Foreign. Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio sort of of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram. Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are like friggin inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the Brendon show. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple weeks, so make sure you use a Hashtag the Brennan Show. When you post about these motivational quotes, sessions with that let's go. What is possible for you is dictated by your hunger, not your history. We can't keep thinking that because we grew up in this certain place or this certain way, or the certain person or that certain thing happened to us way back in the day or way back years ago is the fault of our own actions and our behaviors today. Those things were real. Those things influenced us. Those things shaped us. And yet today, my friend, you get to say, okay, what is the next right action of integrity for me now? What do I really desire of my life now? What skills do I need to acquire? How do I need to treat people? How do I think? What should my self talk be? How hungry am I for a better life? Do I wake up every day and tap into that? Do I look at my goals? Do I think about my future? Do I ask myself, how can I be my best every single day? How hungry are you, my friend? Don't speak poorly of others. You don't need to minimize other people to maximize your own potential. I mean, don't you guys wish everybody knew this? You know, how often do you see an influencer or a creator, you know, putting their heart and soul out online, trying to do their art, trying to speak with authenticity, trying to do something creative, and then somebody comes along, some hater, and just blasts them in the comments. Or how often does somebody try something at work and you witness somebody else at work just crap talk them while at the water cooler? You know, it's just like there are some people out there who are just vicious and mean and gossips. And you know what? They're trying to prop themselves up by putting others down, which never works. Because if you try to prop yourself up by putting others down, all you've done is deconstruct your character word by word, sentence by sentence, accusation by accusation, hate by hate. Okay, guys, I'm just gonna be honest and straightforward. If you are tired, sleep if unclear, meditate if sore, move if angry, forgive if unhappy, love if bored, give. Common sense is not always common practice. And so we suffer. I know most of personal and professional development advice or content is not fantastically new. But the truth is so much of what you need to do to improve your life, to feel happier, to be healthier, to. To move toward your dreams faster, with greater focus and discipline. You already know what you should be doing. And it's the fact that sometimes you aren't that causes so much misery. Just do the basics over and over, take care of the foundation, do the things you know you should be doing, like 30% more each week and all of a sudden you have this unbelievable breakthrough. Today you get to show up and be average or extraordinary. And extraordinary often just means you're being more intentional, more focused, more committed and more giving than others around you. So what if you served others with excellence today? What if you had the best attitude of anyone you talked to today? What if today you said, you know what? I'm going to be on my A game today. I'm going to bring my best. I'm going to have a deep hunger for creating a better life for myself by showing up in each moment as my better self. Let me say that again. What if you had a deep hunger for saying, I'm going to create a better life for myself by showing up in each moment more as my better self? You have that opportunity every single day. The world belongs to those who who have mastered their internal world. It's such a critical distinction. Because how often do we hope that the world gives us exactly what we want externally, that all the pieces line up, that ease happens for us, that we have the comforts of abundance and things and all the right people and everything is just perfect on the outer world. But we all know that doesn't happen. That life has its struggles, that life has its suffering, that life has its challenges that seem so overwhelming that we can't overcome them. And that is why with that reality, those who have learned to master their internal world to by their own will and initiative, generate joy by their own will, generate happiness, generate the energy in which they want to experience the world and project into the world. Those folks control their destiny and they ultimately master their world. Listen, it's your coach, Brendan. If you have not learned it yet, listen. Toxic people will not be changed by the alchemy of your kindness. Yes, be kind, but move on swiftly and let life be their educator. I don't mean not to try to be kind to people and I don't mean not to try to help people, support them or cheer their on. But notice the word here, toxic people. If they are stuck in that place where they are just poisoning you, your relationship, your life, realize that that's where they're at right now. And you can spend a tremendous amount of time trying to change them, trying to make everything happen for them, or you can let them live their life and let life be their educator again. You can try, but just be aware that that might be where they are at. So don't let it hamper you from being your best self and living your best life. Move on. Keep moving your life forward even if other people don't quite get it and are stuck in their own space. Okay, my friends, I hope you enjoyed this motivational session here on the Brendon show.
