Hey everybody, I'm Amy from Bodyfit by Amy and this is Ryan from Simplee Sports cbd. You may remember Ryan from some other workouts here on the channel. I am so excited to announce that I am doing a mobility series. This is in partnership with Simply Sport cbd. You can find out more information about their products in the description below. This series is going to be several 10 to 15 minute workouts focused on mobility. Within that, of course, we're including flexibility training, a little bit of gentle cardio, and of course finding what feels good for you and your body. We're going to have some full body mobility as well as some specialized mobility. We've got hips, we've got low back, we've got shoulders, we've got knees, and we'll be growing this as we go. Please let us know in the comments what you would like to see. And check out our mobility series.
