Julia says she's still feeling ignite day nine. Yes. I'm guessing that was probably that Wednesday ISO burn. Anybody else? Right? Caitlyn. Yay. I'm here. Happy Saturday. Tamika is here. Tamika, are you working out with your husband today? I want to know. All right, so we're gonna hit it hard. If you remember that ignite format from day one. Ignite or last Saturday's Ignite. We have the three rounds, 40 seconds each, and they are going to be your back to basics at a challenge. And then we've got your ignite round. It doesn't always mean that we're going to go high impact often. It just means that we are going to really turn up the heat. Mr. Foot. Finally got to see one of these lives. Julie is here. Did the kettlebell ISO yesterday, so I'll do body weight today. Good call, Julie, because, yeah, I'm sure you are feeling. Hey, honey, is here. Hey, Olivia. I love it. All right, so let's go ahead and give ourselves some space. We're gonna get moving really quickly today, guys. I actually don't have time to stay and do a Q and A because I'm hosting a baby shower, so. So we'll hang out for a couple minutes, but we'll have to keep it super, super short. All right. Yes. Tamika is here with her husband. Awesome. Nicholas is here. Hola. Hello. Hello. All right, so go ahead and let's just start moving our bodies. Just kind of shake everything out. Check in with your posture, check in with your stress level. Let it all go. It is Saturday. We are moving together today. Roll those shoulders. Hey, Mary Ellen is here. Happy Saturday to you, too. Take them one at a time. I'm feeling super tight in those shoulders today. We had a live workout in the BodyFit Athletic Club yesterday using our kettlebells, and I am totally feeling it, Louise. Also saving this for tomorrow. A bit sore today. Yeah. Just get moving. Do something else. Ashley is getting back into it. Had some tendinitis. Gonna do body weight later. I'm so glad to hear that you're starting to feel better, Ashley. Good. Open it up, and let's take it right here, side to side. Big, big reach. Try to open up through the shoulder, right? Keeping it here. Two more, and we're gonna go one squat, one hinge. So squat it down and hinge it here. Just says hopefully no mice today. Last week, she posted in the athletic club that she found a mouse by her kettlebell. That would freak me out. You are tough in every way, Jess. Down and up. Let's hold that squat down. So if you can, we're going to put the hands on the floor. If you need to stay up top, press up and extend right through here, through the back of the legs, and slowly round it up. Let's step it back right here. Tap it back. Yes. Georgie is here. Oh, recommending me to friends. Thank you so much. I'm so happy to hear that. Kurt, maybe you can turn the other timer on. Let's take it here. Step back. Hold it here. If you're able to take that hand down, walk that foot away. Drop that back knee right through here. Take that top arm up, Reach under and up. Under and up. And then from here, let's step back to that plank position. If that's good for you, you can take it up top or stay on your knees if you need to. Warming up through the core. Press up in the down dog. Back to center, press it up. Back to center, press and here. One more, and then big step to that other side. Reach it up. Drop it down. If you need to tuck it up top, that works too. Take that top arm. Reach under and up. Under and up. Yes. Step it in. Round it up. Let's tap and reach across. All right, so if you are just joining or if you've never done this ignite format, we did it on day one of our ignite challenge, which is our May challenge, and we did it in the live last week. It's going to be a good time. Reach it over, getting that heart rate up and continuing that dynamic warm up. All right, so here's what we got. Three moves, three rounds. We have lower body, upper body, and core. First time, back to basics, 40 seconds. Second time, we add a challenge. And third time through, we take it the ignite round. So that's where we turn up the heat in one way or another. Cross it right here, right through here. And big stretch. Flex that foot. Oh. All right, let's get moving. All right, so go ahead and shake everything out. Grab a medium. Too heavy kettlebell. Back to basics. Super basic. You know what you love? It is our squat. Not a goblet squat. We're actually going to keep it low because I want you to try to touch down with it. Keep that chest open, and then press