact, double step, you can still go taps. 15 seconds. Legs are burning, glutes. Hope you're feeling it too. Try to get low. Five seconds, wherever you are. Three, two, one. Take that off. Take your time getting out of it. 40 seconds of mobility. Right those hips. Here's what we got, team. So you have a few options. You can just bring that knee up just like this. You can even hold on and just lift from here to get those hips. So you're in. You're in. You're to the side. You're to the side. Or join me on the mat. You're gonna take that with a little tap, tap, pigeon, and pigeon. All right, so those are your options. Standing or on the mat. Let's do it. 40 seconds. Really think about getting that hip and hip flexor stretching out. And you can take your time however long you want to hold in that pigeon. Keep it going. Right through here. Yes, team, take it in. Take it in. Here. Yes. Here, Take it in. Take it in. Last one. Relax. All right, team, so this is it. You pick. Which one of those do you want to do again? Squat and curl shuffle, Little party, or you want that mobility? Maybe you're gonna stay on the mat, get that mobility again. Either way, we got 40 seconds. I'm gonna go with my shuffle. I'm gonna put it here. So let's get it done. 40 seconds, starting in 3, 2, 1. Shuffle. It's a little tighter when it's right below the knees, so I'm just keeping it low. Remember, you can do double step, tap, and tap. That band might roll. That's okay. Yes. Maybe you're doing the pigeon. Go for it. Maybe you're squatting and curling. Doesn't matter. As long as you're moving, you're getting something. Five seconds. Three, two, one. All right, team, catch your breath. Quick sip of water. All right, so we're gonna switch gears to our kettlebell. Before we do, let's get a good old kettlebell swing. Why not? Because we're here. All right, team, so let's get a kettlebell swing. Go ahead and grab your Kettlebell, if you have it. If you don't have a kettlebell, you can use one heavy dumbbell in the cent, in a skier swing or two dumbbells, whatever you got. We're all going to start with our deadlift, right? So we're just here to here, right? Just like that. So everybody get a few reps. Getting familiar with that hinge pattern. So you're driving your hips to the back. You're bringing it up, kettlebell or dumbbell, right in the center. Unless you have the two. And then you can keep them right here. All right, Breathe for a second. You can either keep that. If that is right for you, go for it. Or. Or we're gonna power it up. Let it drop. Swing motion. Core engage. Shoulders back. This is strength, this is power. This is cardio. Let's get it done. 30 seconds. Prep it back. 3, 2, 1. Let it drop. Let it drop. Yes, team. You get this up, drop all the way through. Zip up that core, press into those feet. Remember, you're locking out straight up at the top, not hyperextending. We got 3, 2, 1, swing, and let it relax. All right? We never want to stop our swing in mid air. We want to let it swing and then come. Come out of it. All right, Catch your breath, team. One heavy kettlebell or one heavy dumbbell, whatever you got. This is another one. If you want, you can use the band. It's optional, but it's a party and it's a burn party, so why not, right? Let me show you what we're getting first. Start with it right up here. We're gonna do a kickstand deadlift into a row. We're coming here. If you're really feeling fancy with it, you can do a little leg lift at the top, but I want that hinge row at the bottom up. Little squeeze if you want. We're gonna go one minute on the right, one minute on the left. Feel free to get a little lower in that kickstand. Almost dropping that back knee. Kind of like a cross between a kickstand and a lunge. Let's get it done. We're one minute to go. Zip up that core in three, two, one. Here we go. One minute, row and up. So feet are in that wide stance. It's a hinge and up hinge row. Elbow comes up. If you want, you can add that little leg lift, squeeze at the top in the glute. If that's too much balance for you, you just keep it down, down row and lift. Here we go. Yes. Whoo here. Almost there. Feel that front leg. Feel that strong. 10 seconds. Balance. I know, right? 