What's up, Bodyfit team? I'm Amy and I am so excited to partner with French Fitness and to show you some recent upgrades to my gym. You may have seen them already in some workout videos. You're going to see a lot more. This is my cast iron kettlebell set with a rack. You know I love kettlebell training. You maybe you found me through Kettlebells because those are some of my most popular videos and you know I always recommend kettlebell. So I love this set because it goes all the way from 5 to 50 pounds. Look at this cute little 5 pound. These are great when I'm doing some smaller movements, rehabbing my shoulder, things like that, or if you're a beginner and a 50. Now for those bigger movements, like of course, my favorite exercise of all time, a kettle bell swing. So these are all cast iron and again, having them right here, we're going to on the rack. So helpful for me. If you've been watching my videos for a while, you may remember the old gym spaces and many of my older weights that I was picking up off the floor. These cast iron kettlebells are super easy to grip, really smooth, as you can see. So especially if you're doing something like a clean or something like a snatch, where you're going to have to be switching from hand to hand. Super easy, smooth but not slippery. Right? That's what we're always trying to find. Something that is going to give us an easy grip, easy on our hands, but also a comfortable grip. So you have all the different sizes to be able to do go heavy as I have been trying to do. Oh, that was £40, y'. All. So we've been talking about this so much in the body fit community, the need to challenge ourselves with heavier weights. I know many of us grew up in a time when we were just getting our five pound dumbbells and doing a full body workout. Now we know we need more for our bones, for our muscles, for our overall health, and just because we are strong and powerful, let's lift that way. So if you're thinking it might be time to upgrade your home gym, as I always say, if you're thinking it's time to go heavier, it probably is. I highly recommend checking out the French fitness cast iron kettlebells. Of course, I have the set with the weights, with the rack, but you can also get them individually. So maybe this is your treat in the new year. Find a way to go heavier again. So many different ways to use kettlebells. If you've done my workouts. You know, we do a lot of things between two hands. We do a lot of single handed. We do upper body, lower body. Having different options allows you to do that seamlessly switch from your upper body, maybe these top two tiers, to your lower body and everything in between. So check out the links in the description below. That's where you're going to get more information on these cast iron kettle bells as well as all the other things that French fitness has to offer.
