So if you know, you're worried that you're not doing it right or you don't have the right equipment, don't worry about any of that. We are just here to move and have a good time. Hey, Stacy in Connecticut. Oh, Stacy. Loved my 6 year old pick of me. You guys. I'll try to make sure I put it on YouTube here as well. But check out my Instagram and Facebook. I shared a post for International Women's Day celebrating all of you women in this community and I showed a picture of myself when I was six looking like this. And we already have several pictures of Maya looking very similar. So one quick thing guys, we're gonna get it done today. But I do want to let you guys know that if you were in the Southeast or you want to travel to the Southeast on April 20th. Oh, sorry, other way. On April 20th. Right. I am going to be in Atlanta, Georgia. I'll be doing a meet and greet and an in person workout at the Battery outside of Braves Stadium. That's in Atlanta here in the US so it's going to be 8 to 10am if you are available, I would love to have any of you come and join me. If you. It's totally free. It's in partnership with Simply Sports CBD and we'll be doing a meet and greet first and then we'll do a body weight workout. So please come and join me. I'll be posting this on my social and in my emails as well, but check it out right here. Mark your calendars. If you're able to get to Atlanta on Saturday, April 20th, we would love to have you there. All right, team, so let's go ahead and get started again. You can have any of your equipment that you want. We're going to go ahead and start moving our bodies. Let's go ahead and get it done. Excellent, excellent. I'm gonna set my watch here. Here we Go. And Kurt's gonna get some timers and some fans going for me, please. All right, so let's march. Let's roll those shoulders, get our bodies warm. Maybe it's morning or midday for you. Whatever it is, Selena is here. Excellent. Gonna do it another day. Yeah, I totally get it. Saturdays. I know sometimes the time is hard for a lot of people, and it's nice that these stay up on the channel so you can do them at any time. Right through here. Open up the shoulders. Let's take it one at a time. Gus and Candace are here. Oh, I'm so glad. Thank you, Gus and Candace. Valued BAC members as well. Working hard. Take it to the back and to the front. I am already feeling better, guys. Open up those arms. I was feeling tired this morning. A little sluggish. Step it out right here, Kimberly. Hello. Open it up right through here. Stepping out into that side lunge. And then let's just reach it right here. Yes. One arm up, one arm down. Opening up those hips. Since we're here, let's take it with that flat back down. And then round it up right here. Flat and up. One more right through here. Hold it underneath. Roll those shoulders, pushing out gently on the inside of the legs as we stretch to the back, the shoulders. Right through here. Let's take it right here. Let's inchworm it out. So I'm going to have you hinge. Start with just that. And then bring it up. And then hinge stretching through the back of the legs. And then if you want, if you're able, let's inchworm it out. So walk those hands out. You can also take it to the knees if that's better for you. Or here. And then walk them back. Let's just get a few of these little inchworms totally at your own pace. And again, if the hinge is better for you or you want to walk out to your knees, that works, too. Right here, team. And then walk it out and bring it up maybe two more and take it back. And last one, hold it here. If you can get that core fired up and ready to go. A little forward and back. A little drop of the hips if you want. You can even tap the knee down. And then let's take one big step here. So if you're doing this from the top, you can just step back into a little lunge or hip opener here. Knee can be down or up. Let's reach that arm up. Big stretch. And then reach through. World's greatest stretch. We love it and everything. Breathe and then let's switch your side so you can switch either from the knee or the plank or from a standing position again. You can drop it down, open it up, reach it up, reach through and take it up. And then let's walk it back to that plank. Walk your hands back or walk your feet forward. Whatever feels better. Hang out here for a minute. Pedal those feet slowly. Let's roll it up. All right, team, tap it. Outreach. Tiara, you're here. Got here just in time. TR I'm coming your way. I don't know if you saw my announcement. I'm gonna be in Atlanta on April 20th. I want to see you there. I think you're close by, Paula, welcome. Hello, everybody. Reach it over your head. All right, team, so we're getting it done again. If you're just joining, we got all the equipment here, but you can. You can use