Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time. And we finally put it together for. For you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio sort of of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram en Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire. And as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are like frigging inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format cause each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. Let's go. I was just saying this to a client. Face it, you know, be real, be honest. If you don't face this reality, you can't fix this reality. I mean, so often avoidance feels good. You know, it's like avoidance is like a great short term strategy to feel good about ourselves. Avoidance is a great short term strategy to avoid difficult conversations, difficult truths about our lives, about how we're not showing up, about how we can treat people better, about how we could honestly give a little bit more. But avoidance is also a great long term strategy for suffering. You know, the more you avoid that difficult conversation with your spouse or with your team or the people that you're trying to make a difference with, the more that you avoid the truth of your life, the less momentum you get, the less progress you get, the less fulfillment and happiness you get. So you gotta look at your life and face it and say, okay, what do I need to do now? Let's go. Hey, it's Brendan. And listen to this one. Surround yourself with people who bring joy and growth into your life. Those who are secure enough in themselves to be real and solid whether you shine or struggle. This is so critical because if the people around you are insecure, if the people around you are fake or are always waffling in their support of you, then that leaves you in an instant stable place. It leaves you in a place where you're always wondering, will people have your back? Will they gossip about you? Will they leave you if you don't do well or show up perfectly? It's so important the people around you do dramatically affect the quality of your life. And so when you're looking for friends because, you know, maybe you don't have the right family, the right people in your life right now, but you can build the new network you want. When you're looking for that new network, look for people who were so real and solid, who got your back, because that can change your life. Victory is not a result of avoidance. I love this one. Because the reality is we have two choices. When confronted with challenges, with difficulties, with struggles, with conflicts in our life, we can shrink, we can go, you know, hide, we can avoid. We can prevent ourselves from really embracing or engaging or dealing with so easy. Because you know what? That's the route of fear. But you know what? No one reaches victory by marching every step in fear. At some point, it requires courageous confrontation, courageous conversations, courageous expressions, sharing, being vulnerable, taking that step Forward. When you raise your hands up in victory, it only happens because you know you did the difficult things to actually get there. That you earned that V raise, that you earned that moment. Victory created comes from honoring the struggle, making it through and confronting life. Hey, it's Brendan. And listen to this one. The higher we climb in life, the more we realize just how hard everyone has worked to achieve anything. This is so important because, you know, who doesn't judge successful people? People who are actively succeeding and working to succeed in their life. Because the harder you have to work to climb, to strive to make your dreams come true, the. The more you realize other people had to do that too, Right? It's the people who are, you know, the haters, the judgers, the people sitting on the sidelines of life who point at others and say, oh, they're so lucky. Oh, they don't have to work as hard. Oh, ow, ow, ow, ow. But people who are really working, they recognize that results come from that. So they recognize when other people got extraordinary results, they must have put in extraordinary work. It's just true that successful people, they cheer on and recognize other successful people because they've gone through it themselves too. Okay, let's talk about this quote right now. Most people would feel guilty for destroying someone else's property, yet they wreck the very temple their creator gifted them. You know, in my book, High Forms Habits, I make the argument that we must be the guardians of our own bodies. We must be the protectors of our wellness. We must care for and value our health just as much as we value being a good mom, achieving our great dreams, building a great business, building a huge career, earning more financially. Because it is from that health and wellness that springs forth not only our vibrancy, not only our joy, but also our ability to connect with others. Also our ability to create and create turn on the unique geniuses in our brains because of the brain body connection. So one of the great practices of my life is to get outside at least 45 minutes every single day. And there's a duck over there somewhere. Oh, there he is. Anyway, to be outside at least 45 minutes every single day. And often it's honestly just to take a break. And if it's not for a walk or it's not for a run or not for a jog or something fancy, it's literally just an opportunity to breathe, to walk, to de stress, to take each step, intentionally breathe in deeply, give some thanks for where I'm at, give some just moments of peace to my mind, to rest my eyes from looking at the computer or doing all the work. I mean, it's just important. I mean, you work really hard. So you need to take a few breaths. And I think one of the great secrets to a life well lived is getting outside a little bit more often and de stressing and taking a few breaths. Okay.
