A short YouTube motivational monologue by Amy Schemper encouraging viewers to "show up" for a month-long challenge. The speaker emphasizes that showing up is itself success, promotes moving the body and finding joy in exercise, and addresses healing unhealthy or disordered relationships with exercise and the body. The piece connects physical movement to personal empowerment and everyday life.
I am so excited for this show up challenge because I feel like we're bringing it home. If you showed up today, you are successful. And that is true every single day. It's about showing up. It's about moving our bodies. It's about finding the joy in exercise. So many of us have an unhealthy or disordered relationship with exercise and with our bodies. I want to help you heal that. I want to help you find the joy in moving. I want to help you feel your strength when you lift that weight, when you do something in a workout, but also when you do something in life. So I'm really excited for this challenge because we've activated and we've elevated and we've energized and we've stepped into our power and we've brought the fire and the burn and all of these fun things that we've done in challenges across the years. But this is getting back to the heart of what we do. We show up and we keep moving.