whatever you have available to you. We're going to be working in circuits of a cardio, a strength, a mobility, and then I choose your own adventure. These go fast. They're no repeat. Except for that one repeat when you choose your own adventure. But otherwise we get through a circuit, we move on. So really fun format. That's why we call it a party, because the goal is just to move right through here. All right, team, so let's start with our kettlebells. Why not? If you don't have a kettlebell, let's get one heavy dumbbell. And here's what I want for you. Or heavy to medium, because we're going to start down below. Now you have two options for your cardio. You can either tap down, reach up, or here to here. All right, you can jump it, you can step it. I'll probably do a combination of both. But let's get 40 seconds starting now. Here we go. Tap it out and reach. You don't have to actually tap it. And if you don't have a kettlebell and you just want to go to the floor, that works, too. But let's get that heart rate up. Yes, Jody, kickstart your day. Mine, too. Right out and in. Whatever you need this to be. If you wanna keep it a little quicker but lower impact. If you want to add that jump, explode with power. You do. You be where you are today. I wore my shirt. Yes. Here we got three, two, one, and relax. All right, team, getting it done. Catch your breath. All right, now let's get a little bit of strength. We're just going to do a basic squat. Squat rotational press. I know. Let's get those Legs working. So you've got your kettlebell or one or two dumbbells. You're gonna squat it low. You're gonna press and rotate. So we're going to keep our elbows in nice and tight. I'm gonna go a little lighter. I have stitches in my back, guys. I'm fine. Just a little skin surgery. So if I'm going lighter, you know why. But we're taking it down. Squat. As we press, we're rotating, turning the knees in the hips, getting that core. Let's do it. Here we go. And up. Squat it low. Bring it up. Take your time. I know we just did that squat motion, and we're gonna see a lot of that, right? So what's fun about today is that we're gonna have some movement patterns that are similar. You're gonna like it. I know. And breathe. And right through here. 10 seconds. Boom. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Set that to the side. All right, team, so here is what we've got for your mobility. Again, I told you, similar movement patterns. Take those toes, toes out, you're going to walk it back. Hold your core, you're gonna walk it in, you're gonna bring it up. If that's not right for you, I just want you to do that. Sit, get a little stretch, and then come up out of it if you don't want to go to the plank. But if you can join me here, let's get it done. 40 seconds. 3, 2, 1. Take it into that plank. Walk it up wide. Toes out, Big stretch. There's your mobility, right? Sit low here. Squat pattern throughout this whole circuit, right? Super functional movement pattern. I know. Breathe. Bring it up. Take it down. Hand up. Keep it going, team. Five seconds. What do you got? Are your legs burning yet? I know mine are. 3, 2, 1. All right, we made it. We got our cardio, we got our strength, we got our mobility. All with that squat pattern. What are you doing for? Choose your own adventure. Do you want that mobility? Squat and press. That's what I'm gonna do. Or you want to take it with your cardio? Little tap down in between. Last 40 seconds of this round. Oh, my heart is pumping, you guys. Let's get it done in 3, 2. Whichever of those you want to repeat, let's do it right now. Down and press. So if you're with me, we're getting that strength, but we know we're going to keep that heart rate up, right? Strong legs all the way through. Down and up. If you're doing cardio here, here, or Step it out, step it out. You got that mobility, you're walking it back. Bring it up nice and tall. All right. Really get that shoulder mobility out of it as well. 10 seconds, team. Take it here and breathe. 3, 2, 1. Catch your breath. Yes, team, grab a quick sip of water. All right, here we go. Grab that water. Tap it out. We're gonna be working with dumbbells in this next round. All right, our cardio, we're going to aim to get that upper body pull so no weights needed for this. We're going to get your hamstring curl super basic, like our warm up. You can also cross here. The idea, open up the chest, squeeze in the back. Then we've got a row. We're going to add a little leg lift to it. Then we're going to take it down into that plank for a little bit of mobility with an up dog. All right, Samantha's here. Gonna catch up after the little one. Oh, yes. Going to bed. Yep, we get it. We'll see you then, Samantha. All right, team, so let's go ahead and get set. Hamstring curls to start. You can