A brief welcome and overview by Amy (Bodyfit by Amy) for the free "Tone in 30" four-week fitness challenge. The program delivers five short workouts per week (mostly ≤30 minutes) across four weeks, emphasizing strength, cardio, and active recovery with modifications for all fitness levels and guidance to prioritize strength days if only three sessions are possible.
Hey, everybody. I'm Amy from Bodyfit by Amy and welcome to your tone in 30 challenge. This is a four week challenge. Five days a week of workouts and everything is 30 minutes or less. Yep, we do have a few workouts that are in that 25 minute range, but for the most part, we're working for 30 minutes to get strength, to get endurance, to tone and sculpt your muscles and to get that good mobility and leave you feeling strong and f. Within this challenge, you have five days a week of workouts. Days one, three and five are your strength based days. Sometimes those are full body, sometimes with weights, sometimes with body weight. Sometimes we do a split of upper and lower body. If you can only get three days a week, focus your time on those strength based workouts. Days two are our cardio day and day four is our active recovery. Those are also important and fun. Get them in if you can. But if you're short on time, you can only get three days a week. Prioritize days one, three and five of each week. Within all of these workouts, I'm going to give you options. I will give you modifications to work to your fitness level. If you are a beginner, you're getting back into it or you're working around a past injury, you can use these modifications. I also give you options to take things up. Maybe you want to intensify. The main goal is to show up and keep moving and of course, be where you are today, meaning where you are in your fitness journey and how you're feeling each day. I want you to be challenged. I want you to push yourself, but in a way that is good for you. We've got 20 days of workouts again, 30 minutes or less. You are going to leave this challenge feeling better than you started and I can't wait to hear about it from you. Are you ready? Let's do it.