up and through, zipping up the core as we go. Roll those shoulders back. Kettlebell in the center. Squatting in 3, 2, 1. Take it down and bring it up. Take it down and bring it up. So back to basics. Of course, you can also take this body weight if that is better for you. You know what I say, be where you are today. You are here. You showed up. You are succeeding. Drop it down. Press it up and in. Yes, Down. So we got just about 10 seconds to go. Drive up through those heels. Five, four, three, two, and one. Yes. All right, so then we're gonna take it with our curl. All right, so we're taking it up just to here. Super simple. So you're gonna grab that kettlebell by the horns. I want you to roll those shoulders back. You can step it back if you need to. Core is engaged. You're curling towards your chest in 3, 2, 1. 40 seconds here to here. So again, hone in on that form. So this back to basics round is where you're thinking about all the little things of this movement. So is your core engaged? Are you extending as much as you can? I know it's not easy with the kettlebell as opposed to dumbbells, but here are those shoulders rolling forward. Try to open them up. Core engaged. Little lift, big squeeze at the top. And push in to that kettlebell. 10 seconds. Up and down. Up and down. Last one. Yes. Relax. So stretch it out. Right through here. All right, so we're going to take it to our windmill. We're gonna go 20 seconds each side. We're actually gonna start. Start low as our prep. So you've got it here. Turn that toe out. Remember, it's a little hinge. Get that big stretch at the top. Push it up through the side. So 20 seconds. Here we go. One side and up. Maybe you're used to doing it high. Don't worry, it's coming. You have that option, but I'm back to basics again. We're dialing in on that form. Five seconds to go. Yes. And switch your sides right here. Take it up. Down and up. Little hinge. And bring it up. Hinge and up. Down. Whoo. Yes. Last one. And up. All right, so give your hands a little break. Here is what we are going to add. We're gonna squat at the bottom. We're gonna lift it up. Watch me here. So you do a squat. You extend just like that. Stretch, power it up. That's your challenge. I want you to try to stay low. In 3, 2, 1. 40 seconds. Down. Extend it up. Down and up. Chest stays lifted. And up and up. Yes. Here to here. Really enjoy that stretch, right? I know it's hard because you gotta stay low, breathe, and get those legs burning. Ten seconds to go. Really open that chest, especially as you come up. I know you're gonna get a little round here. And then eyes back up. Three, two, one. And relax. All right, so now if you can, we're gonna take it to that gunslinger curl. Watch me. You turn it this way, you catch it here. We're going 20 seconds, right. 20 seconds left. If that is not right for you, you just keep your regular curl. But let's get it done. Zip it up. 3, 2, 1. Here we go. 20. So it won't be very many. So you just sling to the side. And here you can also do this turn with two hands. Just like this. Take it shoulder. And here. Yes, you can. And breathe. How about two more? Yes. Last one. Switch your sides. Here we go. Get set up. 20. And turn. Sling it and catch. And turn. Right. And here. Yes. Keep it moving to the side. Core engaged. Especially in that catch. One more. And breathe. All right, team, so I'm gonna go a little lighter for my shoulder, but we're taking that windmill high. We still got 20 and 20. If you want to keep it low, keep it low. Just like we did before. 20 seconds, down and up. There we go. Yes. Look up at your hand or at the kettlebell. Whatever's up top. Breathe into it. Feel the stretch. Feel the obliques. Switch your sides right here. Other side. Right here. Take it up. Boom. Hi. Jennifer is saying hi. Oh, Keeping me in shape over the last two years. Oh, no. Like you're gonna do this tomorrow. Thank you so much, Jennifer. I'm glad you stepped in to say hi. Last one. And breathe. All right, ignite round. You made it. Here's what we got, team. You take it down, you extend it up with or without your kettlebell. Little jump or power up. Here we go. 40 seconds. Down, extend. Power up on the toes or down, extend. You can hang onto the kettlebell if you feel okay jumping with the weight in your hands. That's why we're keeping it low, so totally up to you if you want to keep it there. Other option, of course, is here. And jump. You can take it body weight, keep it moving, and keep it low. Stay low. Don't sacrifice your form because you're adding on. And up. Take it down, up, and breathe. Five, four, three, two, one. Yes. Felt that, right? All right, now we got that, gunslinger. 