3, 2, 1. Finish it out. Squeeze. Set that weight down. Give your hands a little break. All right? So should have felt one side of your back, especially back and arms. It's that pull motion and it's that hinge motion again. Working in those major movement patterns today. Well, always, right, we're gonna turn, we're gonna get the other side hinge row. So kickstand deadlift if you want. Little glute squeeze at the top. It's not a big lift, right? We just want that squeeze in the glute to connect all the way up. Let's get it done. One minute. Three, two, one. Down row. Using hopefully one of your heavy weights, if you have an option. Because these are strong muscles, right? Glutes, hamstrings, and those big muscles along your spine. If you need to take this hand out sometimes, that can really help keep that back flat. We're here. Don't forget to really get low if you can. All the way. The lower you can get in that hinge while keeping that back flat, the more you're gonna feel that front leg. Fifteen seconds. Let's get it done. Squeeze. Yes. Up. Three, two, one. And relax. All right, team, take that band off. Shake it out, shake it out. Right? One minute, one minute. That was long. But look at that. We are half way done with this workout. Over halfway. All right, so here is what we got, team. You know it. You love it. We're gonna do just our knee raises for cardio or twist and knee twist and knee. You know I love it. Let's get cardio for 40 seconds. 3, 2, 1. So you can just do your knees low impact or high or twist it. Sorry. 45 seconds, right? Twist, twist, twist. Have fun with it. It's a party. Breathe. So I'm doing a little pivot of my hips so I really get that core and then drive that knee up. Either way, the goal is heart rate, right? Keep it going, Faye. Just hit the bird. Turn it up. Turn up the heat. Yes, team. Yes you can. You're strong. You're here. Three, two, one. You feel being tired from the week, right? But I'm getting that energy. All right, here's what we got, team. We're gonna take it with world's greatest stretch. Big reach. You can drop that knee down if you want. Then hamstring. We're gonna go 20 seconds on this side. If you want to stay up, you can do a little hip flexor. Hamstring Hip flexor, hamstring. If you can take it all the way down and reach up, take it all the way down. 20 seconds, right? 20 seconds left. Here we go. So world's greatest stretch. Big reach stretch. Open that hip and then take it back in that hamstring. You can drop that knee down, reach to here or again if you need to. You can just be here to here. I would try to get some arms up with it either way. Yes. One more to here. Switch your legs. Here we go. 20. Lean into it. Big reach. Take it back to hamstring. If this feels like too much movement for you, just pick one. Either hamstring. Whoo. Or world's greatest stretch. Right? Take it up and here. Yes, team. One more. And here. All right, team, what do you need? Last round. Choose your own adventure. I'm gonna go strength. So here's what we got. We got 40 seconds. So 20 seconds. 20 seconds. You can either do your cardio the entire time. You can do kickstand. Row with me. No leg lift this time. 20 seconds, right? 20 seconds left. Or you can do that world's greatest stretch to hamstring. 20 and 20. Either way, let's get it done. This workout is going fast. Team, I hope you're feeling it too. We got some core coming. Here we go. Three, two, one. I'm doing strength. Kickstand row, right? If you're doing that world's greatest stretch, don't worry. You're gonna go 20 and 20 with us. If you're doing cardio, you just stay there the whole time. Breathe. Hinge, row. Really pull strong again. Major movement patterns. We got hinge. We gotta pull. Switch your legs either way. Here we go for 20. Bring it up. Kickstand. Yes. Kickstand. And up. Flat back. I know we're tired. You know we're feeling it. Yes. Breathe. Last one. All right, team, shake it out. Quick sip of water if you need it, especially if you're doing that cardio. And then let's grab our heavy weight for another swing. And then we are down on the mat, team. All right, we gotta get some push, right? All right, so kettlebell or dumbbell, whatever you got, we're gonna hinge it here. If you need a couple reps of your deadlift, take it. Keep it there or take it with that swing. 30 seconds. Prep it. 3, 2, 1. Power up. Let it drop. So it's like a pendulum swinging. I am not lifting with my arms at all. I'm powering up through the back of my body, through the glutes hamstrings, core back. I'm squeezing in those shoulder blades, but I'm not lifting with my arms. Push into those feet. Lock out of the top, being chest to eye level. Not any higher than that. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Swing and relax. Pedal those feet. Oh, man. Yes, team. All right, let's get it done. Here we go. Quick sip of water down on the mat. Let me get a little air flow down here. All right, so you can have dumbbells or kettlebell. You can have that band close by if you want it. We got our push motion. We're gonna start with some strength. All right, so we're here. Breathe. So toe taps, bicycle or bridge, whatever is best for where you are today with a press. You can pick any press you want. You can do regular press. You can do elbows in to get a little more triceps up to you, but let's get it done. We got one minute. Here we go. Slow and controlled. Strong push. So all those push muscles working. We got chest and shoulders. We got triceps, upper back, all of it. Think about that core. What's your core doing? Are you arching that back? Tilt that pelvis in, right? Either way, whether you're doing toe taps, bridge, or bicycle, tilt the pelvis in and pull that core. Everything's coming in and up, breathing out. You can even turn those. Those weights at the top if you want a little variety. We got 20 seconds. We're here. Breathe. Yes. Through here. You got it, team. Good. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Relax. Stretch it out. All right, team, take it over. Ha. We got a little plank jack Plank Pike. If you want to have the band, if you are feeling it, you can have it below your knees or above your knees. Here is your cardio. Let's stay on the elbows. You're going out, you're going up, you're going out, you're going up. So a lot of core burn in this round. That's the burn. Let's get 45 seconds out. Pop it up so that little pike, if you're walking it out, walk it out and then walk it in, walk it back. All right, team, Here we go. 45 seconds. 3, 2, 1. Out and up. Out and up. If you need to, you can take this to a standing jack, either low impact or high. We're trying to keep that core burning, but it is up to you. So if you're able, jack or walk it out, walk it out, walk it up. Out and up. Cardio and core. Core is on fire. There's that burn. I know you're tired. I know. That band might be slipping. Don't worry about it. 10 seconds to go. Out up, out, up. 3, 2, 1. And burn. Take that band off. Hey. Mallory is stopping by to say hi. Thank you, Mallory. Hello. Hello. So many friends from our Body Fit Athletic club. All right, team, here is your mobility. You can either do a child's pose into just a little side reach. You can even do that open up or down dog into this reach, right into that rotation. So I really want you to think about the stretch, the chest opener. But if you want to stay down, you can just go child's pose to opener right through here or from that plank. 40 seconds. Here we go. Child's pose and reach. Right here and reach. Yes, team. So again, everything working with our core. Right? And reach. Really try to lift those hips to the ceiling. Press those heels down if you're in that down, dog. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, team, what do you got? This is choose your own adventure. I'm gonna go back to strength. If you need a little break from that plank position, that's probably where you want to be. I'm gonna keep my elbows in this time to get more triceps and do that toe touch. It is up to you. Last round. 40 seconds. Let's get it done. So you can do child's pose, opener, down dog, opener, plank, jack and pike, or join right here. Here we go. 40. So that little toe tap is actually super challenging for that deep core. So we see it a lot in our postnatal training, in our pelvic floor training. Of course, you can extend it out to that bicycle. But sometimes just staying close and being really isolated in that movement. Movement really specific, can really work that core. If you are doing that playing Jack pike, kudos to you. Your core is really feeling it and probably that upper body as well. Three, two, one. And relax. Yes, team. All right, up onto your feet. I think we need another swing. Why not? Let's get it done. 30 second swing or deadlift. Stephanie is here. Hello. Let's take it here. Hinge it here. Deadlift or swing? 30 seconds. Let's get it done. Wrap that core in good posture. Hinge it. Prep it. Three, two. Swing or deadlift. Bring it up. Let it drop. So close, team. Two minutes to go. Pop it up. Let it drop. Yes. Up. You got it all the way through. Strong. Lock it out at the top. Let it drop. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Swing and relax. Yes, team. Water if you need it. I think we got time for a bonus move. Why not? It's a party. All right, team, here's what we got. Since it's a party, why not get a little break dancing, right? So we're here if you can. You're break dancing. Break dancing. Pop it up, twist it right. If you want to stay standing, you can go break dancing. Break dancing. Squat twist. All right, from the floor to the top. No weights needed. Let's just get a little core. Break dancing, a little squat. Twist it with that app with your abs. One minute to go. Let's get it done. So join me here. You're in that bear plank. Lift up in that core. Three, two, one. Break dancing. Break dancing. Pop it up. Twist. Back it down. Twist the other way. You might have to try to remember which way you twist. You can go side, side. Take it down. Hand up. Side, side. And breathe. Keep it going. Don't worry if you look silly. We don't care. The point is to move. Everything working. We gotta lower. We got upper. And breathe. Yes. Team, so close. Breathe. Yes. Five seconds. Burn with that. Bonus is right. