When it came time to start really, you know, being serious about doing an MBA program, Loyola was the first one on my list. That probably is the highlight, the quality of the people. It was fantastic. I think the best thing about it was just, again, the diversity of learning. It had a reputation in the area to be one of the top programs in the Mid-Atlantic region. I was taking literally learnings I had one day in a classroom and I'm taking the next day to work and I'm actually applying them. It was well worth the investment of time. The Loyola program You know, it really helped me understand the importance of leadership styles. It's got a lot of options. It's flexible. They have a Saturday program where you can, you can do your MBA on Saturdays. They have the executive program where you can kind of get the program done in 2 years. I have referred friends here. I've referred coworkers here. Through years and years of doing this, Loyola's gotten very good at realizing that that's the power of this executive program is the quality of the individuals that are coming to the table. Without the Loyola program, the MBA program, I definitely would not have been prepared to handle the leadership role in a company that's growing that fast. I credit the program here at Loyola for really laying the foundation for me to be able to get here.