20 seconds each side. Add the lunge. If you've never done that before, keep the curl regular or gunslinger, but you're slinging it. 20 seconds with the lunge. Let's get it done. Here we go. Sling and lunge. We won't have time for very many, but we're gonna get them both moving. Breathe. I know. Not fair to add some legs in the upper body round, but you got it. Can we get one more burn? Switch your sides. Other side. Get set up. Zip it up. 3, 2, 1. And down. Yes. Take it side into that lunge. Yes. Burn and balance. That should be our next workout title, right? Burn and balance. Last one. Yes. Lori says catch your breath. I can't believe I just jumped with a kettlebell. I know, But I can, Lori, because you are strong. All right, here's what we got, team. Last round, low or high, you pick what's best for you. I'll tell you. I'm gonna stay low because of my shoulder. 20 seconds here to here. You know it. If you feel comfortable with it. Here to here. But again, I'm staying low. You do you. Let's get 20 seconds each side in three, two, one. Here we go. Ignite power. You got your slow and steady with the windmill power with that knee. Down and up. Down and up. Two more. One more. This side and breathe. Yes. Switch your side. Get set up. Ready? Here we go. Take it down and up. If you've got the weight up top, you might not have the same. The same pace as me. You might get less reps. That is okay. It's going to be challenging in a different way. One more. And breathe. Grab some water, team. Yes, you can. Yes, you did. All right, how about we get a swing? Feeling that, y'. All. I hope you are, too. All right, so we're taking it to our kettlebell swing. You want to go heavy if you can. If you have that option, roll your shoulders back, Hinge it here. Remember, if you have never done a swing before, you can just keep it with that hinge, that deadlift, right? Just here to here. Otherwise, the hinge is the first part of it. Then you power it up. Let it drop. Power it up, let it drop. Power a little bit of speed. Lots of full body. Let's get it done. Shoulders back. In three, two, one. Swing it. We got 30 seconds. Only Lindsay says, can't wait to do this tomorrow. It's evening in England and bedtime, kids. Bedtime. I get it. Yes. Do it tomorrow. I hope you enjoy it. Power it up. Zip up in that core. Push the feet into the floor. Remember, you're not lifting with your arms. In fact, lock those armpits. Sounds weird, but squeeze them in. So we activate the lats. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Power. Tammy says extra upper body that round. That is right? I know, right? Especially adding for our core round, getting the high windmill water if you need it. All right, let's take it to round two. Circuit two, round one. Are we ready? All right, so we're gonna start with a regular lunge. But here is the thing, guys. We're gonna take it to a forward lunge. 20 seconds, all on one side. I know we don't normally do the forward lunge. I prefer a reverse because we tend to have better form. But I don't want you to worry about getting too far forward in the knee. I want you to worry about getting the heel down. So you're stepping into it. Push out of it. All right, we're gonna start with that. 20 seconds each side. Go ahead. Zip up that core. Roll those shoulders back. Everything is lifted. Give yourself some space. In three, in two, step it forward. Here we go. Same leg is stepping forward. I know. And breathe. Take it here. Drive it up. So really bring that kettlebell to the front leg. Here we go. Boom. One more. Switch your side. So switch your hands. Switch your sides. Here we Go. Take it down, push it up, take it down, push it up. Looks like this. So again, the reason I sometimes avoid this is because sometimes we get a little off balance leaning into it. Just aim to keep your chest lifted and think about dropping that back knee. One more. Yes. Nice work, team. Kettlebell in the center. How about a row? So zip up that core. We're gonna hinge, row, and row. I want you to take that opposite hand out so we really get that back working hard. So here and here. So think of it almost like this and this. So we get that mobility with our back as we do the row. If you need to come up in between to rest your back, go for it. Otherwise, join me here in 3, 2, 1. 