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Yes. Tap it out. Look at that. We got it in. In 30 minutes. Yep. We're gonna get a little stretch, Let that heart rate come down. And breathe. Tap it out. How about a little mobility? Open up little hamstrings. You can even grab those quads. I know mine are feeling it. I don't know about you. Alexandra is laughing at that bonus, right? All right, team, let's take those knees out. Roll those shoulders. Breathe. Thank you for joining me again. No repeat. Party time. Hope you had fun with this workout. Hinge right through here. Lean into it. Yes, team, take it back. Breathe. Go ahead and bring it up top. Right here. Heather says my brain isn't advanced enough to comprehend that bonus move. Listen, as I always say about bonus move, brain, not pain. Your brain is having to work hard to figure it out. So you're not thinking about the pain in your legs or your core or your heart rate. So that's the point of bonus moves. So you are doing it right. Heather, our goal in the bonus move. Listen, it is not about getting anything perfect at that point. It is about one last push where we can get a lot of things in. We can get heart rate, we can. We can get strength, endurance. Often we're trying to get lower, upper and core all together. Not always, but the goal is just to get one last push so we can leave on that high note with that adrenaline. So we are ready for that Cool down. But listen, you guys who've Been around for a while. Those bonus moves. Again, the idea is just to have fun with it and just to move one last push. If you can bring up with that quad stretch, if that's not right for you, you can tilt that hip forward or put it up on a chair, a sturdy couch, something like that. Take your arm to the back. If you have a wall, put it on and let's tilt that hip forward. You can even look over your shoulder away from that arm. That's back. Reva is feeling great. I'm so glad. Good work, Rev. Laura. Yes. Excellent way to finish off Burn. I am so proud of you all. It felt like a short month because sculpt was five weeks and we finished off that long summer fit series. But it went fast and you guys rocked it out. Lori. Love the party Burn. Yes. Listen, I love to see if you're on social media, in on Facebook, in the shop and keep moving, group, the athletic club, or on Instagram, tag me with your completed calendars. I love seeing them all. I love when you guys will cross them off, check them off. If you didn't, no big deal. But always tag me because I love to keep up with you and your progress. Ah, let's get one big stretch right here. Yes. Reach it to the back. If you're able to hang out for a few minutes, we will chat a little bit and I'm going to tell you about what's coming up for October. Roll those shoulders. One big, deep breath in and out. You did it. That was your Burn party workout. Great job, everybody. All right, get some water. You can do a few more stretches if you're gonna hang out while we chat. Let's see. Oh, Shannon said that was one of my favorites from the whole Burn series. Oh, I'm so glad. It's always fun. Fun to have one where we can really just let loose a little bit. I mean, we're still gonna go hard, we're still gonna work hard, but where we don't have to be as structured and really have fun with it. All right, team, so Kurt is grabbing me my computer. Here's what we got coming up in October. October Athlete is coming back. Athlete 2.0. So if you were here last year, year we had October Athlete. This year we're just calling it Athlete 2.0. Now, a lot of people, not a lot, but a few of you expressed that you were a little intimidated by the name, but the goal. But then you had a great time with it, right? The goal is to remind ourselves that we are all athletes. If you have a body, you are an athlete. So we are all athletes. We're going to be getting it done. We're going to be training like athletes. We're going to be focusing on all the things that we do already, strength, endurance, agility, mobility. But we are also going to have some more sports specific training. But of course all of it will