Hello everyone. I'd like to present Maya. Maya is a 2010 Bay Mare, a Holsteiner that we imported from Germany a couple of years ago and we're putting her on the market for sale. She's beautifully bred. She's by the super stand contender and contender would have to be one of the top, top jumping sires and eventing sires in modern times. She's also the dam of this mare's by a thoroughbred called Esteban, which is a great European thoroughbred breeding. Myra is a serious mover. She's got a beautiful walk trot canter. We've had her. I think we got her as a 4 year old or a 5 year old and sort of started her eventing career from scratch. And Maya is now successful around the intermediate level or the three star short level. She's been very, very successful over the years in horse trials. She's done second level dressage and meter 25 show jumping. Maya's got a big, big canter. She has got a massive stride which is awesome for the cross country and the dressage Took some time to sort of balance her up, but as you can see here, she's just got wonderful gaits, she's got that championship look and she's just an absolute beautiful model of a horse. Maia's been very, very successful eventing. I don't ever recall actually ever having a cross country penalty on her. She's won at every level including the intermediate level. And she's currently in training for a three star long format competition later this year. But she's roaring around the intermediates and the three star shorts. I do most of the riding. I'm a little bit injured at the moment, so this young guy you see here, Mike, helps me riding her and he's actually ridden her around a couple of intermediates in the himself. So she's a, like I said, a very, very quality horse. She started to school the upper level movements on the flat. The judges just seem to love the look of her. She's nice and expressive. Being a 2010 horse, she's got plenty of years left. She's been a very, very sound horse for us and is nearly ready to go advanced. So it's unusual to get a horse like this or see a horse for sale like this that's not yet peaked or reached the height of its career. I found Meyer in down near Osnabruck in Germany. I actually have a full sister as well. Her full sister is a mare called Contessa and both of them are just absolute beautiful horses. She's Got a good, scopey, careful, clean jump. She rarely has a rail down in the show jumping. She's a nice forward thinking horse. And obviously her breeding is show jumping contender. Probably most known for its show jumping stock. She's obviously a close relation to wonderful horses around the world. She's a relation obviously to Frankie Thiot's Chatwin who was the horse of the year last year in America. And also Michael Young's Chipmunk contender pops up in a lot of, lot of top, top horses in the world. They're hard to get now. He died a couple of years ago. Have a look at this mare down this line here. We put them up a couple of holes and she just jumps it for fun. It's a little bit short, but she just turns herself inside out to jump clear. Like I said earlier, this mare's got a big, big stride. She is quite a big powerhouse galloping. She eats up the ground and in cross country, none of the distances ever feel short. She has a big step and covers the ground well. Being here at Windura, we've got a cross country schooling here, which is great sort of education for the horses. She, as long as she sees where the flags are, she's definitely going to jump through it. She's bold and brave and careful and you know, she jumps all the advanced lines at our farm here. Maya just recently placed in second place at Locomoy Maryland Horse Trials with Mike on board. I think he finished on his dressage score of 31, which was pretty good. As you see here, she's got a real 5 star quality. Give her a bit of a squeeze. She covers the ground and jumps anything in her way. So I'd like to encourage anyone that might be interested for a horse that's pretty much at the top of the sport to come get in touch with me and I can give you details about her pricing and other important details about Maya. She's just a pleasure to have around. She's a very, very kind, friendly horse, easy to have in the barn, easy to shoe clip, you name it. She's been all over the country competing and she definitely has all the, the criteria and the necessary ingredients for a big time five star horse. I feel like we've done a good job producing her and I think she's only 10 years old, so she's got years and years and years of competitive sport left in her. Feel like we've done all the hard work, so please don't hold back. Come give her a try.
