Motivational Quotes: Think, Feel, Believe, Dream
14 Feb 2019 · 8 min
In this special episode of the Brendon Show, Brendon Burchard compiles a series of his popular 60‑second Instagram quote videos into a podcast mash‑up. He explains how he creates daily short‑form motivational clips drawn from his books, blogs, and research, and why listeners love them. The episode weaves together several thematic insights: love as a spiritual principle that transcends deserving, the importance of intentional living over reacting to corporate‑driven false emergencies, the habit of seeking clarity to define who you want to be now, and the need to openly share your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and dreams with the people close to you. Brendon also promotes his High‑Performance Mentoring program, inviting listeners to join monthly live coaching sessions that draw on neuroscience, positive psychology, and behavioral economics. Throughout, he encourages listeners to follow him on Instagram, share screenshots with the #brendanshow hashtag, and consider the paid mentorship for deeper growth.

Foreign. Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio, sort of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram. Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds for literally just one minute of fire as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are, like, frigging inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the brendanshow. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple weeks, so make sure you use a hashtag The Brendon show. When you post about these motivational quotes, sessions with that. Let's go. If you could change the way you viewed everything towards love, everything would open up to me. I took love at a spiritual level. I was like, love is truly everywhere. I fall in love with people all the time. If the greatest mistake of my life is I fallen in love with too many people, then I sure lived. I sure lived. I fall in love at a brotherly level with people, at a sisterly level, at a family level, at just an admiration level. I don't hold back on the love because I know I'm going to ask, did I love? So for me, love became a spiritual principle. It became something I'm going to demonstrate my heart. I'm going to demonstrate kindness, compassion, true love to other people, even when they might not deserve it, because their deserving has nothing to do with my giving. I know it sounds so basic, but isn't it true? Some days you just kind of get up and you kind of get your coffee or go to work, and you're just kind of bumbling through the day without any real intention about who you are. And sometimes people go through, you know, years or months or even a decade of their life, and they haven't really thought about the best of who they are. They haven't been bringing that best of who they are into the situations and circumstances of their life. And then one day they hit 40 or 50 or 60 and they go, I don't know who I am. And they have this midlife crisis and they act like life caused the crisis. No, lack of intention caused the crisis. Each day you have this opportunity to show up as the best of who you are, but you must trigger that. This whole idea that we have to reply to people within five minutes, their email, that's completely nonsense for those in corporate America, Brennan, you understand that's the way it is. I'm like, great. Is that the way you want it? When someone says to me, that's the way it is, Brendan, you don't understand. I say, you're in the caged life. My question to you is, what's the way you want it? Do you want to keep feeding this culture where everyone's freaking out on each other constantly and no one can breathe? Or do you want to get real and realize most of the time they're not emergencies, they're false emergencies. Somebody wanted it, but they should have asked for it two days ago. You don't need to fall in line. If you feel really lost in your life. You probably have not been seeking a lot of clarity. Does that make sense? A lot of people feel like, I'm so lost, Brendan. I'm like, well, what have you been doing to find your way? And they go, well, nothing. Have you read any books recently? Have you interviewed anybody? Have you listened to any podcasts? Have you gone to any training programs? You got any online courses? Well, no, Brendan, I go, well, no wonder you're lost. You're not doing any habitual things to keep seeking clarity. High performers have a habit of keeping seeking clarity. Like you're here to seek clarity on how to go to the next level of performance while still maintaining your health, well being and relationships. So seeking clarity is everything. If you're not clear about who you are at this stage of your life, that's job one. It's defining who do I want to be now, not last year or not in that first relationship or not in college. Like, who do you want to be now? And really owning that. How many of you have somebody in your life who doesn't know what you really think, feel, believe, dream of? That's a lot more than I thought I'd see in this room. And so maybe your next area of growth or happiness could be starting to share that again. Does everybody in your life who you are close to know what you are after, know what's important to you and what you're after? And if you don't have the alignment of everybody in your life, they don't all have to approve, they don't all have to support, but they all got to know. Because if you haven't said it to them, you might be marching by yourself for no reason. You might have other people who got your back and unless you share, they don't care. And so you have to learn to express yourself. And the more you express yourself, then the more happy you are. Okay, my friends, I hope you enjoyed this motivational session here on the Brendon Show.
