Brendon Burchard strings together 60-second motivational quotes about living intentionally, taking bold risks, and trusting life's timing. He pushes back against postponing fulfillment for future goals and warns that endless to-do lists trap you in stagnation instead of celebrating what you've already done.

Foreign. Hey my friends, it's Brendon Burchard and welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey my friends, it's Brendan and welcome to your weekly roundup of my 60 second motivational quotes that I post out on Instagram and other social media. We thought we'd compile them here for you to give you some motivational fire for your week. So let's go. Listen. Life is not meant to be barreled through. Slow down, feel the moment. Be intentional. Notice the energy you are bringing into this space and this moment. So many people think that they're chasing these big goals in life and they separate it from this moment and the day to day feeling of life. And the most successful people I've ever worked with who've already achieved all those supposed big goals that we all want. You know, wealth, security, you know, family abundance, the ability to do what they want. You ask them what they want and really what they want at the next level is to feel the day more, to feel the experience of life at greater levels of vibrancy and connection and pop. And you can have that now. You don't need the next big fancy car or jet. You can feel the day now, my friends. That's what it's about, this feeling of life. Do not settle. Look at your life. Look at every area. See what you need to stop doing and what you need to start and do it while you still can, my friend, no matter how hard it is. Because life is always short. Life is always surprising. Life is always throwing curveballs. So if you do not decide upon a purpose, a plan, a path, at least some goals this next month and get going towards what you really want, you cannot fool yourself into thinking you're always going to have. You know, when I was 19, I got the blessing of this concept of mortality motivation that life is short, it can be endangered and we are, none of us are promised months or years on this planet. And so let's be purposeful while we are here. Look at your life, look at every area, decide what you need to stop doing and start doing and begin today. That's real reverence for life. Not all risks are rewarded. But I'll tell you what's never rewarded. Stagnation. You know, everyone always says, be careful, be cautious, don't go too fast, look a million times before you leap. And they always say, oh, it's too risky. You know, it's not responsible to just jump into the unknown and try New things, you know, it's just irresponsible. But you know, sometimes that leap into the unknown, that's where the treasure lies. You know, it's out in the darkness and through the darkness that opens up another gate, opens up the light and helps you figure things out. And the truth is, if we keep refusing to take risks in our life, then we just keep drawing that circle of comfort around us, digging it deeper and deeper and deeper until we created our own barriers to success by that circle of comfort. Take risks, my friend. There's more for you out there. Go big, be bold. Don't lowball yourself. If you've done the work and put in the miles and service with excellence, you're worth more than you probably believe. The issue at hand is so many people never give themselves credit for the miles they've run, the work that they've done, because they're always trapped in that next to do cycle. So here's this big long to do list and that list refreshes every day so they never actually take a step away and go, wow, look at all I've done in the last five or 10 years. They're only caught up in that daily thing where it's like, oh, yesterday I was distracted, yesterday I wasn't on my game. Gosh, I could be doing better this week. And they beat themselves up. And thus they never feel joy, fulfillment, satisfaction, progress, any real levels of engagement and happiness that come with the reflection of how far we've come. So take a step back today. Give yourself some credit. You're doing better than you think. Listen, you have to trust. There is a reason for the timing of everything and you'll sleep better, my friend. You know, how often do you lay awake at night worrying about stuff that never comes true or worrying about stuff that you can't change, or worrying about stuff that happened yesterday or the day before. And you forget that when you wake up. You know, yesterday's shadows did not cast its darkness into this morning sunrise. That today you are gifted and given this day for some reason that, yeah, maybe it's not going exactly how you planned or exactly how you wanted. But trust is key for you having faith. And faith is key to, for you proceeding with confidence. What? You are not strange. You are beautifully, impossibly unique. Own that and you can stop apologizing and minimizing and start living and celebrating. I mean, seriously, you're an adult and you still feel strange. You still feel, like, awkward and like you're not okay. I'm here to say it's time to give yourself credit, to step into your own truth, to realize that your uniqueness is your beauty and your beauty is your authenticity and your authenticity is your soul. Why would you apologize for that? Why would you not realize that that is a power, that stepping into truly who you are without all these apologies and this, like, awkwardness about it. Like, listen, I'm an awkward dude, but I am very, very, very happy with that awkwardness. Right? You can be happy with who you are. You're not strange. You're more powerful and gifted than you could ever possibly imagine. Okay, my friends, I hope you enjoyed this motivational session here on the brendon show. And listen, please do yourself a favor.