add a little flare. It's a party workout. Whatever you got. Team, let's get it done in three, two, one. Here we go. Take it here. Low impact is here. High impact, you can add that jump. And again, it's a party. So whatever you need. If you feel better crossing in front, take it there. Add a little turn if you want. Have fun with it. Nikki is here, right here. So remember, cardio is all about intention. Doesn't matter if you're here or if you're here. If you got the intention, you're going to get the heart rate up. You're gonna get the muscles working. Yes, team, we got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and breathe. All right, so it's upper body pull. We got our squat and our push last time. Going heavy on this. I really want to use those, but I'm gonna be smart and use these. So go heavy if you can. Here's what we got, team. You're gonna do the row. You can just keep it regular here if you want to add a little leg lift with it or a leg tap back. We're gonna get all through that back. Hey, Michaela, Good to see you. How school? Hope you are doing well. All right, team, let's get it done. Row. Here we go. So you can just do your bent over row or you have a few options for your strength. You can kick that leg back or you can add a little leg lift. So basically, we're getting that pull, pull all down through the back, right? Yes. Right, Here we go. Even if you just tap it back, you're gonna feel what that does down the back of your body, right? You're gonna squeeze up through the glutes, low back, mid back, upper back. Pull those weights towards your hip bones, right? Not up towards the shoulders, but towards the hips. 3, 2, 1, and relax. Set those down, team. All right, your mobility. We're still gonna get some of that upper body pull. Here's what I want. If you need to modify. We're just taking it to the bird dog, and you can do a little push. We're getting a little upper push, too, if you can. We're gonna come up, up dog, and then up, and then take it down. Up dog, up and down. If that's not right for you, you can just do the up dog or do the bird dog. Pick a dog, Pick a snake. Cobra. Let's get it done. 3, 2, 1. Here we go. So mobility through that upper back and shoulders, then pop it up to that plank. Feel that core slowly down. Upper back and shoulders, slowly down. And again. You can do that bird dog and you get a little push here, or you can just do the up dog and then take it back down. Take the plank out of it. You do you. I'm going to be a little easy on my back here, but keep it moving. Push through all the way up in that core. 3, 2, 1. And relax. Yes, team, we made it to the end, so you can stay right there if that felt good for you to get that up dog into that plank for the core, hang out with it. If you want to take it to that row right here, or if you want to take it with your hamstring curl, take it there. That's where I'm gonna be. And I'm gonna add a little turn and a dance with it, so join me here. Last 40 seconds. Let's do it. Here we go. Yes. Michaela just passed your first board exam. Starting clinicals. She's in med school. You guys. Excellent workouts are keeping you sane. I'm so impressed, Michaela. I know that's not easy. And you're still finding time to get moving, so you don't have to add flare like me. You can just keep your regular. Maybe you're just doing your row. Maybe you're doing that up dog into plank. You do you. Here we go. Take it up, take it up, huh? Yes, team. And breathe. Three, two, and one. Catch your breath. Everybody grab some water. Here we go. All right, team. So we're gonna take it little mini circuit with just two rounds, we got our deadlift into our swing. You know, we had to add it in. We got those kettlebells. I'm gonna actually start my deadlift with my dumbbells. You can do it with a kettlebell. And then we'll go into the swing. 40 seconds and 30 seconds. If the swing is not right for you, you take it with just a deadlift. If the weighted deadlift is not right for you, you just practice that hinge with no weights, because it's a nice back stretch that we all need. Join me here. Shoulders back. 40 seconds. Deadlift. Here we go. And drive it up. If you can go heavy on this, these are big, strong muscles. Remember, we're not folding forward. We're hinging and driving our hips to the back. Ashley Husband works at the airport, Atlanta. Yes. Oh, my goodness. Please come out and meet us. We would love to see you, Ashley. Take it here and bring it up. Weights stay close to the front of the legs. If you got the kettlebell, it's right in the center. Bring it up. We got three, two, one. And relax. Set them down. Shake it out. All right, team, so 30 seconds of a swing. If the swing is not right for you, you just hang out with that deadlift. Or again, you just practice that hinge pattern with body weight. Weight. If you can do the swings, take it up right here. Let it drop. All right, team, let's take it here. Core engaged. Shoulders back. Let's swing that weight. Breathe. We're gonna prep it. Three, two. Deadlift your swing. 