have options no matter where you are in your journey. So don't think I one my goal this month is to convince you to remind you that you are an athlete. We are all athletes. Okay? So get used to saying it. I'm going to say say hello to my athletes in your workouts and you're gonna say, yes, I am an athlete. Right. All right, athletes. So Shannon says she's intimidated. Don't be. Listen, as I always say, we have a theme every month because I want to make it different. I want to give you guys new challenges. I want both your bodies and your brains to have new challenges. However, we still are going to have the same structure that we always do. Right. We're going to get some, some full body. We'll get. We're going to bring back some more of the isolated like we had the last two weeks of burn of the upper and lower splits. We're going to get a cardio based day as strength recovery. We're going to have an active recovery day. So everything will still give you lots of options. So don't be intimidated by it. Get excited about it. I should say. Ah. Angela wants to know if there'll be 30 minutes or less. So some will be a little bit longer. We're going to have a few in the 35 minute range. We're still going to try to stick to a little quicker. Listen, I get it. I know you guys really liked the 25 and 30 minute workouts. But you will still have options. You'll have options to add on if you want more or you'll have options if you want to keep it short. So embrace it, Angela. I know you can do it. I know it's nice that five minutes sometimes makes feels like such a big difference, but you can do it. Live a little bit of a push. So yes, Jolene is excited. Alexandra said athlete was what got her to join the Body Fit Athletic Club last year. Yes. If you really want to take it to the next level, join us in the athletic club. Listen guys, we got some big fun things coming up for Bodyfit by Amy. So this is your last chance if you want to to do the hundred dollars off the yearly membership the code is body fit 100. It's a really good deal. It makes it 199 for the entire year. If you want that deal. You want to take it now because this is your last chance. Because we've got some change coming. Changes coming up in the next month. All exciting things. So join us if you can. I love those of you guys who can attest to how much fun we have in the athletic club. That is just where you can get the extra support. Right. Vivian, who's our body fit registered dietitian, nutritionist is in the club. I'm in the club. You get to ask us questions. We have live Q&As, we have events, we cover hot topics. We have the method nutrition plan. That's the only place you can get that. And we have new recipes, meal ideas. So many fun things. Not to mention it's an amazing group. So join us there. I, Angela or Alexandra, I love that that was what brought you in. So would love to have any of you. Carmela just upgraded from a monthly to a yearly. I'm so glad that you are gonna hang with us for the year. All right, team. So let's see. Does anybody have any questions? Natalie loved the choose your own adventures. It's the ultimate display of Amy's be where you are today mindset. Right, Right. Some days we need a little more mobility. Some days we really need a little more cardio. Some days we really gotta get that strength. So yes, Monica is now gonna go do yesterday's. Oh, good luck, Monica. You got it. It's a fun one, but it's a hard one in a good way. Right? All right. So yes, Jean, thanks for a great in. Oh, hadn't worked out in a week. We. Which is odd for you junior. You're usually on it. But I'm so glad that you were back at it. Yes, Yolanda, 58 year old athlete. Yes. I love it. All right. Oh, Melissa, this year you can get it all in. You missed some of the athlete of last year, but this year we're gonna get it done. Let's see. Mallory wants to know if you would do a kids live workout. Oh, that would be a fun thing. Yeah, yeah. Maybe we could consider that. I can make no promises that my kids would stay in the whole time. If you've seen any of my kids workouts, sometimes they're. They're crazy and all over the place as kids often are. But that's a fun idea. Thank you, Mallory. Maybe we'll do that. I think I could get Kai to do it. He's, he's older. He's six now. He's a little more into it. So, yeah, maybe we'll do that. Mallory, let me know what some good times of day would be for that. All right. So, Olivia, I saw you ask a question about Sweat Factor. So yes, if you follow my social media, I was filming earlier this week with a company called Sweat Factor. There are. Yeah, I often, sometimes get. Get hired out to film for other