40 seconds. Take it out. Take it out and out. So actually, if you can, want you to set it down on the ground, right? And squeeze. So that way we keep that hinge extra lower body and switch. Squeeze and switch. And here. Breathe. I know who's feeling those legs in the back. I know I am. Give yourself a second if you need to keep it moving. 3, 2, 1. And breathe. Shake it out. There's that back working hard. All right, team, how about a little core? Have a seat with that kettlebell. I'm gonna go a little lighter. It's up to you. We've got our Russian twist. If you need to stay seated upright or take it standing, especially if you are pregnant early post or healing a doctor. Otherwise, twist it here, down and up. So I want you to start back to basics. Slow and controlled. If you need to do this, no weight always an option. What I don't want you to do is twist this way, right? I really want the control. And as you come center, wrap that core in. If you need a little stretch, break. Take it here. Down and up. Down and up. Like this. Here and here. Down, up. We got five, four, three, two, one. Stretch it out. Yes, team. All right, back up onto your feet. Here we go. Back to our lunge. We're gonna keep it stationary. Here's what we want, guys. I want a low forward lunge, so I really want you to lean into it. Almost a straight leg back here, and then push up out of it. If that's too much balance for you, you just keep a regular lunge or a stationary lens. We are going to keep it stationary for this round, but here's your challenge. So you're going low. Push it up. Join me here. Take it down. 20 seconds is all we need. So nice and wide, and you're getting lower. I know Feels different than what we normally do. I want you to keep. Keep that same lunge movement, but you're getting more of that hip flexor stretch. Right? Last one right here. And switch your legs so you're here. Nice and wide. Zip it up. Down, and up. I'll show you here. Down and up. Down. So I know your muscle memory wants to bend that back knee, but if you can feel more in that front leg, lean into it. Yes, you can. And breathe. Last one. And boom. Shake it out. All right, team, so you know this. We've done this before. We're still going to keep that reaching out, but you're here. I want you to do a strong row. Stagger, move your feet. Stagger, move your feet. If that's too much, you just keep a regular row. Let's get it done. 3, 2, 1. Row, move your feet. Row, move your feet. Keep those arms out. And here and here. Feel the difference in that shoulders. You're really feeling them right in. It's not a lunge. I know we just did that lunge. It's a stagger. And here and here. Right? And breathe. Hi, faces. These are wolf and sheep's clothing moves, right? Sneaky. That's what I am. Sneaking in the best way possible. Take it here and here. Three, two, one. There's that back. All right, down into your seated position. Here's what we got, team. You're gonna set it down. You're gonna go knee and knee. Reach to the side. Set it down. Knee and knee. Reach to the side. If you're not using weight, just do the movement. Knee and knee. Here we go. So set in, in. Hold. Take it here. And reach. Why am I doing this? So you actually have to get that rotation right really moving through that torso. And you also have to stabilize here. If that is not right for you, if you can't twist that much or you think feel it in your back, you do what's best for you even if you're just seated. So keep it going down. In. In here, we got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. All right, this is it, team. Ignite. Let's get it done. Here is what we got. All right, so that low lunge that we did, I want you to step into it. Power out of it. 30, 20 seconds each side. So really quick, think about getting low, bringing that weight towards that front foot, and then big push out of it. If that does not feel good to you, because I know it's different, just do a regular lunge. 20 seconds, right? 