Fear is a loud voice, not truth. When you say "I can't," you strengthen it. Instead, affirm "God is with me" to build the spirit of power, love, and sound mind that 2 Timothy 1:7 promises.

Welcome back to episode three. Stop agreeing with fear. Fear is loud, but it is not truth. Second Timothy one seven says, "God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind." Fear becomes powerful when we agree with it through our words. Every time you say, "I can't," fear gets stronger. Every time you say, "God is with me," faith grows.
