Again. Start to think about systems in terms of leverage, start to think about systems in terms of incentive, and I think you'll do way better. You may have to revisit some of these points if you check out Thinking in Systems. I think it's a really worthwhile read if you can get through it. It's not for everybody. It's a little bit dense, but still a great book, and you can take a lot of these lessons forward and make yourself a better business. The stocks and flows one is one I have to come back to again and again and again. What am I actually working towards versus what am I just maintaining versus what are my systems goals versus my part goals and making sure that I'm actually doing the things in the right order.