20 seconds left. In three, two, one. Low. And here. Low forward lunge and push out of it. I know. So what you're feeling is that kettlebell going diagonal, right? A little more challenging, a little less burn. Right? That's kind of nice. One more. Drive it up. Same thing. Other side. Here we go. Take it down and push. I know. See, my muscle memory wants to do the same thing. Wants to really drop in that back knee because we're trained to do it. But your goal is to get more of that stretch. Boom. Last one. And breathe. All right, team. I know Melissa was like, wait, wasn't that the ignite? I know. All right, heart rate's up on that one. So now I do want you to get down in your regular lunge, right? Oh, no. Let's make it curtsy. Let's do curtsy. So curtsy row. Curtsy row. You can do it. Last round, 40 seconds. Let's keep those lunges going. Here we go. Remember how Tammy said we had extra upper body on that first circuit? This is extra lower body. Get it done. Team, take it curtsy row. This time, you really are dropping the back knee again. Muscle memory might wanna take it to that low. Here we go. Down and up. 15 seconds. I know they're burning, but you're here working hard. We only got about 10 minutes to go up. And here. Breathe. And here. Last one. Boom. Relax. All right, let's bring it down. All right, team, huh? Also felt your abs. Yes. Laura. I love it. Here's what we got, team. Set it down. If you can bring it up. Two or one. Set it down all the way back. That's not good for you. You just keep. Oh, man. Hopefully I didn't turn my microphone off. Okay? You just keep the knees like we did before. Three, two, one. Set it down. Down and up. Switch it sides down and up. Switch your sides down and up. Yes. Switch. Burn. Yes. And here, this is ignite. And then guess what, guys? Our round three is a short one. You're gonna love it. Breathe. Five, four, three, two, one. Stretch up onto your feet. Team. How about we get a swing before we close it out on the mat? Don't do what I just did, guys, where I rounded on my back to get my weights. Always make sure you're bending those knees like this. All right, we're swinging it for 30, then we're down on the mat. It's gonna be a short round. Two moves is all we got. Roll those shoulders back. Core, engage. Let's get it done. Deadlift or swing in 3, 2, 1. Eyes up, chest open. Push Your feet into the floor. I know everything is tired, so you really have to pay attention to everything lifting. Right? Squeeze in the glutes, lock them out at the top, but also that core and back. Yes. We got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and relax. Pedal your feet, Chelsea. Gonna do the workout later. All right. Just came in from yard work. Quick sip of water. Watch what I have in store for tomorrow. I love it when you guys do that. When you tell me that you're just previewing the workout. All right, let's take it down to the mat. Short round. We only got seven minutes. Let's take it here. All right, so we got two rounds. Back to basics and ignite. Here's what we got, team. We're gonna start with just a chest press and a bridge. Should be safe for everybody if you need to. You can also do a shoulder press at the top. Oh, it's in the pocket. I was like, why is this not. This microphone is not moving because there's a little pocket, which I love about fablagics pants, but that's where the microphone is. All right, so we got chest press and bridge. Then we're gonna take it to a plank. This is it, team. Let's finish it out. Two moves, two rounds in three, two. Press and bridge. Here we go. Take it up. Take it down and down. So move those feet in close. If you're not feeling your hamstrings and glutes, which you should be after that swing especially, but you might be too far out. You might not be able to get up as far. So take it up and strong. Elbows are in tight, so we're getting triceps and chest. Right? Take it up and down. Breathe. 10 seconds to go. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Turn it over. Here we go. All right, so you got your kettlebell in the front, just hanging out. We're gonna take this to a shoulder tap plank. All right, so we got up, up. We're just side to side if you need to. Knees here or knees here. Whatever you got. Zip up in that core. We got 40 seconds. Moving through it in three, two, one. Here we go. Tap, tap. So your goal is to try to keep your shoulders and your hips square. As in not big twist, but if they move a little bit, that's okay. That is part of it. And also make sure check where your shoulders are. You want those shoulders right above those wrists. I noticed myself in my monitor that there was a little bit of movement, and my shoulders were too far back. Adjust yourself if you need to. Anytime you're starting to feel that low back. You may just need to move forward a tiny bit in that plank position. We got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and