Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio sort of of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram. Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are like friggin inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the Brendon show. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple weeks, so make sure you use a Hashtag the Brendon show when you post about these motivational quotes. Sessions with that. Let's go.
What's the real difference maker? There must be a mindset shift from survival to wanting real advancement, a deep desire for progress and abundance. Otherwise, apathy is rationalized and ambition minimized. Otherwise, every single excuse is allowed because we're like, oh, I'm just trying to get through. Oh, I just, you know, I hope it's okay. You know, I just. And we tell ourselves all these stories that allow us to just get by, to just pay the bills, to just be just okay. There's nothing that is a deep hunger, a deep motivation that will activate those high performance habits that make us extraordinary, that demand the best of ourselves. We don't set ambitions that pull us forward. We don't try to connect to ambition, purpose, meaning, fulfillment, the things that actually make us get out of bed and work harder and push farther than we've ever done before because we want to make that difference and we want something better for ourselves. You want joy, you want abundance, you want an incredible life, but you don't get those things when you're complaining. So show the world you are grateful and life opens another realm to you. All of a sudden you start attracting things you just didn't even fathom because the world says, hey, this person appreciates the joy, the abundance, the good things of life. And even though they see the negative things, they have reverence for life. They have reverence for this opportunity, reverence for this moment, reverence for every single thing in front of them. So let's keep delivering the good stuff. You know when you get the bad stuff, when you don't recognize more of the good stuff. So show the world you're grateful, say thank you, open the doors, show moments of appreciation. Send the text, send the voice messages, say to everybody you meet, thank you, appreciate you. You're doing a great job. I really thank you for this opportunity. Because all that thankfulness, all that goodness, all that gratitude, who will only open another realm where you'll get even more things to be thankful for.
It's gotta be so common sense to.
Say, but it's not common practice. If you're always tired, you can't serve at your highest level of potential. Get some rest, eat better, take care of yourself. We need you. You have so many ambitions, so many.
Dreams, so much to contribute in the world.
But if you keep wiping yourself out, you're slowing yourself down.
I know it's easy to say, no.
No, I'm just grinding, I'm just hustling. I'm just at it.
20.
No, you're so exhausted that you're actually outputting less than a rested person would be. So don't pretend that all the bags under the eyes are a badge of courage. What that is, is neglect. It's neglecting in setting the right priorities. It's often a failure to really plan out the week. It's often the reality that often we.
Push and push and push and push without taking a step back and say, what's it all for?
What really matters? Let me get some rest. So I'm rested, recharged and ready to go crush what matters the most. So listen, you have to realize when trying to make sense of your life, except you were not always in control. But for the sake of your future, remember your reactions and attitude were your choice. Yes, the things that happen to us, those are not always in control. How we ultimately deal with those things are our own choice. It doesn't mean that in the immediate moment you didn't have reactive emotions, that you didn't feel sad or hurt or angry or scared or fearful. Those reactions, those immediate emotions, that's real. And the immediate, like bad attitude or funk you can get into because of something that's real. But ultimately, over a period of time, that reality is constructed from your own recurring thought patterns. In other words, your own choice of interpretation about how to feel about those things, proceed about those things, and be after those things. Your choice. And that's your attitude. Remember what a remarkable mindset shift that would be for so many people. Because what if no one owes you anything and you've already received enough? What if you no longer expected that other people would deliver your exact needs or open that exact door for you, or take care of all of your opportunities, or give you all the wealth, abundance, respect, joy, everything that you ever wanted? What if you didn't rely on that from others or expect that from others? And you could release that because you could just accept, maybe in the moment, sometimes you've already received enough favor. You've already received enough just with this very moment, with this very breath. What if you could feel right now complete and whole and fulfilled and joyous because you have been given the greatest gift of all. This breath, this moment. What if you had reverence for life to receive this, to realize, I've received enough. I'm good. I'm really good.
Be a guardian of your own mind, body and soul. Every single day you get to open up the gates into your mind and.
What do you allow in it?
What takes priority? Whose voices do you allow to penetrate the very cell membranes of your brain? What is the sounds? What is the judgments? What is the type of noise that you're allowing to into your mind? Every day you open up the gate to your mouth. What type of fuel are you allowing in? What type of garbage are you allowing in? You know, none of us would go to our neighbor and destroy their home and vandalize a home. But so many people every day wake up and destroy the very temple that God has given them their own body. You must protect your own soul. You must follow your truth. You must listen to those whispers telling you what to do. Every day you wake up and your soul asks, what will we allow in? What will we show?