30 seconds. Take off. Let it drop. Let it drop. Remember all those touch points. Push into your feet. Drive up with the hips and the glutes. Lock out with your hamstrings, with your glutes, with your core. Lift up on your pelvic floor. Squeeze those armpits. I know so many things to think about, but you're doing a team. And breathe. We got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Switch. Swing and relax. Pedal those feet. Catch your breath. Grab some water, team. All right, here we go. All right, guys, so we're taking it down to the mat for this next one. We are going to get that cardio. We are going to get that strength. We're getting it all in. So I want you to join me down here. If you have dumbbells, keep them close by. If you have a band, let's grab it. So we're gonna start here. Our cardio is going to be our plank. Jack, if you want to keep it standing, you can take it here. And if you want to add the band to it, we're gonna put the band above our knees or no mid cap. All right, Plank jack, standing or down in the plank, that is your comfort cardio. We're starting there, so join me here. So standing or here, tap it out or jump it out on those elbows. Let's get it done. 40 seconds. 3, 2, 1. Take it out. And then, so if you're jumping, it doesn't have to be super fast. And I want you to really stay connected in the core, all right? Whether you're tapping or whether you're jumping, tuck that pelvis, zip up your core, tighten out the legs and the glutes, but I want you to keep a soft bend in the knees. You can also do this if you want to be half plank, half knees from there or up onto your feet. Team, let's keep it going. We got 10 seconds to go. Cardio and core together. This whole round on the mat. Getting it done. Five, four, three, two, one, Breathe. All right, team, now, if you have the band and you want to add it up above those knees, we're just going press with that bridge. So super simple combo, but you can also just do the bridge or you can just do the press. Do what is best for you. We got 40 seconds. I'll give you a visual first, so it can just be here or up and out with those knees. Join me here. Tuck that core. Three, two, one. And here. Now, remember, with this press, your elbows are not straight out to the side. They're coming down at about a 45 degree angle. And if you're doing the bridge, we're lifting as high as we can. Take those knees out for glutes and then drop it down. Up and out, and then drop it down. Here we go. Keep it going. Breathe here. Five seconds. Four, three, two, and one. Yes. Team, take that off. Here's what we got for our mobility. Little open book. I'm not going to move as much through it because I'm lying on my back, but I want you to take it here. Open the arms and the knees and take it over. That's going to feel really good. If you want to get a little core, lift your knees up and take it side to side. Join me here. Open book. Arms, knees. Three, two, one. Here we go. So you can keep adjust that mobility. Keep your feet on the ground. Just open side to side. If you want a little extra core, I still want you to open up the knees and the arms, but you can add a little lift in the center to get the core engaged. Keep it moving, team. Open. And here. And breathe. Yes. 10 seconds. Right through there. 4, 3, 2, and 1. Yes, team. All right, your pick. You can do that. Just keep with that open book. You can take it to the plank jack. That's what I'm gonna do. Or you can be on your back with the press and bridge. Or just the press or just the bridge. All right, choose your own adventure. Team. We are almost done with this workout. Give yourself some space wherever you are. Last 40 seconds in 3, 2, 1. If you're doing the jack with me, whether you're standing or in the plank again, remember, core engagement. Muscles are tight, but we're still breathing through it. And low impact works just fine. If you're on your back, Remember, up and in. And then tuck those elbows in. Not right to the side, not out to the side. Split the difference so we get that 45 degree angle. All of that upper push, right? We got upper pole, and all we got upper push. Lots of core in this round. Keep it moving. 