Brad Hart explains how he rebuilt a book sales funnel originally called the "eight bit Mastermind." The original funnel (about four years prior) sold ~12,000 books and generated roughly $2.2M in back-end sales for the Build a Mastermind program. Using AI/tools he condensed what previously took ~50 team-hours and five-figure costs into a single weekend (3–4 hours) producing ~8,000 words of copy, image prompts, and design mockups ready for designers to implement.

We did a sales funnel for my latest book and it was about four years ago we made called the eight bit Mastermind. We did this all the old fashioned way. Took 50 hours a team, five figures, a ton of copywriting and page designing, iterating and at the end of that we managed to sell about 12,000 of these books and earn about 2.2 million in back end sales through our program Build a Mastermind and that's a great result. We wanted to make the book better because we've learned a lot in the last five, six years, serving hundreds of entrepreneurs and thousands indirectly through our events and whatnot. So we basically took that same book funnel like you know, started with 80% figured out. I was able to take all that on a weekend and black out 3, 4 hours and do 8,000 words of copy with image prompts, with gamma, you know, design mock up. We were able to hand off a completely designed and all the copy finished package to our designers to actually implement within about three or four hours. So went from 50 hours and huge expense down to down to that. So I'm very proud of that result.