companies. So Sweat Factor is a different platform. It's actually going to be under a different name soon. But, but you know, I film for Tonal as well. I film for Fabletics. I do some work for Bowflex, so sometimes I'm all over the place. But this is your home Body Fit by Amy YouTube channel and athletic club. And we'll have more fun things coming up for that. Yeah, so that's just a different platform that I was hired to film some workouts for. Always fun to get out there and reach some different people. So let's see, let's see. Oh, Jean, you're on vacation. Of course, that would be the only reason or an illness that you would miss those workouts. So. Okay, Olivia, so you can check your. Olivia's asking when our memberships expire. So most people kind of usually remember the month that they joined. If you have a question, you can email infoodyfitbyamy.com and we can answer it for you. But your membership will automatically, automatically renew at the rate that you started at. So that's how it works. You can cancel at any time, but it will automatically renew for you. So don't stress that you won't be in the club if you forget the exact day. But if you have questions, email us. Let's see. Yes, Jean, more confident in your athleticism. Right. We all have it. We are all athletes. So Linda is asking, even though it's been 15 years since my youngest was born, I think I still have pelvic floor issues. Do you think it can be corrected at this point? Yes. Never. Never too late. So what I would say, Linda, is if it is an option for you, check with your healthcare provider, either you know, your gynecologist or even your primary care and see about getting a referral to a pelvic floor physical therapist if, if there's not one in your area, often some other physical, physical therapist will have some training in that. A lot of the things I do on the channel and I'm actually about to release a core, deep core and pelvic floor workout Because I know what happens is people are looking for that, and I refer them to the postnatal workouts. But not everybody feels like they're in the postnatal phase or maybe they've never had kids, but they're still having some things that they want to strengthen. So I'll have that workout coming up this week. But definitely, definitely, if you're feeling that, especially if it's been many years, seek out a pelvic floor physical therapist. Sometimes you don't even need a referral, but you may have to check with your doctor to get a referral and check with your insurance. But they are the best people to help you, especially in. In the initial phase of figuring out what it is. Some people are overly tight. Some people, we call that hypertonic. Some people are hypotonic. So both are weak weaknesses in the pelvic floor. But we want to train them in a little different way. So you want to figure out, they do an exam. They will talk you through everything and tell you exactly what's going on. So that's your best bet. And then, of course, all of my postnatal workouts, diastasis, recti workouts, all of those are going to really focus on the pelvic floor and deep core. So those would be good for you as well. But always a good idea to see someone in person who can diagnose you so specifically. But never too late, Linda. Never too late. You got this. Sometimes it means slowing down a little bit, because I know you're super active and modifying some of your core work while you're getting super specific about strengthening the pelvic floor. Because what happens. I can go on and on about this. What happens is that we have babies, and then we don't get any recovery time, right? We immediately, immediately have to take care of a human being. And then our cores are weakened and stretched out. Our pelvic floor and core have been through a lot of trauma. And because we have to do all these things like care for other people and we don't get to rest, then our cores need help. Our other muscles compensate. So when you're doing all the things right after you've had a baby, your low back, your hips, your hip flexors, your glutes, all of those other muscles are coming in to help. And your core is not engaging and not healing right, Your. Your muscles will heal all. You'll have postpartum healing. But then when you get into your workouts, your core is used to everybody else helping, right? And those muscles are used to Kicking in. So you may be doing core work, but your other muscles are doing all the work. And you have to learn to reconnect with that deep core and pelvic floor. So let me know if you have any other questions, but definitely try to see a specialist and then check out my pelvic floor workouts. I