10 seconds to go. What do you got, team? Hang with me. 3, 2, and 1. Relax. Yes, team. Grab some water. How about another swing? Why not? We are so close. All right, guys, I'm gonna grab my heavy kettlebell. You do you. If you want dumbbells or kettlebells, if you want to do the dead one swing, then one last round where we're getting it all in. All right, team, here we go. We're gonna swing it. 30 seconds. So get set. You can just do your hinge or your deadlift or swing it with me. Let's do it in three. And two. Prep it. And one. Drive it up. Let it drop. Let it drop. You got this, team. Hup. Lock out at the top, then let it drop. You're reacting. You're not controlling it on the way up and certainly not on the way down. You're driving up through the back of the legs. Drop the chest, but keep those eyes up. Yes, team. Breathe. We got five, four, three, two, one. Swing and relax. Yes, team. All right, last round, team. We're getting it all in. So what do you got? If you have a band, I want you to put it above your knees. We're starting with a little cardio, then we got some strength. Hang on. One dumbbell if you got it. Watch me here. Shuffle, push, shuffle, push. If you want to do this without the dumbbell, if you want to do this with more of this shuffle, whatever you feel comfortable with, we got 40 seconds of cardio. Let's finish it out. Strong, team, we are almost there. In three, two, one. Shuffle and push. Band above the knees and wide step so we really get those glutes, those outer thighs. We get the upper body with the push, and we're low in that squat pattern. Yes, team, right through here. Yes. 10 seconds. Make it good. Feel those biceps working right, breathe. Three, two, and one. All right, team, take that off. We're gonna take it to a curtsy lunge with a bicep curl. So if you have those dumbbells, take them right here. Watch me here. We're gonna curtsy and curl and step it up. If that's not right for you, you can curl at the top and then the curtsy in 3, 2. 40 seconds. I promise it's going to keep your heart rate up, too, right? Down and up. But we are so close, team. Compound movements on this last round. And here. Yes, you can breathe here. Get low in the lunge. So we had our biceps working with that push out on our side shuffle. Now we're getting to work with that curl. Three, two, one. We got our lunge pattern with that. Now with our mobility, world's greatest stretch. Two options, guys. You can take it from the top here, step it in, or you can take it from that plank position. What do you want more of? Do you want more of the stretch? You want more of the core? Join me right here. Mobility. World's greatest stretch. Here, Stretch and hold. If you want to hold a counter two in that high plank to get that core, you can. If you feel better, dropping that knee, either for stability or because you feel like you get more of the stretch. Take it there. And again, you can be from the top, right? Maybe you don't get down as low, but you do a little stretch, a little hip opener. You do you. What does this move look like for you? That's all that matters. Can you get the mobility? Yes. Intentional lunge position, because we just did it. Three, two, one. All right, team, what do you got? This is it. Last. I'm gonna go to the top. I'm gonna shuffle, so if you want to join me. Shuffle and push. Lunge, curtsy, lunge, and curl. Or take it. I'm gonna take a body weight, but it's up to you. Or. World's greatest stretch. Last 40 seconds. Join me here, team, in three, two, one. Shuffle. And up and push. Breathe. If you're doing that curtsy and curl, see if I can do it with this band. I guess we just did it in our dumbbell. And guess what? You're also doing it in your kettlebell. Mini band. Coming up this week, world's greatest stretch. If you. If you got it, Whatever it is, team, we got 10 seconds to go. Hang with me. Boom. Three, two, one. And relax. Take it off. Team, you know what? Let's get one more swing. Why not? We're here. We're doing it. Let's get it done. 30 seconds is all that we need. Swing or deadlift, whatever it is for you. I know those legs are burning, but you can do it. Grab that weight. Get set. Wrap your core. Hinge it. Prep it. 3, 2, 1. Power up. Let it drop. Lots of power. Team, you got it. Last swing. Yes. Keep it up. Hand. Breathe. Whoo. All the way up. We got 10 seconds to go. Not all the way up. Chest, level, or below, but you knew what I meant. Power. Let it drop. Power. Lock it out. We got three, two, one, and relax. Pedal those feet. I know, team. I know. Look at that. Hi. Faye says, I hear the bonus move has 96 moves in it. No, you know what? But you did guess right. There is a bonus move. Even though we're running out of time. No equipment, though. Team, here's what we got. How about we do all of our versions of our climbers up and down. You heard it. So climber for four, pop it back. Climber for four, knees straight in. Then we go cross. Then we go cross. Climber, then we go side. Then we go side. Climber, which is from your bear plank. So we got four and four. Four and four. Four and four. So six moves. Faye, that's not 96. Here we go. Let's get it done. We got one minute to go. If you want to keep them all up top. Top. Keep them all up top. You want to keep them all down low. Keep them all down low. But we got this. Team, let's do it. In 3, 2, 1. Climber. 