Motivational Quotes: Serve, Mission, Strength
21 Mar 2019 · 7 min
In this special episode of the Brendon Show, Brendon Burchard compiles a series of his most popular 60‑second Instagram audio quotes into a podcast mashup. He explains the origin of the format—daily short videos posted on Instagram that have garnered massive engagement—and invites listeners to follow his Instagram, share screenshots with the hashtag #thebrendonshow, and participate in upcoming giveaways. The episode strings together several core motivational messages: the importance of preparing to serve by developing skills and mastering one’s craft; the distinction between authentic, mission‑driven passion (described as "protein") and fleeting anger‑driven fire ("sugar"); a reminder that listeners are stronger than they think and should act boldly, using past stresses and challenges as training grounds; and the idea that mistakes and regrets can become gateways to new miracles. Throughout, Brendon uses an enthusiastic, conversational tone, repeatedly urging listeners to engage on social media and internalize these principles for personal growth.

Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all. Y' all been asking for this for a long time. And we finally put it together for.
For you.
Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio sort of of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram at Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote. Maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire as much as I can. Pretty much every single day. I on Instagram that I created originally and people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are, like, frigging inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd, and we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials, and use thebrendonshow. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways and this week and over the next couple weeks. So make sure, you use a hashtag, the Brendan show, when you post about these motivational quotes. Sessions with that. Let's go. Hey, it's Brendan.
And listen to this one. Someday, when you least expect it, you will be called on to serve. Prepare yourself, develop skill, learn, master your craft. Be ready for that call. You know, it's so easy to be distracted and so easy to procrastinate and so easy to just go with the flow of whatever thing we have to react to today. But the reality is, each day you are preparing for a bigger future, my friend. Or you're not. Each day you're wasting time watching tv, looking at dumb things, reading dumb things, swiping one thing or that thing or.
This thing, or you're listening to things.
Reading things, consuming things, preparing your mind, your body, your will, your talent, your skill, your capability so that you can rise and deliver when you need. All the world's a stage. You're gonna get your moment. All the world's a huge opportunity. Be ready to enter it with courage and capability. It's your coach, Brendan. Anger is like sugar. Mission is protein. You know, so many people out there on social media are spouting just fire and fury and what they think is passion, but they never learned the difference between authentic, real passion and just straight up anger and vehemence and upset. And they think they're being inspirational, and instead they're really downgrading the tone, downgrading their maturity, downgrading the ability to actually have a soulful, deep connection that's real versus just noise. If you're leading from anger and upset and it feels like that you don't break through. So what do you have to do? You have to deeply connect with your mission. And when you deeply connect with your mission, your heart comes alive. You sound differently. You make a different impact with people. Mission will last. Anger will fade. Hey, it's Brendan. And listen to this one. You are stronger than you think. Be bold. You can handle this. You know, I say this to clients often because so many people, right when it's time to take action, they pause. They take a step back. Right when it's time to speak up, to chase that dream, to work the day, they stay silent, they doubt the dream, they sit on the couch. But not you, not this year, not 2019. You've been through enough. You know, all these last years, it's so easy to say, oh, all those stresses, all those turmoil, all those challenges, all those losses, all those demands, all those obligations, all those missed opportunities. Oh, woe is me. I guess I'll just stay here, reflect and doubt. Or. Or you can say all of those things were the training grounds that gave you the skills and the competencies, the readiness and the empathy to go get it. This is your year, my friend. You're stronger than you think. Hey, it's Brendan. And listen to this one. Believe in yourself still. Sometimes the last mistake and regret leads to the next miracle and reawakening. You know, so often we just beat ourselves up and we get caught up in our hurts and our messes and the things that we do that, you know, don't bring us pride, the things that we're embarrassed about, the things that we just completely failed at. And what do we do? That mistake or those regrets makes us stop. And we think, oh, everything must be falling apart. But maybe those things actually just opened up the next gate of opportunity for you. You know, maybe all those mistakes were tests. Maybe that was just research and development. And it's opening up the door to that next miracle, that next chance.
So don't always think that, you know.
What, why you've gone through what you have gone through. There might be a higher order, a higher reason, a higher being, a higher God leading you exactly where you need to be.