have a new one coming up this week. Lori, we need a shirt that says choose your own adventure. We do. Yes, yes, yes. Okay, let's see. Let's see. All right, so Mallory is all in. I'm so glad, Christine. That would be fun. Maybe we could get both the girls even if not live. We love your kids workouts. I'm so glad you like them. Yes. And I can't remember how old your girls are, but I do. You know, I have toddler and babies, but I also have some kids workouts. I think I called them kids. Gym class with my nephews. And now that Kai's a little bit older, we should. We should make some more. So. Hey, Rhonda's popping in to say hi. Did the TRX workout earlier. I'm so glad. All right. Margaret. Hello. I never make a live. I'll try to get this one tomorrow. Almost 7pm Here. I know it's hard because we're all in different time zones. You know, in the future, we're hoping that we could do some lives at some different time. Saturday has just been the thing for so long, but we're going to be adjusting that and hopefully we'll have some lives during the week or other times that other people could make it. So Alyssa says we need a shirt that says, are you ready? Let's do it. I know we've talked about that. To have on the front. Are you ready on the back? Let's do it. I love it. Okay, so Laura's asking how the new studio is coming along. It's coming. We're still waiting on some, you know, basic things, safety inspections, things like that. But they were working on the roof yesterday, so that's very promising. I'm hopeful that we'll be in in the next couple months. So if you saw my little sneak peek on social media, I kind of showed you what was happening. But yeah, the new studio is coming along. Not quite sure when it's will be done, but we are ready. We are excited. All right, team. Oh, yes. So, Julia, when does the promo code expire? Maybe Kurt, you can type that in. It's going to be a short promo, but we want to get everybody in. Who wants to join this month? Again, to get that $100 off the yearly. So, Kurt, I'm not sure the exact date, but all that information is coming out. So I just released the promo yesterday for October Athlete. If you saw it, check it out on Facebook or Instagram. Vivian and I are playing sports together. It's pretty fun and funny, but we'll have more information coming out on social media and in your newsletter tomorrow. So check that out. Make sure to sure that you're on the email list. So remember, for all of our challenges, even if you're just participating for the fitness challenge, make sure you're subscribed to the YouTube channel and make sure that you are on that email list because the email list is where you will get your workout calendars every week. On Sunday, we will send out the week's workouts with the links early. So if you're someone who works out at different times, we release them the night before. But then you get those links early. You can create your playlist and you're all ready to go for the week. So. All right. Okay. The code is good through next Saturday. Thank you, Kurt. So you got a week, Julia. Let's get it done. Would love to see you. All right, team, so I'm scrolling back to see if I miss any questions. Add them in if you have them. I am so excited. Oh, yes. So Shannon's asking, does it work if I just started with the monthly payment and switch over to a yearly? Yes, yes. So you can go into your account and switch it if you have any questions. Again, info bodyfit by amy.com but you can absolutely upgrade to the yearly. Now would be the time to do it. Thank you, little, you know, Party crasher. Party crasher. All right. Don't forget to subscribe. He wants you to know so. All right, let's see. Any other questions, let me know. All right, team. All right, so we're going to close it out for the day. Thank you so much for joining. Athlete starts on Monday. Subscribe to the YouTube channel. As Kai told you, get on that email list and be join us in the athletic club. It's such a fun month in the athletic Club. I'm going to be doing a recovery series, talking about all the different types of recovery. We talk a lot about active recovery, but also, when do you need ice? When do you need heat? What about massage guns? What about all these other, you know, trendy ways to recover? Do you need. You need them? What are they actually doing? We're going to talk about that. Vivian has a nutrition challenge for us. And of course, you get the Method nutrition plan. So, so much going on. Thank you so much. Happy weekend. Mary Ellen, you're back. Okay, come here, come here, come here. Have a great weekend, everybody. See you for the athlete challenge starting on Monday.