4, 3, 2, pop it back. 4, 3, 2, Pop it up. Cross it. 4, 3, 2, POP IT BACK. 4. And that can be running or that could be stepping. Take it out, team. Four. Three, two, boom. Bear plank. Four. And you do not have to be the same speed as me. Back to the top. Oh, man. We think we can get each one one more time. Four, three, two. Huh? This is it. Last thing. Yes, team. Four, three, two, four, three. Ten seconds. What do you got, team? Four, three, two, boom. If you're on your knees, you want to stretch it back right here. You can. Oh, man. You guys. Or come up Halfway, huh? Take it out right here. Up there, those high zones of cardio. If you don't have a watch, don't worry, you don't need one. I only have one because we connected it to our app in the BodyFit Athletic Club. And I have to be careful on how I use it. Right. Really helpful when I'm watching my heart rate zones, but I try not to get stressed about it. Right here. Boom is right, Faye. Melanie knew it. Jess was ready for it. Catch your breath, team. You may need a sip of water. I know I do. Here we go. Let's cool it down, team. How do you feel? I hope you're feeling energized. Remember, guys, if you're new here, I don't always, but I often put a bonus move you can always, almost always expected on a day one workout on our calendar and on a Saturday live workout. I don't always do it, but the idea with that, I say brain, not pain, right? You're not thinking about how tired your body is. You're thinking about the energy. Your brain is thinking, oh, I gotta go up, I gotta go down. I gotta cross. I gotta go to the side. But you end on that high note of my heart rate is up. I'm feeling energized. I'm done. So I'm feeling good that I'm done, but I'm feeling good because I know that I worked hard. So that is why we do it. And of course, some of you guys will report back to me. I skipped the bonus. That's okay. Or I did my own bonus. That's okay too. You know what I say? You do you. It's your workout. Be where you are today. I'm just glad that you showed up. If you showed up today, you are successful. All right, guys, so let's stretch through those wrists, through those shoulders. Let's get a little hamstring stretch here. We finished week one of Amplify. If you didn't join us for that, you can certainly jump in for week two. There's no reason that you have to start with week one. Jump in. In all my workouts, if you're new here, I'm gonna give you options. I'm gonna give you options to be where you are today. We're gonna have high impact and low. A lot of our. Our workouts, we build. We start back to basics, then we amplify or we add on. So you always have options to work to a level that is good for you. So join us for the amplify calendar. Make sure Guys, you're on that email list. You get all of the information coming to your inbox. You'll get it tomorrow with the links for the upcoming week. So you get the links early. Take your hand back here. Take it right here. So that way you can create your own playlist. You can do the the workouts early if you need to. Otherwise they get released to the public on YouTube the night before in the middle of the night, really? So good idea to get those emails. And then, of course, then you get all the information about meetups like our one in Atlanta on April 20th. So join us there if you can. And guys, in case you missed it yesterday, it was International Women's Day. So we have a special on all our memberships. And in the Body Fit Athletic Club, the code is Shiro. Is that correct? Shiro? S H E R O. So join us. You can get 20 off any membership. We would love to have you join. Things that are coming up in the club is we have our April absolution challenge, which is free to Everybody here on YouTube. But we're going to be doing a core restore focus group. It's going to be all of about core strength and it is for everybody. So if you want to join us in the Body Fit Athletic club for that focus group, get on, get in on that sale now. We would love to have you. Thank you, Nikki. Oh, thank you. I'm so thankful. This for this community that we've created, making our bonds bodies, our hearts and our mind stronger. Oh, that means everything. Let's see. Megan says I should probably be suspicious on how quiet the two down starts your kiddos right, but you got it done with minimal interruptions. Excellent. Thank you, Tiara. All right, everybody, let's get one big deep breath in and out. You did it. That was your amplify kickoff workout party. Great job, everybody. I will see you on Monday for our next week, our second week of amplify. It's a fun one with a special guest star. Thanks, everybody. I'll see you soon.
