Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio, sort of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram. Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are, like, frigging inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the Brendon show. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple weeks, so make sure you use a hashtag the Brendon show when you post about these motivational quotes, sessions with that. Let's go.
All right. This is a hard one, guys. You actually do deserve better. But between here and better is a bridge called bravery. Step by step, in faith, my friends, is always the way. Yes, you deserve better, but it's going to be hard to get there. That bridge of bravery, it's going to make you, like, make difficult decisions, sacrifice. It's going to make you question yourself, other people, your life. It's going to require that you wake up, decide to be more focused, more disciplined, more committed, more powerful in how you show up in the world. It's going to require you to take back your energy and to make those tough calls day by day, step by step, in faith, my friends. That is the only way. We must understand that nothing in life is including our circumstances or potential is fixed. Instead, we must believe that we can bend reality to our own preferences, crafting the lives we desire through disciplined learning and initiative. It's so critical that we understand that discipline, learning and initiative. You don't have to stay exactly who you are or how you are or deal with everything the way that it always is and will always be. You can shift life. You can shift who you are. You can grow into the person who you desire to become and who deserves that next level of joy and love and abundance and success. But you have to realize that you cannot keep thinking the same way. You have to learn new things, apply more, be more consistent, be more disciplined. You can create the life you desire. Right now, beginning this is so vital. So listen, you can be wildly happy with what you have and still strive to grow and contribute. So many people feel guilty that they want more. You need to stop that. It's okay that you want more in your finances, more for your health, more for your family, more for your contribution, more in terms of all forms of abundance or depth or connection or love or integrity or joy and vibrancy and pop and intimacy. It's okay you want more of that. But the secret is to yes, want more and be striving for it actively. Because it is in the striving for it actively that you find fulfillment. However, you must also be mindful to the things you can appreciate with what you do have. Appreciate this. Be grateful for it. In other words, you have to teach yourself to learn, to strive. Satisfied? My friends, there will be a time when the world needs you to be courageous, when your friends and family count on you, when your dreams are on the line, when giving up won't make sense anymore. When the power of love begs to break through. That time is now. We always think, oh, someday I'll be needed. You are needed now. Someday I'll make my difference. Make it today. Someday I'll start that new habit, that new dream. No, that is today. Someday I'll get healthy. Someday I'll feel good about life. Someday I'll be happier, kinder, more awesome. That day must be today. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. The future will either be the same as today or it will be different. Because today, you change it. This is the day, and this is the time. And this waiting for someday is no longer gonna be something that works for you. Today is the day. Beginning today, set an intention and a relentless focus on living your life as the greatest person you can be in all situations. Demand that you demonstrate a strength of character in such a way that you find pride in who you are and that others see you as a role model. Yeah, people say, well, that's too big of a tall order, Brendan. I'm like, okay, well, then when? When will you finally start trying to be your best? At home, at work, out in your community? When is it someday, all of a sudden, we luck into that? Or do you set the intention? Is it one day, luckily, you're good in your marriage. Hey, good job with your health. Hey, look at you. You lucked into some money. Or. Or do you set that intention and give it that relentless focus to demand of yourself greatness, demand of yourself to be your best? It is in that demand of ourselves that we rise. Look, when someone doesn't believe in you, realize that their understanding is not necessary for your progress. I have been coaching people on this for over a decade, and it still doesn't seem to break through. And why is that? Because there's such a big part of us that wants other people's approval. You know, we have that innate feeling that we want to belong, that we want others to like us and understand us and approve us. But listen, lots of people, like extraordinarily successful people, achieve that success with lots of people around them thinking they're crazy. You know, as I've strived and I've grown and I've built my businesses, I've had lots of people go, what's he doing? Why is he doing it? I don't get you. What are you doing? What are your intentions? People who always question you, make fun of you, tease you, understand you, but their understanding doesn't mean on Monday, you don't get to work. It doesn't mean that you can't keep going even despite the doubters. In fact, that's your challenge to become great.
