What’s the secret to making a small business work?

What does it mean to be a small business? It means the work is never ending and always fulfilling. It means working late nights and weekends, but also having the flexibility to do preschool drop offs and Friday happy hour. It means that there's always something to laugh about and something to cry about. It means getting to work with family and getting to be like family. It means giving up the big paycheck and fancy office to live out your passion and do what you've always wanted to do. And it means you. It means connecting with this community all around the world and hearing your stories. In this season of gratitude, this small business wants to thank you. We show up because you show up. Thank you for all your love and support for the past several years and for the years to come. Show up, keep moving. And thank you. Great job, everybody.