relax. All right, team, this is it. Ignite round. Here's what we're adding is a little bit of triceps. Watch me here. We're going up, tries, everything down. Press up with the bridge and the press, then triceps. Angela says never boring, never. Nothing seems old. That is my goal for you. All right, give yourself a second. Breathe at the bottom set. I know sometimes it's a lot if you have a heavy kettle bell coming towards your face, right? Safety. You can always switch to dumbbells or just do the chest press. The chest press is actually a tricep press too, because those elbows are in. All of your chest presses. Work those triceps. All of your push ups. We don't think about it a lot because we call them chest presses, right? But your tries are working hard, too. Kind of like all of your rows. Work your biceps. Did you know that? Kind of like everything works. Everything. It all works together. Three, two, one. Ha. All right, team, here is what we got. We're gonna go shoulder, shoulder, rotate. Shoulder, shoulder, rotate. So we get that side plank in. Let's get it done in three, two, one. Here we go. Shoulder, shoulder, reach. Shoulder, shoulder, reach. Shoulder, shoulder. Boom. Yes. Take it up, take it up. Rotate side plank, tap, tap. Give yourself a second second to hang out in that side plank. 10 seconds. Can you get at least one more each way? Last one, last one. Boom. Stretch. All right, team, how about one last move? We're taking it to a swing. Why not? Let's just do a regular swing. If you want one, you can hand it off. If you are comfortable and familiar with the swing, handoff at the top. Otherwise regular swing. This is our last swing, so let's get it done. 30 seconds. Prep it. 3, 2, 1. Here we go. You guys are wondering, if you're watching that clock, see if I have time to put a bonus move in. And I'm gonna. But it's gonna be a good one. But let's finish that swing first. Power through, huh? Breathe. Yes. You got it. All the way. Finish it out. 4, 3, 2, 1. And stretch. All right, team, bonus move. It is an extension of that last move. It's gonna be fun. We got head, shoulders, knees, and toes. Watch me here. Head, head, shoulders, shoulders, knees, knees, toes, toes. You can do it. One minute. Ready? Here we go. I know if you have kids, and even if you don't, you know this Song. Knees, knees, toes, toes. If you want a little variety, once you get through the whole head, shoulders, knees, and toes, you can add a little pop up if you want to break for your hands. Here we go. Hey, head, shoulders, shoulders, knees, knees, toes, toes. Pop it up. 30 seconds. Head, shoulders, knees, and toes. Right, let's add that pop up, hang out. Here we go. Breathe up. Strong core either way. Don't rush it. I know I'm good. I've got a good pace here, but I'm gonna slow it down for these last 10. Head, shoulders, shoulders, knees, knees, and breathe. Stretch it back. You did it, team. Oh, man. Sit back, breathe. Oh, good work, team. Press down in those shoulders. Come all the way up. Roll through your back. Ah, yes. Not easy, but you are strong and you can do it. I want you to step one foot in and then the other. Hang here. Pedal your feet slowly. Roll up your back one at a time. So sweaty, team. Oh, my daughter folded up a towel for me. All right, so we don't have time for a Q A, but I'll hang for about five minutes and tell you guys a little bit about what to expect. Melissa, says anybody else singing while they did it, right? I know we tested out that out in the athletic club. So once a month in the upper club, you have a live, exclusive workout. And that is where you guys get to meet my test group, right? That is where we try some fun new things. I was singing it in my head. Melissa again, if you have children, you've probably sung it a million times. But we all learn that as kids, right? Amy is dripping wet also. Me too. Roll that wrist. Oh, those the way through. Lori loved it. So glad. Other side. Take it through. So glad you guys decided to come hang out with me on a Saturday. For some of you, it is morning like it is for me. For others, it's afternoon. Some of you, it's evening. Thank you, Rebecca. Fantastic full body workout. Thank you for joining me and working so hard. If you can. Fingertips back. One little quad stretch. Lori loved it. Thank you, Lori. Jess, love the bonus move. Jess, if you could do that bonus move, I. You must be healing really well with that foot. Amanda, I'm so glad you loved it. Alyssa, miss you next Saturday. Melissa's getting married next weekend. Alyssa, congratulations, relations. Please send me a picture on my Instagram or my info at Bodyfit by Amy. I would love to see. You have worked hard. You're going to be amazing. I hope you feel great. We'll all be thinking of it. Natalie, Sweaty mess doing yesterday's athletic club workout tomorrow. You'll see some of these. Right? Thank you, Nicholas. Ah. Lori says, hope the shower is great. I just. Just realize that you're talking about the baby shower that I'm hosting. Yes. One big, deep breath in and out. You did it. That was your full body kettlebell ignite workout. Great job, everybody. Make sure you get some water and you hydrate. Lori. For a second, I was like, yes, the shower that I'm going to take at some point today is going to be great. But the shower that I'm hosting for my friend, it's gonna be a really hot day here in. In Los Angeles. Jess only had to modify swings. Thank you so much, Davis. All right, team, so we got two more weeks of ignite, and then we got our summer series. We're going to be talking a little more about that through the coming weeks. It is going to be your Body Fit Summer fit series. We have sweat shred and sweat sculpt starting on Memorial Day, May 30th. Right? Is that right? Yes. So we last week or last year, we did 99 Days of Summer fit. This is your summer fit challenge. So June is swept, July is shred, and August is sculpt. Would love to have you join us. For all of us, our goal for the summer is just to keep moving. I know it's not summer for everybody. For some of you, it is when you're on the other side of the world. But we are going to hit it hard, hard to keep moving. So many fun things, especially in the body fit athletic Club. We're gonna have new challenges. We're gonna have some prizes. We'll have specials coming up, so think about that. We love to have you join us in the athletic club. We still got two more weeks of ignite, and we are going to hit it hard, so get excited about that. So proud of you. For all of you who are following the calendar, if you don't have the calendar, make sure you look in that description below. Get on that email list. You get monthly and weekly workout calendars. Also love when I get to surprise you. Right. Feels different when you're doing it. So to get those Links early. Make sure that you are on the email list. Link is in the description description below. All the information for the Athletic Club is in the description below. These people that I'm calling out, I know so many of you because you show up for these workouts. Thank you so much, Elizabeth. Thank you. Yvette. Lost my balance when touching my toes. That is just your core working hard event, right? Sherry did this at my girls weekend. Amazing. Marjorie says, one of my faves so far. Awesome team. I love it. Thank you. Thank you so much. Put that in the real comments below. Always good for me to see what you loved. Always love hearing from you guys. Make sure you're subscribed like Kai told you in the beginning. Teresa, awesome, sweaty and challenging. Ah, Destiny. First time doing the challenge all the way through today. First live. Excellent. So good to see you, Destiny. So let me know if you have any questions. Obviously I'm here for you, but we're not going to be able to hang. Not right now. That's not what I'm saying. I'm gonna rush off to a baby shower. Make sure. Also if you got my email. Last week we did release a new challenge channel. La la la. I can't talk. We did launch a new channel channel called Body Fit Moms that's going to have all of our prenatal and postnatal content. Don't worry, we still have stuff here if you've got things bookmarked or flagged. But we're going to be releasing new stuff. We just wanted to have a place where we can put all of that in one place. It's easier to find. Please subscribe even if you're not in that life stage and tell if you have friends who are in those stages. Pre post healing. All of it. Subscribe to Body Fit Moms. It's also linked to this channel and spread the word. Thank you all so, so much. I will see you next weekend. Yes, Alyssa will be back with a new last name. Hey, Mel is here. Thank you, Tamika. Awesome team. One big deep breath in. We did it, didn't we? I'm so used to just talking, talking, talking. You can take another deep breath. Why not? Right? Let's do it. One big deep breath in. Have a great weekend, everybody. I will see you next time.
